Description of Work: I had a leak in my air conditioner due to a clogged drain. I had another company out twice and they could not fix it. They were suggesting changes that would necessitate remodeling the house and drilling a hole in an outer wall. Petrocelli sent a very competent gentleman who took the time to correctly diagnose the problem. They had to cut some PVC and replace it, but they fixed everything on the first try and they didn't charge me until they were sure they had a viable solution. I was more than pleased with their service. I will definitely call them again when the need arises.

Description of Work: We use them for preventive maintenance. They checked the AC, filter and pressure gauge. They cleaned out the line that blows out the condensation to make sure everything is working as it should.

Description of Work: Had a coupon for $39 service call. Turns out we needed coolant. Mr. Petrocelli was on time and personable. Had the coolant ready and was in and out in very little time. Good experience.

Description of Work: I took advantage of the $39.99 service check out of my air conditioner. It was not cooling well. The technician found that it was leaking freon gas and that was the problem. I asked him if he could recharge the unit to get me through the rest of the summer. He said it looked like a slow leak and that he thought is should make it through but couldn't guarantee it. I decided to have him recharge it and wait until the off season to take advantage of specials/sales. He recharge the unit and it has been working fine and after the cooling season is over we will start looking for a replacement. I was happy with their service.

Description of Work: I bought the $39 Angie's List special for A/C assessment. They were quick to respond and send someone out that met my scheduling needs. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He had some good ideas for fixing the problem we were experiencing. And that's where the service stopped. I was told I would hear back from the office with a quote for recommended repairs but I never heard anything. After letting a week pass, I called twice in the following month and was told both times that I would be receiving a quote soon. Never heard a word. Eventually just gave up on them. Nice group of people but maybe too busy for customers not needing A/C replacement.

Description of Work: Could't get my furnace to light, the tech came out and diagnosis problem quickly and made adjustment. Then had to come another time and replace part. Helpful and courteous.

Description of Work: I was very impressed. My AC unit was not cooling. I called them first thing in the morning and they were able to have a technician arrive later in the morning. I was impressed with Garret professional and courtesy. He determined that my compressor had failed and called in to the office evaluate replacing the compressor. I was called within an hour with an a couple of options and an estimate for each. Each was very reasonable. Once I determined the optioned I wanted they were able to set up the compressor being replaced the next day. I was pleared to have a working unit the next day. I definitely plan to use their services again!

Description of Work: Charged the air conditioning unit that was installed during the winter. They didn't want to charge the system until the weather was warmer so they could also test the unit. The installers are prompt and professional.
