Terrible service felt like I was taken.

SERVICE MAN (MARCEL) ARRIVED ON TIME AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK REPLACING THE DEFECTIVE VALVES. AFTER RECONNECTING THE WASHING MACHINE, HE SPENT A FEW MINUTES POINTING OUT NUMEROUS POTENTIAL PLUMBING PROBLEMS AND MADE A PITCH TO DO THIS WORK (THERE'S ALWAYS LOTS OF POTENTIAL PROBLEMS WITH OLD HOUSES)

I liked the scheduling person, she is very friendly. They came out the same day I called. The plumber was very quick and tidy.

We have an older home. They tried to perform the service but our pipes would not allow it. They were responsive to us and refunded us since they could not do the work. I wish we could have had some disclosure before they came out.

They were great. I used them because they have 24 hour service. It was seamless. If someone has an emergency, they are great. They are very quick. You want a responsive company if you have an emergency. They sent out the same guy twice, and he was very professional. He gives you good tips, and he was extremely neat. They cleaned up after themselves. They are pricey, but for what you get, it is good. The pricing makes them out of range for many people. They will come quick, and do a good job. I was so impressed with how they cleaned up after themselves, you wouldn't even guess they have been there.

Radiant Plumbing charges a very high price for AC disconnect services. My lesson learned: Get a detailed quote (labor and parts) from other contractors before you agree to anything. Last year, 9/10/2013, I used my Radiant Plumbing Big Deal (purchased on Angie's List) to have them inspect my HVAC in a vacant duplex unit that I own. I told the technician that the system would not come on. I showed him my electrical disconnect box and he stated that the disconnect fuse was no longer there. Evidently, it had been stolen. Due to other priorities, I declined his offer to replace the disconnect at a quoted price of $236. One year later, I arranged to use their service on 7/31/2014 and requested the same technician (since he was familiar with my service need) to replace the disconnect at last year's quoted price of $236. He came on site and said that they would charge me about "3 times" last year's quote at $638. I was surprised at the high price and not happy since I know the base price for a disconnect is about $100 +/- at the local home improvement store. In addition, it was a Thursday, my original HVAC installer wasn't available until next week, it was raging hot inside, and I had contractors working at the duplex unit. I felt trapped and I needed the AC working properly for the contractors so I reluctantly allowed him to do the job. I was not a happy customer and later called the main office and spoke with management about the high price for the service that cost me about 3 times more than last year's quote. The management offered and I received a discount in the amount of $188 (off of the $638 I already paid) so that reduced my actual cost to $450. I really thought initially that Radiant Plumbing would be fair but I felt that the tech knew that I needed the job done and grossly overcharged me for a 20 minute replacement of an electrical disconnect. In addition, Radiant Plumbing doesn't provide a detailed labor and parts billing. I had to ask for a more detailed invoice since the email invoice they sent me was not detailed enough and had only the price charged. I will not choose or recommend their services because, in my opinion, I suspect that they will grossly overcharge a customer if they can get away with it.

The deal was overpriced for what it was but I would up hiring him to replace one whole toilet, faucets, 2 showers replumbed.

Radiant came out within an hour on a Sunday afternoon when water to house went out due to pressure reducing valve at street. The city came out first and explained the problem and that it was on my property and I would have to pay for repairs. Radiant charged $159 which I understood since it was a weekend evening. I told the dispatcher what the problem was and expected a plumber -- I did not realize they use "technicians" and did not feel he knew how to perform the work.The technician first asked to look at water heater (which was completely unrelated) and told me I needed a new one. Then he said the repairs for the problem I called about would take 6-7 hours and cost $1,500 minimum. I told him I did not want him to do any repairs. After he left, I contacted 5 other plumbers and they all gave estimated quotes of $500-$700 and 2-4 hours of labor. Used Excalibur: they came out the next day, did the repairs in the rain, and charged $675. Later that week, I received a survey from Radiant which I filled out with details. I guess they don't read them; a few days later they sent me a magnet and letter reminding me to use them in the future.

They did an outstanding job! From the initial contact with Christian Primo, to consulting with Christian Barlow, to the two man team of pros ( I can't remember their names) who actually replaced the units, I couldn't be happier! I recommend Radiant Plumbing without hesitation for AC and Plumbing issues. I have used them for about a year for plumbing, including replacing a commode and replacing the water filtering unit. The Englishman that came out to my house was amazing. He was very competent and throuough when it came to diagnosing the plumbing issue. He explained everything to me before he did anything and gave me options before proceeding. I would certainly give him my highest marks in all service categories.

(Left price as $0 because the HOA arranged it and I don't know the price.) It was much like the previous service a few days ago. They replied promptly, scheduled an appointment quickly, showed up on time, sent the good technician who saw the problem a few days ago, fixed it fast and quietly, and it looks like it was fixed correctly.

All went well, Serge came in completed all 3 task in less than hour.

They said they had plumber's snakes with cameras on the ends. I made an appointment. The day of, they called to say that the service man was available a little earlier, but I was busy in that time, so he came on time. He was very professional and helpful. I replied N/A to the price question because I didn't comparison shop. The price was the base price for the visit (250) plus snaking one thing (100), minus an Angie's List coupon.

My gas water heater stopped heating and wouldn't re-ignite. It was the weekend, and Radiant came out and it turned out a part would need to be ordered on Monday. A price was quoted and we set it up. The actual price of the part turned out to be actually more then they had in their system, but they happily honored the original quote. The service technician that came out was very polite and answered all of my questions. When entering my home, he also slipped plastic booties over his shoes, which I think was considerate. Overall I believe I got a great deal, and I appreciate the friendly and courteous staff.

They double billed me but were prompt to return the excess payment.

It went very well. It was a big deal that I used but I had them do additional work and they did a very good job. The technician was very professional and very knowledgeable. They did the additional work without an additional appointment.

The service went okay. I had an outdoor faucet that was really leaky all of the time. I knew I needed a new faucet. The technician installed a new faucet. He had to chip out a part of stone to install the facet to connect it to the pipes. We then had to fill the hole ourselves. There was then an air leak in the tubing and caused some additional issues. The technician was very friendly and really clued me in on what he was doing. He suggested I hire an electrician to add a grounding wire to the faucet, but the electrician told me the guy from Radiant had probably did the damage to the ground wire. I would not use this company again.

It was fine. I have used them before and I like them. Their quality is good. My interaction was fine. I would recommend them to friends and family members. It was a big deal purchase. I did not spend more than that.

Good, professional job; price was high for a water heater but provider advised that was what was available for replacement. Really enjoyed their professional attitude.

Radiant Plumbing was recommended to us, so I called them this morning to look at some plumbing issues in our bathroom. I was told that someone would come out the same day. I stayed home from work all day waiting for them to come. By 3:40, I had not heard from them, so I called back. I was then told, at nearly the end of the business day, that all of their plumbers were still at other jobs and no one would be able to make it out today, unless I wanted to pay an after hours service fee. I explained to them that I had stayed home from work all day waiting for the plumber they said would be coming, so I felt it was very unfair that I now had to pay extra for someone to come. They just apologized and said they could reschedule the service for another day if I would like. I explained again that I had already missed a day of work waiting for them, so I can't have them come another day and need someone to come out today like I was originally told. They just repeated that there would be an after hours service fee, so I let them know that we would have to find another company to come take care of our plumbing issues. I have worked with a lot of trades over the course of a large remodeling project, and I understand that sometimes jobs take longer than anticipated, but at no point did they offer to make the problem right. My only two options were to reschedule and miss another day of work or pay an additional fee.

They came out on a weekend. He did a walk around to show me where the water shut off valve was. I've not had any problems since he came. While he was working, the dispatcher called to see how he was doing. When he left, they called to follow up and get feedback. During the second visit, he had an ipad there to show me the different toilets I could choose from. Both visits, they were so clean, professional, knowledgeable, and tidy. I can't say enough nice things to say about these two plumbers.

Worst plumbing ripoff I have ever seen. (I have been a homeowner for 30 years.) Their plumber showed up - looked at my water heater leak - turned off 1 valve next to it and that was it. I said OK, I was quoted $39 for you to come to diagnose the problem. How much do I owe you? He said "the minimum charge to fix a problem is $178". I said it only took you 30 seconds to fix the problem. He said $178 minimum. I paid him. I see here on Angie's list people saying they paid much less for much bigger problems. I think Radiant is telling their plumbers to "go charge people whatever you can get away with" or Radiant is writing fake reviews here on Angie's List. I am sure you are thinking I am full of it. The invoice number is 24097 - $178 for 30 seconds work. He was at my house for less than 5 minutes total. This is the only review I have ever written.

We were pleased with them. They informed me how to wash the exterior of the A/C unit every 6 months. I appreciated that, and he didn’t try to sell me some additional services. The technician was very nice.

Had a routine checkup of my A/C (it was working fine but Radiant called and said it was due).. The technician arrived after the cirts appointment was missed, and checked both my units, the new one and the old one. He turned the of to clean them and afterwards reported that everything was fine. A few hours later my house is boiling, one the new unit was never turned on again, I switched on, but after a few hours, the temperature was only mildly cold, called the technician and he said to give it some time due to the fact that it was very hot out. After two days the A/C doesn't get as cold as it used to, have been calling Radiant to get a NEW technician to come and check, because the original one stated on the phone that he does hundreds of these systems and nothing could be wrong... Its been a couple of days until Radiant can set me up with another technician to finally fix this. Not happy about all of this.

Marcel worked very quickly and efficiently. This work was performed in a 3 foot crawl space under the house. This is the second time he has performed plumbing work for me. The first was a Angie's List Big Deal. I would highly recommend his services.
