Description of Work: I purchased a packaged roller replacement and servicing for our overhead garage door that is 8-10 years old and has never been serviced. During the service check, the technician identified a failing spring and numerous other parts that were wearing. He took the time to show me the wear and show the replacement parts. In addition to the advertised service I'd purchased through Angie's List, I opted to have the springs replaced, a surge protector installed, and some other minor components replaced. I felt no pressure from the technician and feel the repair and service was well worth the investment. As indicated, the technician called in advance, arrived on time, work was completed promptly and with no inconvenience on our part. I'm delighted with this deal and with Precision Garage Door as the service provider.

Description of Work: They did an entire overhaul of our 8-year-old poorly installed garage door that was squeaking and wrenching so badly that the cables could have snapped at any time. They replaced the one large spring and added a second one (which it should have already had when our home was built). They replaced the wheels that hold the cables and the rollers. It is nearly completely silent now, and no longer wrenches at all. Very fair price, plus Angie's List discount helped too. The service professional was truly wonderful - honest, friendly, and effective! I was most impressed by the entire process and would absolutely use them again in the future. We'll probably be out of the market for their services though, since (thanks to them) we expect our garage door will be working smoothly for many, many years to come!
