I was very impressed with Precision Garage Door Service. They came out same day on a Sunday evening and repaired our garage door. Caleb their technician was phenomenal. He was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. As an added bonus he was kind to my 3 year old who insisted on sitting outside and watching him work.

Description of Work: Tuned garage door, and repraced garage door opener. Door has never opened as smoothly or quietly, even when brand new. Would have been less expencive but we purchaced top quality opener. Installer was vert copetent, and helpful.

Description of Work: The provider came out and did a quick inspection of the garage door. As I had feared it needed to be replaced and could not be "serviced." I pretty much new that before they came out but wanted a 2nd opinion. The technician looked to see if there was anything that could be done in the short term. After completing anything that could be done, the technician gave me a quote on the door replacement. I was not charged for the visit and the $79 I paid will be a credit to my account when I replace the door. The technician was promptly here at 8AM and extremely courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Precision was punctual. They replaced all of the mechanical parts of my 1980's door. I have had no problems with the door since. Their price was in line with what my realtor suggested I should expect to pay. Very reasonable and reliable. I would use them again.

Description of Work: He provided a verbal quote to replace my 3 garage doors. The quote was very good -- competitive. However, I wanted the quote in writing to spell out what I was to get for the quoted price. Even by asking multiple times for a wtitten quote, he would never provide one. I chose another provider even though he was a.little more expensive.
