Doors did not come on time and when they did they were not the doors we ordered. They expedited the shipment of the correct doors. Except for the delay, the job was done well and we are very happy with the doors.

The technician not only fixed the bracket, but he also added several more screws to keep it secured. I would definitely use them again. They were prompt and professional.

As is typical tried to sell more than what they came out to do but took my declining of that with graciousness.

I thought that both repairs might have been under warrantee since vendor supplied and installed both door and opener under lifetime warrantee within the last four years, but did not press the point. The technician did the more expensive of the two at no cost. Total cost was a little less than twice the minimum charge for a callout.

Came to replace rollers and do a thorough check. He found multiple problems which we did not know about. He was here for 2-3 hours repairing all of the problems

Lance and Billy were professional, efficient, and did a great job. The work was done just as I expected and they charged what they included on the estimate. I would absolutely hire this company again.

We got the high dollar door. The staff were fine. It was done very quickly. They cleaned up fine. I would tell a friend that I recommend them they were good.

They are wonderful. I am very pleased with them. I am very happy with Precision Doors. They gave me a great Deal and gave me a great door at a good price. They got it all installed, it works and I am fabulously happy with them but I don't need the tuneup. I absolutely adored the guy that came out to give the initial evaluation. He was great. He explained to me exactly what the problem was and why a tuneup wouldn't help because it would collapse if I kept using it. Actually I kind of suspected that. I have absolutely no complaints with Precision Doors. They were timely. They ordered the door for me. They called me as soon as it was in and scheduled the installation. The installation was very quick and smooth. I would recommend them to anyone. I think I got a good price, it was actually less than what I was fearing it would be. I didn't get the top of the line garage door, but I got one that was better than the one I had.

It went fine. Billie was on time & very polite & personable. He did however reccommend a new garage door & a new garage door opener which was about $2000, which I declined.

Well. I firmly believe that if it is not broken, don't fix it. The technician recommended that I replace the opener and the entire lifting mechanism for approximately $983. He made his recommendation on the basis of safety, saying that one of the springs was ready to break. I, of course, did not know how much danger that would represent so it was hard to make an informed decision. So, in the end I elected to not spend any more money,

Everything went great. I called them, they set everything up for the next day. He came out and look at my system and informed me that it was too old for him to do the work. He was nice, professional, and I would definitely recommend them

I purchased an Angie's List deal to upgrade the rollers and do a service on my garage door because I was having issues with it closing. When they got there, they told me that the previous owners had already hired them to do the service and upgrades, and did I want a refund or did I want to use the $ towards a service call at par (same cost). Since I was having trouble with the door not closing all the time, I chose the service call instead of the refund. They said it was fixed. I called the next week because I was still having the same issue with no improvement. The guy came and looked at it again, said he made a few adjustments, then wanted me to pay for a new service call. When I said it should be covered under warranty, he hung up on me. The owner ultimately didn't charge me for the call, but also didn't agree that her service warranty should have applied since I had technically paid for a roller update, even though only a week had passed. A month later, I disconnected the door from the opener and found that the tech had unwound the mainspring so much that the door no longer stays in the up position. It instantly falls to half open when not connected to the opener. Good job guys. That was a great way to fix the problem. I used another company on a subsequent $2,000 installation on another property and was quite pleased.

Entire process was superb...Stephanie at the office was quick to respond and provided timely notices. Steve Miles, the tech was very professional, on-time, quick and efficient. Explained all services before and after without using any pressure tactics to up sell additional services but, was quick to outline what services were available for the future when the need arises. Will definitely use this company again.

My 30 year old garage door opener gave up the ghost today, leaving the door wide open and the manual release jammed. Chris arrived promptly and did an outstanding job of diagnosing the problem, explaining it to me, and getting it fixed. I was impressed by the care with which he explained the problems he found and the time he took to describe the differences between the available replacements (including offering his opinion that the motor in the less expensive of the two options was of better quality). He also alerted me to the fact that the door rollers were starting to wear so that I could get that dealt with before it became a crisis. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience. Although the job was not cheap, I feel that it was worth it. I definitely will be using this company again.

Didn't need the full service and found a better deal.

Brian was very courteous and informative. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, making an effort to be sure we understood. Our spring has done exactly the things he said it might but appears to have some life left in it, so we opted not to replace it right now (before Christmas) while it is still working. We were disappointed, of course, not to get a new spring, but there is far more to an opening system than I had ever realized. We now have an estimate, good for 90 days, of what the future repair will cost, with the Angie's List discount. We understand that we can apply the Angie's List Deal in the future until it expires in April, 2015, based on what I read on Angie's List in our deal fine print.

Landon did everything right! He called before he arrived, arrived on time and completed all the work in a very efficient, pleasant and professional manner. He finished the job in the time frame quoted and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He was awesome!

There was a gap at the bottom of the garage door after the work was completed. I called the company when I noticed it and they came out the next day and fixed it. I was satisfied with the work.

Steve was great. He came promptly when he said he would. We discussed issues I was having with the garage door and based on his review and our discussion, recommended additional maintenance/replacements including adding another spring for my heavy door. It wouldn't stay up if it was lifted manually and now it stays up in about 4 different positions. He explained everything to me including the lifetime warranty. Much to my surprise not only did he clean the area around the garage door, he swept out my entire garage. The door works great, doesn't make the noise it did before, and the garage is very clean.

VERY WELL! The technician showed up promptly and was VERY courteous and knowledgeable. He immediately indicated that the work as described in the deal could not be performed because of the age of the door & its failure to comply with the latest updated city safety codes. Thus no tune-up, cable replacement, roller replacements, spring adjustments, lubrication, preventative etc. were performed -- he did do an inspection and provided an estimate for brand new garage doors with their updated safety devices. If I do buy new garage doors in the next few months it will definitely be with this company as the technician made a great impression!

It was after hours, but a technician was here within 1 hour. They do have an after hours charge, but at least I would be able to get my car out and be to work the next morning.

I called them, since we found his name from a neighborhood paper. He was very nice, but he said he could not get to us since it was later in the day. I explained what the problem was and he told me he thought he knew what the problem was, from my explaining. He told me how to line up the beams and he walked us through that. He told us to call him back if there were any problems, but there have not been any since. He was also responsive to our needs and I would give him a thumbs up.

They were polite, informative, and helpful though. They did not charge me for the initial visit. They did have a warranty offered for 10 years for the labor.

They were amazing. He was super nice and I did not have to pay for that service either.
