Description of Work: They were quick to respond and very well priced - very professional and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. |We had multiple issues - leaking in the wall and another over the hot water heater that sort of killed off the heater - they fixed the leak and replaced the heater in one day - with time to spare. | No pressure - they gave us plenty of options. We'll be going back to them whenever the need comes up!

Description of Work: Installer did not verify if dehumidification line for Lennox gas furnace cleared all moisture properly to outside of house--result: significant leak/moisture in downstairs carpet. Stairs were dinged up after disposal of old unit and moving new unit up one flight of steps.

Description of Work: They replaced old gas hot water heater, and they replaced old HVAC system with new hi-tech SL280UHV Lennox system. The dehumidification line for the Lennox was improperly connected resulting in a serious leak.
