We were moving out of our house and noticed water pouring out of the wall where the refrigerator was disconnected. It was early evening so we knew it would be an emergency plumbing call. Radient explained over the phone how to shut off the water supply and then sent someone within 2 hours. The plumber went above and beyond by waiting for my husband to retrieve a part from a hardware store in addition to quickly repairing the broken valve.

A broken washer cutoff valve began flooding the utility room. After shutting the master valve to the house, used Angie's List to locate this A-rated provider for the first use. The plumber arrived quickly, assessed the situation, recommended replacing BOTH valves, provided quotes for all options, and then replaced both valves in a timely and professional manner. While there, the plumber also tested the output of my water softener to confirm that it was still working properly. Total time at the house was less than an hour. ALL plumbers are expensive, but this emergency repair late on a Friday afternoon was well worth the money. These folks do an excellent and honest job.

The professional arrived on time, was very friendly and professional and offered to discuss other plumbing needs, but was not pushy about additional services. We were very satisfied overall.

I called Radiant late Saturday afternoon about a serious leak in our front yard from the water supply; Tim from Radiant arrived a little after dark; he did a preliminary survey of the problem and provided several pricing scenarios based on how many leaks/breaks there might be; he had to dig through a lot of mud but found that there was only 1 break; even though it was already dark, Tim performed the work; he kept us informed about what he was doing; he repaired the break; he also installed a more accessible turn-off valve so that we could easily turn-off/on the water ourselves in the future. Tim was very professional and courteous. He worked hard to do our repairs. We are very satisfied customers. We will call Radiant if we require future plumbing assistance. We can confidently recommend Radiant to others who need plumbing work.

Great. I use Radiant for all my plumbing, and have a service contract with them for a yearly plumbing check and it gives me breaks on other services. I needed a softener for this particular job, at a new home with ell water. I called, made appointment and they sent the same guy I always have do work at my home. He then emailed me later with the price and I was able to call and arrange for install and payment. Very easy to set up, no hard sell, which saved me much hassle in the days before moving. The install seemed to go well and was done in a day. I'm pleased with everything and would recommend Radiant.

Brought them out to check for a slow leak under a toilet and to clear out a slow washing machine drain. When they finally arrived, the plumber had neither a moisture detector nor the appropriate snake tool. Would not use them again.

We had a broken sink disposal and other issues we wanted a plumber to look at. They sent Jason who arrived promptly at 10 am as requested. Upon entering our home he removed his shoes which was greatly appreciated. Jason went through each each issue explained in depth of what the cause was how to resolve and prevention. He gave us pricing and we decided from there what was priority. He did the work that same day which took no time at all and was on his way. Shortly after, we received a follow-up from Shannun to make sure we were taken care of. It was really a nice to have a technician come into our home and actually show care and concern for us and our problems. We were extremely satisfied and pleased with our experience and will definitely be using them again!

We had a pipe leak in our kitchen and needed a flapper replaced on one of our toilets. I didn't like that they did a whole house evaluation and their recommendation was to replace all of the toilets and most of the plumbing in a house that was just 10 years old! I declined this "upsell" and had them just do my other repairs. I had to have them out again because my kitchen leak was not fixed and now one of my toilets is worse. Even though this toilet is still under warranty I am going to pay another company to fix it because I don't have confidence that it will be repaired properly. The service man was very nice and they are punctual but I didn't like the obvious upsell or quality of work.

I was really happy with the interaction and would be confident about having someone from Reliant come out when I have another problem.

I liked them so much I signed up for their monthly service VIP program and plan to use them each year. They even tip-toed around while my little one was napping and were super sweet about being quiet!

Radiant advertised free flapper valve replacement. Their representative determined, and I agreed, my toilets didn't need valve replacements. He then inspected the plumbing systems including the outside water lines and made reasonable recommendations. He spent approximately one and a half hours with me.

The service specialist, Bryan F., arrived promptly and discussed procedures, then drove to the nearby Plumbing Supply store to pick up the newly shipped high-end Kohler toilet. He showed a very professional attitude throughout the service call and was very articulate. I am delighted with the results which exceeded expectations.

We made an appointment to have a technician come out to the house to look at a hot water heater we were having a problem with. The hot water heater is gas and we were having a problem keeping the pilot light lit. Once lit, the water heater worked like a charm, heating the water with no problem. But once the water got to the hot temperature that it was set to, the gas would shut off and the pilot light would go out. The technician from Radiant was very punctual and showed up on time, but from the start he was commenting at how old the water heater was (it was 8 years old, the low end of the life of a water heater) and that we shouldn't waste any money fixing it, we should just replace it. We told him that we were not looking to replace the unit if it could be fixed. He lit the hot water heater and then went to his car to write up a quote for a new water heater. While he was out there, the water heater turned off again, because the water had gotten hot and thus the burner turned off (like it is supposed to), and the pilot light went out again (not supposed to). We went out to the car to get him and bring him back in. We asked him about the pilot light mechanism, and he proceeded to tell us that diagnostic service cost would be $150 per hour. He went out to his car again. (So far he had been in the house 5 min of the 30 min he had been there), with most of his time being spent in the car. I started to get the feeling that he didn't know how to fix the unit and maybe had to call into the office to get info. We went out to his car to get him and tell him that we just wanted to know about fixing the pilot mechanism. When we got to the car, we noticed he was eating a sandwich in his car (granted, it was 5:30pm, so maybe he was hungry). I tried to call into the office to see if we could possibly arrange for another technician, but the office was closed. I told the technician that maybe he should go ahead and leave and we would get someone else. He promptly drove off...

He came out but couldn’t do a lot of what was included in the deal. A few weeks after the service, our water heater started leaking everywhere. There was a leak that I didn’t know about.

They were very efficient and worked quickly.

Radiant was fast to respond to call. Very professional and efficient. Problem was identified quickly and resolved.

They did great job. They were thorough. The water heater was old enough to replace. They had a little difficulty flushing it but did a great job getting it in good shape. They did not hassle me about anything.

I would not recommend Radiant Plumbing.

He came in and did it really quick. I was thrilled with his service. He did a great job. I really liked him.

The old one was soldered into place and they replaced it with a Sharkbite. That is an OK solution but not as good as soldered. However they did not want to include soldering pipe with the Hose Bib special deal I bought.

I called to schedule the appointment and was very pleased that they offered me a visit that same day, as I was home sick from work and this kept me from having to take more time off. I was very pleased with the service and with the new faucet that was installed - much more convenient design than my old one. I am blanking on his name, I am afraid, but the young man who came was efficient, personable and helpful. He took the time to give me bids on other methods of replacing the faucet, as I was considering moving the location around a corner of the house, but when I decided to stick with the basic replacement which I had already paid for with the deal mentioned above, he got right to it and fixed it right up. Throughout the process he was professional, taking the time to explain all steps and options. It was a great experience, even if I was under the weather that day (probably why I can't think of his name...). He even liked my dogs, which has nothing to do with the review except to show his good taste!

Everything was great except the scheduling. It took two attempts for them to get it done. The service person was very good at his job and very punctual.
