We've had many problems with our home's A/C, and have used several repair services including Petrocelli who have become our preferred company. The last time we called on them, which was our third or fourth time, our unit was blowing warm air instead of cool. I called rather late, about 8 pm on a Friday and left a voice mail, and my call was returned shortly after. Mr. Petrocelli was still working at that hour, but he said he would stop by early the next morning before his first appointment. We soon found that the external unit (the condenser) was not not running. It looked like the motor had failed, and in order to prove it to me, he invited me to hold the electrical tester while he squatted down inside the unit and applied the nodes to the motor. When it didn't give the expected reading, he got out and gave everything another close inspection. That's when he discovered some wiring to the motor had melted and fused together. I must add that it was a very inconspicuous thing, and that with my prior experiences with A/C companies, a lesser technician would have easily sold me on replacing the entire unit. However, Mr. Petrocelli was skilled enough to diagnose the problem and honest enough to do only the repair work required to get the it cooling again. After a little rewiring and replacement of the electrical starter which was fried, Mr. Petrocelli explained his invoice which was clearly broken down into the parts and labor. We will be calling upon Petrocelli to give the house we just purchased a complete HVAC inspection.

They arrived the same day I called. They repaired the AC problem and installed a new part. The AC was up and running that evening. The phone scheduler was friendly and very helpful. The repairman was polite, professional and NEAT. He actually wiped off a few smudges and left the floor neat. That was TERRIFIC!

They were here within two hours, after our call to them. The serviceman was really friendly. It took him an extremely short time to find out, that it was a minor problem. He didn't try selling me something I didn't need. I feel this is a real good company. I have been using them for two years now.
