They were just awesome. They were so good and so quick. They solved the problem. They showed up when they said they were going to. The guy that came was so courteous and nice. He went the extra mile to make sure it was fixed and he gave me a couple of tips to help keep the lines open in my older house. I thought the price was decent and I didn't think it was excessive. He was fantastic. I would absolutely use them in the future.

After hooking up the new hot water heater (and removing the old one, which was in the attic) it became clear the problem was not entirely solved. Our 60 year old pipes were so calcified it was obvious they would need to be replaced too. Kevin and crew were able to replace everything that needed to be replaced in one day. Amazing! We highly recommend Radiant Plumbing and have called them again for help on our big bathroom remodel project.

They did a great job. We originally had another company out to fix the problem and they hadn't fixed it properly. They are very courteous and have fair prices. They are incredibly prompt as well.

Overall, the service team did a good job of keeping us informed of their schedule. The serviceman that arrived was able to repair everything but the kitchen sink faucet and recommended we buy a new one to install, because the original one had rusted out below. The total cost was approximately $300 for the one sink repair, which I consider steep, but the work was done effectively.

They sent a plumber the same day I called. He troubleshooted the problem, replaced a cartridge in my shower valve and the flow improved by 75%. He then recommended a new showerhead and he actually helped me swap one out from another shower in the house to make sure. That did the trick and I am very happy with the results now. I get a nice strong flow of hot water in my shower. Oh, and they offer a $25 coupon on Angie's List. I wasn't aware of that, but he pointed it out to me and so I saved an extra $25!!

Service was excellent. They came the day I called and the service was done super fast and very professionally. They called to see if the plumber could come early. The cost was exactly as quoted. Will definitely use them again.

Kevin showed up on time and was very professional. He helped me find the correct "outtake" valve, as I had no idea what he was talking about and got right to work. He cleared the clog and advised me on things to keep an eye on in the future. While I REALLY hope this is my last clogged pipe for years to come, if I get another one, I'm calling Radiant Plumbing.

Woody arrived as scheduled in the morning and after assessing the situation in detail, allowed me to choose from several options. I was happy to have him service the issue as he was extremely thorough and informative.

Excellent job! Brandin came out just a few hours after I called and he assessed the situation. He drew up a quote of all the possibilities and explained each procedure. I selected which one I wanted and he did exactly as he described. It lasted not too long and he was very knowledgable and professional. Will use again!

Initially I just needed, or thought I needed, our yearly flush of our Rennai tankless water heater. Well, come to find out the whole think was in stalled in a crummy fashion. Our plumber was fantastic. Really knowledgeable and professional. Fixed our bad installation job as best he could and explain everything to me. Would recommend.

I had a leak in a drain line which was leaking water into the wall and out the base board. I called Radiant and they sent Brenden over within hours of my call. He was professional and went over the costs associated with fixing the problem. After the fact, John showed up to repair the hole and the damaged base board. John did such a good job, I can barely tell that anything happened.

Even though Radiant is big on tankless systems, a conventional tank made the most sense for my house and they didn't try to push me otherwise.

We contacted Radiant Plumbing through finding them on Angie's list. We got a quick response and had the techniciain here with the day. After he looked at the toilets etc. he gave us a quote on 4 options - the most expensive being replacing the toilets altogether to the tune of approx $1800. I asked the tech why I would do that if the toilets worked perfectly fine and were still esthetically in style. He didn't have a good reason for us. I believe this company may use this practice to upsell the customer - and then sometimes the client does purchase something more than they need. It may also take the sting out of a $360 bill for 40 minutes of work. In their defense, they were timely, fixed the problem and were friendly and professional on the phone. I do think they are very expensive but if you are willing to pay to have something done right and understand that you will pay handsomely for it and are willing to listen to a sales pitch for an upsell, then its a good choice

I stated that information above. He ran a line into the septic and said it was tree branches. Said he would come back next day to reset toilets - we refused that with his price.

When they got here the price for them to use the camera FAR exceeded what the quoted over the phone and the plumber stated that they would have to come back with a camera since he didnt have one on him. He also proceeded to make a mess of everything under the 3 sinks in the house as he was attempting to diagnose the problem. Everything got soaking wet and was terrobly out of place. Call them back? I dont think so.

Water company turned off water to house because of water leak on house side of waterline. Got on Angie's List about 10am and requested a plumber to repair leak. All of their personnel were already out on calls. About 2 hours later the dispatcher called and said one of their technicians was free and could come out right away. He was there in about 30 minutes and gave me a rough estimate of the cost. I gave him the "go ahead" and he began the work. He left to get parts; returned within the hour and replaced the joint with a much stronger fitting than had originally been there. He told me to wait about 2 hours and then he would turn on the water and I was to turn the faucets in the house on to release the air in the pipes. We had water after that 2 hour wait and he asked me to check that night to make sure it was not leaking again. If so, I was to calll him right away. There was no leak. I am very satisfied with the technician, the work, and the company; and I have a 2 year warranty for materials and labor!

They came out and did an excellent job. They were fine and I appreciated what they did. They were very good and it was good to have them out. I would surely use their services in the future, too.

Our water softener was continuously leaking.. Called Radiant plumbing on 8-2-10. Plumber showed up promptly on 8-3-10. Reviewed our situation, made suggestions about other potential plumbing problems. We elected to resolve the current problem and consider other plumbing considerations later. Plumber was polite, ordered a Whirlpool valve and fixed the water softener the next day. It is currently working well.. I would recommend asking for a complete invoice for any services performed. The charge for service calls is $39.00 and is refundable if they do the work, but the ambiguous area would be the review of your plumbing needs for which their may be an extra charge.

Gary showed up right on time, gave us a few options for level of service (just water heater, water heater with service agreement, etc) and completed the job quickly. Totally satisfied.

Brendan from Radiant Plumbing arrive on time, took apart minimal amount of plumbing to make a diagnosis. Repairs were done within 3 hours.
