I plan to call them back and set up another contract. They were very informative and willing to answer any questions I had. They were also very helpful and it was a pleasure working with them.

Marcel did a really terrific job. He took care of both slow/stopped sinks, in the process of which he fixed a couple of minor problems I hadn't even noticed. He took the time to show me how to do some basic maintenance/cleanup work myself. He also spent time thoroughly and helpfully answering all my questions. I am extremely satisfied; I'll use them again if I need a plumber again.

I love these guys. I have worked with other plumbers before, and I have never worked with such professional people; their professionalism really made an impression on me. They are kind of expensive. I would most definitely use them again in the future if I needed to.

We our now on our 4th contact with Radiant, and have enjoyed working with them each and every time! Today, they're are coming out to tune up our AC!

Excellent. Ruben was extremely professional, polite, friendly, and efficient. He described what he was going to do, some risks, and followed up to show me that the risk-factors did not come into play and that everything went fine. The only bummer is that one toilet had a comfy wooden seat (which we love) and the other one had a very un-comfortable thin plastic seat (which we hate and will replace as soon as we get around to it). The plastic seat looked fine, so we didn't raise any objections at the time, but once we sat on it, every family member found it unpleasant. The service was fabulous, but next time I get toilets--hopefully a long time from now--I'll need to remember to "try before I buy!"

Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning did a good job replacing my hot water heater. I do feel it was overpriced, but the work was solid.

Very pleased with the technician, David. He was knowledgeable, courteous and able to do the job without question. I will definitely call on them again for my plumbing needs. The prices may be a little higher, but if that means they do the work with quality parts and don't have to return later to fix again or repair what they just did, then perhaps that is reasonable.

I would, but we have an old house and I don't have time. They've repaired a lot of things in our house and none of those repairs have had issues.

I really like their service a lot. The guy that came out was very professional. He went above and beyond. He came out when he was supposed to.

The job went exceptionally well, despite my being upset about the flooding inside and the effect on the carpet. The staff in the office was very responsive, courteous, and reassuring. The serviceman arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule on Same Day Service and he also explained the options for replacing the leaking water heater. The plumber/serviceman who performed the work was very efficient and careful with his shoes and tools, very thoughtful about protecting the floor and furtniture. He replaced the hot water heater and then showed me his work for inspection, then asked if I was satisfied or had other needs prior to presenting me with the bill--which was exactly what he quoted me---no hidden charges or Add Ons. I could not be more pleased.

He was very amicable, accommodating, and truthful with me. He didn't do any work without showing me the cost and the different options I had to fix the problem. He was great. He was a little more pricey, but the warranty was 2 years instead of 6 months or a year.

They came out quickly and were very reasonable. They were also honest and very personable. They did the job to our satisfaction. I would definitely use them again in the future as well.

I received a call from the scheduler letting me know Joey was on his way and would arrive within the next 30 minutes. Joey T arrived a few minutes before the appointment time. Joey introduced himself; he was professional and was carrying shoe covers to put on to protect my flooring. He inquired about previous service to my system and ask me to point out access points and air return. Joey fully checked every aspect of my system, he asked for assistance when testing the temperature by having me turn on and lower the thermostat. After my A/C system check/boost was complete, Joey came in and we sat down to review the results. My system is 12 years old and he said it was in good condition with some rusting, which is what I had expected. Some of the 6? ducts are partially collapsed which may be restricting some of the air flow. I asked Joey to prepare an estimate for a replacement unit. He inquired the square footage of the house in order to size the system and multiple questions to assist in preparation of the estimate. Joey will return in a few weeks to present the estimate. Joey was great to work with; he answered all the questions I had in a professional manor. I could tell that he loves what he does.

Radiant Plumbing is top notch! I called one morning and they were able to work me into their schedule the same day! I had some issues with my toilets and Jason was able to make the repairs immediately. Radiant is extremely professional, from their office staff to their plumbers. I will be using Radiant again!

I received a flyer in my mailbox from Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning, offering: "Spring tune-up & effieciency boost" for our AC unit for $79.99! I was given a morning time-slot and received a call 30 minutes before he was to arrive. Joey was a very nice man and explained completely what he had done on our unit. We were so relieved to hear our 8 year old AC is still working well! He inspected the inside and outside unit, cleaned the coils, checked amps, refrigerant pressures & temperatures. All this for only $79.00! With the high temperatures of summer on the way, it's a relief to know our air conditioner is in top working order! We highly recommend Radiant Plumbing and Air Conditioning.

So Joey showed up on time for the appointment (I think he was about 10 minutes early, but I am a Military man so I respect that!) I was working in the garage and saw him pull up, he came up and introduced himself and asked how he could assist me. I am pretty picky about customer service and I could tell with in a minute or two of talking to this A/C guy that he was professional and was knowledgeable. The technician was a little bit older than me so I asked him to call me by my first name because in my line of work guys 20 years older than me call me Sir, so in my own house I don't like to be called Sir by a guy older than me. So I bring this up because to me its important to remember your customers and to address them by name because it shows attentiveness and professionalism. I was impressed because my name is not too common and I usually say it fast and people are like what and asked me several times to repeat it. Well not this guy, he got it the first time and remember it! I was impressed. While he was doing his thing I would stand over his shoulder to see what was going on because I love to learn but I also know that's pretty darn annoying sometimes so I would step away and go back to working in my yard. He came out several times to show me things that I could do that were preventive in nature to ensure my unit didn't experience any unnecessary problems or to show me his sweet little gadget that showed that everything is in good working order. Oh and I almost forgot. When he first fired up the unit the outside fan wasn't coming on so he started trouble shooting to see what the problem was and he found it! I had cut the remote wire from the main unit to the outside fan when I was installing my garage door opener! So, needless to say I am extremely glad I had radiant come out because I would have been in a world of hurt later this summer when I couldn't figure out why my A/C wasn't working. So, overall I had a great experience with Radiant. Joey the Technician was a nice guy, he was very patient and didn't mind me asking questions and I could really tell he likes what he does and is good at it. Its nice when someone gives you advice and tells you how to do simple things to keep your investment running right and to me that speaks volumes about his honesty and genuine concern. Job well done Joey and Radiant, you have a customer for life.

Their plumber was very pushy regarding the job, told us they were very busy and he would need half the payment in advance if we were to get on the schedule. It took less than an hour to complete the work, and we were presented with a bill for $785.00 for his time.

It was the day before relatives were supposed to show up for New Years Eve and I had called several plumbers on Angie's List for a broken homeowner's side valve on the line for my municipal water service. Only three companies could come out on fairly short notice, look at the problem, and provide a detailed estimate at no cost, while others required a minimum payment. Estimates were all over the board - from ~$300 to over $800! Even though no municipal equipment was involved, some indicated a permit is absolutely required (another $50-100) while others insisted one is not (leads me to believe some were scamming or ridiculously conservative to the point of needlessly costing the consumer money). Gary with Radiant showed up, looked at the problem and advised of his professional solution. Unable to afford this, he gave me specific directions on how to solve the problem myself (which was within my own handyman abilities). He also gave me his number and asked that I follow-up and confirm for him that I had successfully completed the task as he did not want to leave me stranded in case something went wrong, which I did shortly thereafter. Anyway, with his advice, I managed to complete the task myself with no issues. Basically, this was a tremendous customer service call that built good will that you just don't see anymore (well, except with Radiant, I guess)! It proved to me that Radiant is not only fair, honest, and ethical in their work practices, a rare find these days, but also gracious under certain circumstances. I certainly wouldn't expect this treatment every visit, but this time it was much appreciated. Thank you, thank you, thank you Gary and Radiant!

The technician gave me two estimates, depending if he could rebuild the handles using the existing pipes in the wall, or if he would have to knock out the sheetrock behind the faucets. Luckily, the pipes were fine and he was able to rebuild the faucets in both showers. I paid the lesser estimate. He was very efficient and capable. I will call them for more work in the future.

It was kind of expensive. The replacement was free and we had to pay for the repair to the pipes below. They were very professional and fastidious. They cleaned up afterwards and were meticulous. We've used them twice. They have a yearlong plan to do maintenance like flushing the water heater and they came back and did that.

WOW.... I was astonished at how amazingly polite and good-natured Marcell was. (that was who this company dispatched to us) You just don't see customer service like that anymore! He really spoke to us like we were important, patiently answering all our questions and explaining options. If he is indicative of the kind of people Radiant hires in general, then way to go Radiant! Great great job. Also, very punctual and quick - we had someone here in less than 2 hours. He offered different solutions to our leaky faucet, from a $200 'band aid' solution to the most expensive one that required replacing our very old parts, which is what we ultimately went with. So they will work with your and your budget. The dispatch fee is waived if they do service, and they automatically give you a 2-year warranty on any work they do. Plus it's family-owned and operated, if that is important to you. Highly recommended. (note: I did not give a rating on price because I have little frame of reference.)

I had a leak to the point where the city shut off my water. I called at 6:00pm and they were able to get me in next morning. The service man looked at the problem and explained all of my options. We took the route to not just replace the valve but replace a fair amount of the pipe which included a better pressure regulator and a flexible hose so that the valve will not break again. That being said, $997 is way to much for this repair even for the quality of the work. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I am so impressed with this company. Reuben was at my door a few hours after I called (scheduling around my other obligations). He explained the issues in a way I could understand and took the time to show me how to avoid these issues from happening in the future. He got the job done quickly and was so thorough, checking everything around the source of the problem. I will definitely be calling in the future with any questions and issues that arise. It is so rare for me to find a service company that I am this impressed with. Thank you for making what I thought was going to be a long, drawn out process, so easy for me!!

As stated above, I was doing a DYI project of changing out a bathroom vanity top, sink and faucet. All was going well, but when I tried to put the new drain to the existing plumbing, it wasn't a match and I knew I was out of my league to "fake it". I searched Angie's list for a plumber and saw Radiant Plumbing. I called them and they scheduled someone to come out and give me a quote the next morning. A wonderful plumber named Reuben came out and encouraged me for trying to do the project and gave me some great pointers. He then gave me a quote which was higher than I was expecting, but when he explained the need for updating some of the existing plumbing, I decided that it was probably better to do it now before it was a problem in the future. Reuben told me that he could schedule the work to be done the very next morning. He then came back and asked if I would like to have it done immediately as his schedule had opened. I agreed and within a few hours, I have my new sink working like a charm! I would highly recommend Radiant Plumbing as the customer service was courteous and helpful and Reuben was great as well!

They were on time, professional and courteous. They did good work. They were a little expensive; I think I spent $350 out-of-pocket. They did what they were supposed to; I think they did it right. They seemed knowledgeable about what they were doing. They used the right material. I would use them again in the future in a plumbing emergency.
