Description of Work: Petrocelli serviced my AC for a plug in the drain line. Their tech, Terry, was on time, friendly, helpful, and happy to show me what he was doing while he was working. He even fixed a return air grate that was hung incorrectly that had been bugging me for some time. I will use them in the future as I have never been very happy with my previous AC repair companies--glad I found Petrocelli on Angie's List.

Description of Work: Jerry came out for a seasonal heater check - he has serviced our air conditioning unit, as well. Each time he has been here he was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He is also very careful that he leaves your home in good shape, once he is finished. We were very pleased with his services each time and will request Jerry any time we need a service call from Petrocelli's. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs air conditioner or heater service.

Description of Work: I wanted to use their Angie's list coupon for a system check-up. I left a message and someone contacted me to make an appointment at which point I requested they come out the next day since I had arranged to be home that afternoon. I currently have a very busy schedule but since I had a number of other things I had to take care of around the house, I figured this would be a good opportunity to get this done before the summer months hit. I was told the next day was fine and a tech would call before they came out. The tech never called. Instead I got a call the next week from a person who wanted to schedule an appointment (which I had already supposedly scheduled). I explained what happened and they apologized but I don't exactly have time to sit at home for a number of days until they decide they can fit me in and I don't exactly trust them to show up.
