Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning

Description of Work: Radiant came out to check on a unit installed last year before our remodel began. During the remodel, the AC unit in the attic was leaking and condensation was spilling over onto the sheetrock in the ceiling. They found the problem, secured the leak and insulated the lines to prevent future build-up of moisture--which was caused by more hot air than usual coming into the attic during the remodeling. They did not charge for this service and the unit was under warranty at the time.

Description of Work: They were very nice, technician was excellent! However, if you call set up an appt make sure call and confirm an exact time of arrival. At the end of my time slot I hadn't heard anything from them so I called and they didn't even have anyone coming my way. They did get someone scheduled & they showed up within 1 1/2 hrs but not during the |4 hour window previously confirmed.

Description of Work: They did an annual pre summer check. Two guys showed up. One checked out the outside unit and one checked out the attic unit. Very nice and got to work and finished in a short time. They changed out a small part on our outside unit and didn't charge for it.

Description of Work: Replaced A/C unit. Accomplished the replacement in a day. Wasn't working properly after the install and they came out promptly to fix.

Description of Work: I signed up for the camera and drain cleaning. It took 3 hours for the camera to arrive after the service man came AND he never cleaned the system. I hired a man who came in and cleaned the drain within 15 minutes.

Description of Work: I was overcharged, did not receive an accurate explanation of the problem, did not receive an estimate and did not received the services I requested. When I tried to speak with company management, my calls went unanswered. I would definitely not recommend this company.

Description of Work: Replaced outdoor faucet that was grouted into the wall. Plumber was very courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Replaced 2 outside faucets. The only thing I didn't like is the handles are too small and rather hard for me to turn due to arthritis in my fingers and hands.

Description of Work: Fixed two toilets, and they still don't flush right. I have to double click the handle every time I flush. Their main issues was trying to get me to do other work. So I had them check a second toilet.

Description of Work: Installed a new outdoor faucet and "repaired" a dripping kitchen faucet. The plumber arrived promptly, but behaved oddly in my opinion. The wanted me to turn off the water at the street because he wasn't "allowed" to do that he said. I declined to turn off the water myself, so he did it anyway. Once that installation was complete I asked him to take a look at the kitchen faucet which was dripping. He spent over an hour in the kitchen "fixing" the faucet. I paid up and sent him on his way just to get him out of my house. The kitchen faucet still dripped. |Unfortunately I will need to replace the outdoor faucet because the style is difficult to operate with my arthritis.

Description of Work: I had Radiant Plumbing do an inspection on my main sewer line from the house to the street. Mickie and Kevin were prompt, friendly, and professional. They used the video camera to show me exactly what was going on in my sewer line and where the problem areas were located and there were several! They explained what all would be required to fix the problem, the timeline, and the cost. Now I know what to expect and can budget for the project. Not only will I use Radiant in the future, I'll recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Description of Work: Had service for a clogged drain. They claimed that they snaked the length of the pipe, but were unable to clear the clog. They recommended an expensive procedure to video the pipe, that was actually supposed to be included as part of their Angie's List special
