Checked out and cleaned the furnace - the serviceman was very professional, showed up on time, was thorough - recommended that I get carbon monoxide detectors for the house. The service was a good value, professionally done. I will use them in the future

For a full year, for our house, their pricing is about $100. They are prompt, very courteous, and they explain issues before performing work. They actually show you what's going wrong. They are very reliable.

They came out and gave us a quote on getting a new compressor. He was very efficient and friendly, but we ended up going with another company.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very, very, very well. They did a good job. There were no additional charges.

They came out and looked at the condenser. They told me my condenser was "over 10 years old" and gave me 4 choices for what I could do. The cheapest option was $975 to replace the capacitor and do some other things, but that doing that on "such an old unit" may not be the best choice. They gave me 3 other options ranging from just a condenser for $3,000 up to $6,100 for a complete new system. Something didn't feel right, so I called in Dayton AC to take a look. In the meantime, my tenants had to get a hotel room because it was too hot to stay in the unit. Dayton came out the next day and immediately got it up and running for $215. All it needed was a capacitor. I looked at my old records, and discovered that the furnace unit was 3 years old and the condenser was 6 years old. Petrocelli used to be my AC company, but after this experience I will not be using them anymore.

As with many providers, the technician suggested some items that I might consider doing. I was certainly interested and he indicated that he would notify the company and that someone would get back to me. As of this date several weeks later, no one has contacted me.

I felt cheated. Bought the 39.00 diagnostic and then was charged 120.00 for the 10 minutes it took to flush the clogged pipe. total charge 160.00. Add insult to injury, the manager never returned phone call, left two messages with the receptionist. Beware, this company charges excessively and are not responsive once they've been paid.

The service was prompt, easily completed, only disturbed my day in a very minor way. I would have have highly recommended their services since.

the 2nd time was critical as we needed the heat and was afraid we would have to purchase a new heat pump, but the fix was all we needed and it is still running.

He did a great job. He offered some additional service but I declined it because it wasn’t necessary; I didn’t need any further service other than the Big Deal.

I contacted Petrocelli to upgrade the AC unit to a Trane. Instead of installing a 2 ton Trane model they tried to install a 5 ton unit. This is a secondary that cools only 2 rooms. When they did come to install it a guy with a boy showed up in a pickup truck with the unit tilted. They are also trying to charge me and extra 5400 for the upgrade. I have contacted them and tried to speak with the owner Joe Petrocelli but I have not been able to.

Raven the scheduler knows what you need and coordinates fast and friendly service. Terry the A/C repairman was thorough and professional. Fixed my problem in no time, great service!

this company is great. tooootally recommend them. I had one company that was sent out by my home warranty company (ugh!) and that company told me I needed a whole new system even though my AC is only about 7 yrs old. what?!?! the guy was also a jerk. so I called petrocelli out for a second opinion, and terry told us that all we needed was a new condenser for $255, which he installed in less then the blink of an eye. he checked the rest of the system and said w/this new condenser it will run perfectly, which it has in fact been doing for the last several weeks. so I highly recommend this company for their obviously ethical behavior and honest work. they prolly could have scammed me for a whole new system, but they didn't, and I gotta respect them for that. I will ALWAYS use them for my AC needs in the future.

I consider this fraudulent and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

He was very honest. He gave me an option for a quick fix or the option to go ahead and fix the whole system. His explanation of the service was accurate. He was very nice and they came right away. I was very pleased with him.

When I called Petrocelli's office, my first contact with the office was extremely helpful and informative. By the next day she had sent me a proposal and financing options. The installers Russ and Carolyn were absolutely professional and knowledgable. They provided drop cloths and got the job done within the day, despite some surprise along the way. I recommend them whole heartedly.

I called Petrocelli Services for an air conditioner problem. They were professional on the phone and said that someone would be out to take a look at it later in the day. Garrett, the repairman, called me and told me when he'd be there. He arrived right on time and immediately got to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Garrett was friendly and professional and knows what he's doing, unlike other air conditioning companies I've used in the past. Now that I know how Petrocelli Services takes care of business, I'll never call anyone else. They are top notch and I appreciate their quick and professional response. Thanks Garrett.

Their technician, Robert arrived when he said he would. After I explained what needed to be done, he started the work. He was very pleasant and knew his stuff and I also enjoyed talking to him. He did not have a part he needed for the split system so he arranged to come back again in a couple of days. Again, he showed up when he said he would. The system works well and I am satisfied with the work.

Called on Saturday at mid afternoon. Hot as hades in house. Tech finished prior service calls and came out on same day - arrived at 8pm. Knew his stuff. Courteous. No hard sell for extra services, etc. Flat rate for work and no shenanigans. Got an Angies List discount of $25. And best of all, got it fixed and fixed it right. Easily the best experience we have had with an hvac company in Austin. Excellent and would highly recommend. Bravo.
