Calling Precision was one of the smartest things I have done. From Bridgette, who took my call, to Jeremy (so) who provided the service/repair, I couldn’t be more pleased! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable; I couldn’t ask for more! Precision will be my”go to” provider!

Caleb at Precision is the best! He came out on a Sunday when our garage door stopped working, and instead of a quick fix, he did a complete inspection. The previous owner of our home tried to repair the doors with DIY parts, and the situation was dangerous. We had complete faith in Caleb, who did excellent work and left the job site immaculate. We are happy customers!

Everything you could want. A person answered the phone; making an appointment was easy; the service representative came on time and finshed well withonn hiw estimate. I feel like a paid a fair price and the new door works great.

Appointment was scheduled in a timely fashion. Jeremy, the technician, arrived on time, made an accurate assessment of the problems with our garage door, and gave us 3 options ranging from $1000 for repair to $2600 to replace our whole system. We opted to go with replacing our system and the work was completed in less than 2 hrs

Precision was entirely professional from start to finish. The gentleman who came by our home initially was highly knowledgeable and really seemed to have our best interests at heart. We ordered a new garage door from him, and he came back to our home after the installation appointment had been made to help us determine some things we needed to do in our garage to prepare for the installation. The installer was extremely polite and finished what he characterized as a difficult installation in our older house in record time. He then stayed after the installation to ensure that everything was working perfectly and to thoroughly explain the door's operation and maintenance. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door -- we have a beautiful new garage door that we are very happy with!

We recently had our garage door replaced by Precision Overhead Garage Service (Austin) on 27 Jun 22 (Monday). We were extremely pleased with the service that technician Prosperos provided at our home. The technician was professional, knowledgeable with an attention to details. Prosperos helped in setting up the app that worked with our garage door. Bottom line, I will recommend Precision Overhead Garage to my neighbors or anyone needing their garage door repaired or replaced.

I called them late Wed afternoon and they had an opening for noon on Thursday. The technician, Shane, was right on time. He didn't really think the opener needed to be replaced right away and in fact did not pressure me to spend the money. But he had the parts in his truck, the opener was 15 years old and was very noisy. Feels like one of the best purchases I've made recently. The new opener is a huge improvement.

The tech. Brian, fixed the problem I was aware of but additionally performed a complete review of the garage door. He suggested several repairs that would enhance the life of the door. The garage door now performs significantly better than before.

All went well. I tried to stay "local"; however, after numerous attempts to make contact with two "local" garage door repair/installation companies over two weeks of no answers and no return calls, I had to broaden my search. (One of the two was the company that installed the doors two years ago!) Anyway, Precision answered my 10:30AM call with a real person and after verifying that Wimberley was definitely within their service area, scheduled a service call for between 12&2PM the same day. Service tech arrived about 1PM. After assessing issues with both doors, he made several adjustments, lubricated them and cleaned up afterwards. A real pro! Now after two weeks of manually operating one of the doors, we have perfectly operating doors again. BWT all of this was done in about an hour and at a surprisingly reasonable cost. This is my new garage door company!

Nick did a great job. His repair and installation were much cleaner and of better quality than the previous work done by another company. Nick was also very friendly and easy to work with.

The garage door got stuck and could not be operated or disengaged from the opener manually. Precision was able to schedule me the same day as opposed to other companies that could not send a tech for several days. Jeremy Maleck came and turned out that the springs were broken. Within a couple of hours he obtained the right springs, replaced them and had the garage door operating smoothly. I was happy with the promptness and professionalism of the service.

It was great. Shaun came out on a Sunday and he was so courteous and polite and so very friendly. Shaun did an excellent job. Precision garage doors alway has fast service. I will never use anyone else for this work.

Shaun was really helpful. He was able to come out within 24hrs of my call and fixed my issue within 30 minutes. He took the time to let me know what caused the issue and how to maintain it so it doesn’t happen again. Was not pushy with promotions or trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. Would absolutely hire them again.

They were easy to deal with from initial call to installation. Their assessment to options to installation were always understood and made sense. Everyone I dealt with from Precision was outstanding.

Sean came out this morning and did a fantastic job! From first call of scheduling to Sean arriving, communication and repairs - everything was top notch!! Great company to keep your door working smoothly.

The technician arrived earlier than originally planned, which was great, and was very friendly/professional. He was very thorough about explaining the issues with the aged systems that were in my house. Each option to repair or replace was thoroughly discussed and pricing clearly provided. Installation of new systems was completed same-day, and looks fabulous. I definitely would recommend them to others. The technician, Nick Sager, was a pleasure to work with.

Explain to me very professionally what I need to be repaired and how long it’s gonna take and we agree and he got it done very professional he did an excellent job
