Arrived early within the requested window. Put in the new faucet and checked the rest of the plumbing under the sink. Answered questions and demonstrated usage both for the faucet and the disposal. Added value to the visit by checking the water heater life and by showing where all the circuit breakers were. Enrollment in the service program made sense given the age of my heater and Air conditioner.

This was so long ago I don't remember much. I did not accept a new system from them (perhaps should have) but called another provider who put coolant in the systems and made them last another year. I do not remember the exact cost but I had purchased an Angie's List coupon.

The provider was polite, nice and punctual. The job was very, very simple, uncomplicated and plain. The work was fine, but it was a simple matter of exchanging the tub down spout and the cartridge which controls the flow of hot and cold water by removing the existing fixture on the outside of the tub and replacing it. There were no impediments, need for the removal of panels or other preliminary measures. We estimate the provider over-charged us by 40-50%.

Went fine. Very professional. Came when they said they would, fixed the leak and cleaned up after themselves.

I think they are problematic. The young man who came was new plumber or a guy in training learning in his trade. He was able to unplug one drain, the other drain he could not unplug. He called his office and they told him to pour acid down into the drain. He said I am to have my section of pipes removed down in a crawl space and big job and what not and that may what it have to be done. So I called another plumber friend that had worked for me solid capable plumber that I knew was very experienced and I told him what had happened and asked if he could help me and he said he told you to pour acid down the drain, he said that should never happen because it would eat the pipes. He came out and without any trouble at all unplugged that drain and got it flowing and fortunately the pipes haven't been eaten yet. I would not use them again.

They only installed 2 hose bins then the plumber tried really hard to sell me other services they offered.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. They were very professional, they were on time. They did not charge us anything extra. Everything was great.

After being rescheduled 4 times and considering I am a contracted premier customer, I want out of my contract. Previously, the A/C maintenance guy used a piece of black electrical tape to over ride my system to make my A/C turn on versus fixing the problem. Short cuts and late service people, I am done!

christian with radiant plumbing & ac diagnosed the leaky evaporator coils and replaced system and recharged freon. everything fine, but system began freezing up meaning that there was still a leak. christian with radiant quickly came out and crawled under the house and found multiple leaks from shoddy copper welds on original installation from 20 years ago. he quickly installed the proper insulated line for a fair price and recharged system no charge. when i need ac work in the future i'll call radiant.

They were very professional and their price was reasonable but not too low. They did a very good job and communicated very well. They did good quality work.

It took longer than expected due to some unforeseen issues with the existing drain line. They had to come out several times to finish the work. The price was fair for all the work that had to be done. We had an issue where water started leaking in the house from the AC unit on a Saturday afternoon and when we called they were here within the hour to fix it so very prompt.

It was kind of jumbled. The price was fair, but I recall a mix up with scheduling my appointment. They did come, but no showed the first appointment that I setup. It was just messy and I would not use them again.

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning worked out fine. They did a good job. I just felt like the plumber and the HBAC specialists were knowledgeable. They listened to what we were looking for. They were very professional.

Very professional and prompt. I've used before on a water heater replace and am now on the monthly maintenance plan. Technician came out and checked the furnace and A/C and sealed entry points from Air Conditioning into the house as part of the plan. Very thorough. Will use again.

They arrived on time and the job was done to my satisfaction.

Tim was great to work with. He provided details of what he was doing to find the stoppage as well as discussed options to repair and prevent issues in the future.

They took shortcuts on fixing the main issue with the stat switch until I called them on it and then they fixed it (without cardboard and electrical tape).

The representative from Radiant Plumbing was punctual, very friendly, and flexible in what he could do or needed to do. I had purchased a deal of $99 for a drain cleaning plus a video camera line inspection. He checked the drain from multiple entry points with a snake, and determined the best place to attack the clog. His camera line would not make it past the junction in the key section, so he compensated by snaking that portion to a greater distance and more thoroughly than would have normally be covered by the $99 deal. End result: both sections of pipe were cleaned out, and everything drains smoothly now from both washing machine side and kitchen sink side. Definitely very satisfied with the service provided by Radiant.

We decided to go with another provider. The price for the material and labor was higher that expected. The technician was very thorough and professional.

We had a wonderful experience with Radiant, our plumber was very professional, efficient, polite and amazingly clean! He was very patient in talking me through all the options we had for our issue and how to best repair it. They used a fixed-cost structure so we didn't have to worry about how long it might take. The leak was located and fixed completely, and he explained the likely cause of it based on what he found. We have used their services once more since and have been extremely pleased each time.

They were pretty good. They were friendly, they put covers in their shoes. They took care of the job the first time.

I did not get what I paid for. I paid $99 for a drain cleaning and video camera line inspection which could not be done because the cleanout could not be found which I understand is not his fault, but he was quite rude as well. Hopefully not reflective of everyone who works there as I have talked to other homeowners who have had good experience with them. I would be willing to try them again as they are located in my neighborhood and speedy response would be good for plumbing emergencies should there be one.

I needed to have a toilet reset after having new tile installed in a bathroom. I was only in town for the day so I needed it done that day. I called several companies and got bids over the phone, but Radiant wouldn't give me a price over the phone. They insisted that a technician would have to come out and look at the job to provide a bid, even though I told them it was a straightforward toilet reset and that other companies had already provided me estimates over the phone. I was reticent to pay a service fee just for a bid, so they agreed to waive the service fee and have a technician come out. They seemed to want to earn my business, so I agreed to let them come out and give me an estimate so I could have options. This was at about 11:00 AM on Friday. I called to follow up at about 4:00, and they said the technician should be done and on the way within an hour or two. They called me back at 7 and said the tech would be here in 30 minutes. He finally showed up at 8:00. He looked at the toilet and told me it would be $221 and would take about 20 minutes. At this point I had no choice. I needed it done, so I had him do it. The two other companies I spoke to on the phone would have each done it for around $100. The work was fine, but definitely not worth the wait or the price.

I purchased this big deal and am very happy with the results.

They did a great job. I was very satisfied with them. I signed up for extended service with them for the future.
