After an initial misunderstanding on the cost of the replacement work Thomas did the job completely and with very good quality. He was friendly and helpful in every way. Genevieve at the office was instrumental in getting the pricing issue resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. I would use them again.

I knew there was a leak in the toilet and the tech became a salesman for a new toilet.When I asked about the city rebates, he was uninformed.My toilet was installed in 1960 when the house was built. I'm sure I'm eligible for rebates. When I looked at the water heater later after he left,There didn't appear to be a leak, as he reported. I wasn't trustful of his inspection.

Arrived promptly, was fast getting the equipment in place. Explained what might be causing the intermittent problem and made suggestions on things that I can do myself to troubleshoot since the problem was not present when he arrived. Eased my mind about a larger problem. Service tech who did my work was Marcel Lavallee.

Thomas and Harley arrived at the designated time, checked out the sink, and went straight to work. They were polite and professional and got the job done in about an hour. Well done!

LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys! Started with a super sweet and extremely efficient gal who schedule the appointment for the following morning and even got me their first appointment. Two very nice & professional guys showed up with plastic on their feet so as not to mess up the carpet. My water bill had doubled in the last two months, so they checked everything to see if there were any issues beyond this small leak I had found within a toilet. They fixed that, inspected the other toilets/water heater and spent the time to teach me all about toilets, water heaters and sprinkler systems. I am in the process of moving, so he even gave me advice on what to expect from an inspector within these areas. Could not be happier and will FORSURE use them again!

They tore up the yard and did a very poor job replacing the dirt and filling the hole. It was too expensive!

The service was fine. They knew what they were doing which was a lot better compared to other companies I used. They were able to repair the problem that other companies could not.

It worked out very well. They charged what they said they would. I did have to call to re schedule. They had so many responses from the deal that they could not schedule me immediately.The man was very polite and business like. I am happy with their service. It is much easier now. I just have to turn one simple knob which is better compared to the other knob.

Thieving worked out well. We were happy with the work and it was well priced.

The work we needed most was done and done well. However, the plumber tried to pressure us into a very expensive replacement of an outdoor kitchen sink faucet, saying that it could not be repaired. He quoted an additional $650 to replace the faucet (which didn't cost that much originally). Things just didn't add up so we declined to do that part of the work. A few minutes of online research subsequently revealed that a $40 part would fix the problem. My husband fixed it in about 20 minutes. My advice is to beware if you use this company. If it sounds fishy and expensive, take the time to do some online research on your own.

Submitted an online request to Radiant on the morning of 9/12 to address an intermittent problem we were having with an upstairs A/C unit. They called within an hour to set up an appointment for the following morning. Got a call from the office the morning of the appointment an hour before the tech was scheduled to arrive. Christian Barlow arrived about 45 later than expected, but I found out he came all the way from Leander (complete opposite side of town), so I am not surprised that the time estimate wasn't exact. Christian was a very nice young man, very professional, and found the problem right away. The outside unit coils were so dirty they were obstructing the air flow. He told me about a service agreement program they offer on plumbing and air conditioning, and I agreed it was a good investment. Christian showed me the coils before and after he cleaned the units and explained everything in detail. He quickly performed his job and was gone within an hour.

Great job with high quality parts. Costs a little more.

The inspection was scheduled for Aug.19th (Monday), first thing, 8:00 a.m. The rep stated I would receive a call when tech was en-route. Around 8:00 a.m. I called Radiant Plumbing/AC to see what's up. Rep stated they did not have me down for an appointment? Okay, so I reschedule for the same time, next day. I can not remember if they called or if I did, but the tech would be late as he was in their morning/weekly meeting. Me: Really? Why was I scheduled if there was a morning/weekly meeting scheduled? Radiant: We're sorry, it was an oversight, tech should be there around 9:30, he will call en route. Later he does call but, he needs to stop and pick up supplies. I ask him to call when he is closer as I need to put the dogs up. He does a while later and...well, the guy was great, very professional, neat and clean, explained our system is old (15 years btw, and we're still keeping nice and cool) and suggested a new more efficient Puron AC, (we know we will need to switch too) but no hard sell, which I liked. Other than the delay, which was really not an issue for me but may be for other Angie customers, I would recommend Radiant. By the way, I think the tech's name was Christian, great guy.

The service went well but there was snafu on the scheduling. The dispatcher called me to apologize and then I got subsequent calls from various customer care reps to schedule an appt. But, everyone was polite and eager to please. No harm done, except some time wasted. I like the ProFlo toilet they installed. We now have two and they work as expected.

My experience with them went very well.

.It went OK, the A/C's still running but the only downside of it was that I was never inform or told what exactly,preventative wise,could I've done if this thing happened again. He just do his thing and then leave.

great. Service tech was good and a great salesman.

He knew how to take the Kohler faucet apart and replace the diverter that I had ordered in advance. The spray hose works fine now and the faucet works the way it is supposed to. The tub drain is clear and drains great. I definitely will use them in the future. The Angie's deal was a good introduction to a good efficient plumber. I had called two other plumbers and received no response at all. Thomas also checked out the water heater just to make sure I would have no problems with it. Very thorough and efficient.

However, they cut the wire controlling one whole section of the sprinkler system. This resulted in additional cost for the service call and lost time from work!

Excellent. Made a thorough review of the air conditioner. Answered all my questions and explained what preventive items I should do.
