They spent the first 45 minutes determining how they were going to get paid. They installed a kitchen faucet and negleted to turn back on half of the water inputs to the sink area. I am 82 years old and the only reason I hired them to install the sink is that I am not able to get down on the floor to turn off the water inputs to the sink and attached appliances such as the R.O. and the dish washer.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service, but I would not recommend them.

They were going to scope our pipes with their camera, but they forgot their camera. They left to go get their scope, and although I waited as long as I could, we couldn't finish the deal the same day. They called back to reschedule later, and it’s just never happened yet. There had been some flooding in the past and I’m still waiting to hear if there was any root damage. It was just a disappointing experience. It was an upsell opportunity to replace my toilet.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were able to go out there promptly and take care of it without me being there. The work turned out fine and it was resolved. I would use them again. I didn't pay any additional.

I purchased a deal for $79 for plumbing inspection. They said when they got here that "for my plumbing it would be an extra $210!" Obviously bait and switch. The technician said that the fine print stated that they had to have "easy access" which meant a clean out he could get to without removing a toilet. He then located a clean out under neath my sink, but he couldn't use that and it would still be $210 more. At this point I am getting a refund and will not be using this company in the future. It should be noted that the technician arrived an hour and a half after the scheduled time. He was polite and professional.

ran a camera thru drain from the house to the street. round out that the blockage is from upheaval of the soil which has interrupted the downwards angle and caused two flat spots. he marked the spots and gave me an estimate on cost to correct.

They basically came out and looked at my toilet which was leaking at the base and from the tank...it was very old. And then they quoted me some options for replacing or fixing it. It was gonna cost a fortune to fix it, and even more to get a new toilet. I went out and bought a toilet myself and had another handyman install it for half of what they were gonna charge me. The guys were both super nice, but one of them just seemed a little too smooth...too salesman-ish...the other was much more respectful and seemed more honest. he whole thing was a bit too pushy, and i went with my own plan. i wouldn't call them again.

The plumber that was sent out, Nick, was very punctual and professional. He was very efficient and walked through everything that was replaced as well as pointed out things to watch out for in the future. While he was here, I also had him price out several options for replacing our water heaters. He was very thorough and detailed in that as well. Would definitely recommend them.

Had an washing machine installed and the installer broke the pipe in the wall and damaged the city water turn off. The turned the water off to the house, opened the wall and repaired the water line to the washer. They also installed a new box for the water lines. They arrived promptly and finished quickly.

Great experience overall. They were flexible enough to work with my busy schedule and extremely attentive. Scheduling the appointment was painless and I was given updates and reminders to when the technicians would be arriving. The gentlemen were very friendly and efficient workers. They diagnosed the issues right away and instead of having to schedule another repair appointment, they were able to do it on the spot. After coming up with an estimate very quickly, they got to work and were out of my way within an hour. The whole team from the office dispatch to the technicians were very professional and supportive. Although the price was a little more than I wanted to spend, it proved to be cost efficient and saved me a lot of money off both my electric and water bill. I would use them again in a heartbeat and would suggest them to anyone subsiding in the Austin area. :)

Service man that came out to evaluate the air conditioner indicated a number of problems and gave me a verbal estimate of $4500 to clean, repair, and service the unit. He did nothing else. The purpose may have been to sell a new air conditioner/heat pump. I had it re-evaluated by another tech. and the response was quite different. A second company informed me the fan blades needed cleaning (which Radiant also claimed, true) and everything else was working normal for a 8 year old unit. A third company informed me the unit was working as expected and could perform as expected for a long time. Just normal wear and tear, which may be the whole issue.

It went fine. Took very little time and it was done! I have heard their commercials on the radio and they seemed like a very good company and I would use them again.

Very responsive. Woman who took order called three or four times to update me on status of when the service crew would arrive. They were a two-person crew. Very personable. Not afraid to use my first name. Great people skills. They cleared the drain in short order. I took advantage of the $88.00 special offer on Angie's List for a drain clearing and video inspection. I had already disengaged the toilet and I knew how to re-attach it, so that saved me some money. Highly recommend.

We went from electric snake to the high-pressure blow-out. Somewhat expensive but less so and less intrusive than replacing the trap (which would involve jack-hammering the slab). Landon was absolutely super throughout.

They did a good job and deal was very affordable.

It was fine. I would not recommend them other than a big deal because their prices are astronomical. Something broke off in their hand and I had to have another plumber to replace it. It could have been broken already. I have no way of knowing. I would not use them in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was disappointed in it. I felt I was kind of misled. A lot of the things he was saying was because I have an old house and there were old outdated things. My house is 10 years old so I know it is not state of the art but it is not that old. He said that several times about different things such as the water heater and toilets. He said they don't use that technology any more. I was disappointed in the overall experience. I think it was more just a checkup on what needs to be paid attention to instead of doing a little bit of maintenance. I learned a lot about my house and that I have low water pressure that I need to address. I didn't get what I had hoped for. He came out right away and he was prompt. He really didn't do anything. I could have done without being told how old my plumbing was; it really isn't that bad.

Radiant always does a great job for me, from ordering and installing my water softener to all of the little broken plumbing issues I had at my previous home.
