To sum it up, great. After an initial call, Robert sent me numerous informative links and photos of completed floors that helped me get a sense of my options. He followed up with an appointment where we looked at flooring samples in the bedrooms where it was to be installed (I would not have been able to make the proper selection in a flooring store where the lighting is so different). Robert was very thorough and explained each option so I could make an informed decision. The entire process was professionally handled by Robert, Julie and their Installation Team. This was a good value and a great improvement for my home. I am very pleased with the results.

We love our floors! We had many samples to choose from and Robert took great care to find just the right match. The contract phase was efficient, transparent and on target. Julie made scheduling so easy and the crew was very professional, timely, and true craftsmen. I would definitely recommend People's Signature Flooring.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the results, people, process, or price. The Peoples team did it all perfectly. In addition to the geometric-patterned carpet, the other carpet had a subtle linear pattern, and Peoples set the carpet direction perfectly in every room. The hardwood floor craftsmanship was amazing. The hallways intersect in two places at angles, which required the installers to cut the wood at angles creating a miter effect. This was done without the need for transition pieces (no bumps), as in custom furniture craftsmanship. And where the carpet met the wood, the transition is perfectly done. The carpet and wood selection, planning, and installation spanned about 6 weeks. Throughout it all Robert and Julie Peoples were courteous, creative, thorough, and responsive. They communicated clearly and gave status updates every step of the way. They know how to manage these projects and their experience showed. Robert came to our house multiple times to make sure of every detail and that every question was answered. When I needed to change certain details and dates, they accommodated me with a smile – no problem. The installers were the most courteous workmen we have ever had at our home. I was impressed to learn they have been working with Peoples (only) for 16 years. Before they left our house they cleaned up everything - the floors may never be that spotless again! Before selecting Peoples we interviewed 4 carpet and hardwood flooring providers in Austin. Peoples won first place on all criteria, including price, in some cases by a large margin. Other extras: Peoples fixed two problems with my other, pre-existing wood floors at no extra charge. They also cut a custom-shaped, matching carpet mat to place over the newly installed carpet to protect it from our dog sleeping in his favorite spot. :)) I wholeheartedly recommend Peoples for your flooring needs.

Excellent. I have used Peoples before and I would use them again. No non-sense with these guys. This job worked out to be about $8.50 a square foot. Go to Home D and find multi sized tile for $3 a sq. ft. and then pay up to $6 per sq. ft. for installers that you no nothing about. Prompt and professional. Robert and Julie Peoples know their business, like what they are doing and it shows with great results.

Wonderful!!! So we have used this company for 2 houses and multiple projects involving ceramic tile flooring, carpet, wood (in 4 phases!), and travertine. Robert has been very thorough in thinking through all scenarios in the layout of our new flooring, he has given us ideas to consider that we didn't even consider, he is a flooring 'encyclopedia' and extremely knowledgeable about multiple flooring products, including upkeep and maintenance. Julie was great to work with in scheduling start dates and times, the crew is very detailed and professional, all of our projects started on time and ended on time. I have family members who have used them and have been happy with their service and end product. I will always use this company and highly recommend them to anyone!

Robert Peoples is very knowledgeable in the various wood flooring available. He was very patient and explained about multiple flooring options available and helped us choose the one we liked the most. He understood what we had in mind and made the right choice possible. We are very happy with our choice. We went for engineered hardwood that had a natural oil finish as we wanted as much natural finish as possible. Julie Peoples has been our point of contact from the beginning. She has been so easy to talk to and she understood right away what we needed. She worked with us on the dates as we did not have much time before we moved in and made sure the installation happened though it wasn't easy for her team to accommodate us. Julie and Robert have been very approachable from the day I called them after getting their details from Angie's List. Robert Peoples set up a time to visit within days of my initial phone call. Robert brought many different kinds of flooring for me to choose. He explained in great detail the characteristics of the different kinds of wood flooring. He even brought some new kind of flooring since he knew we had had water damage. The install went great. We are very pleased. I highly recommend Peoples Signature Flooring.

Originally, we were just going to replace all the flooring on the first floor of our home. It later turned into a full kitchen remodel and flooring change. Because this company had such high ratings, I contacted them first. In the beginning, they were very responsive and patient (guiding us through what kind of flooring we were interesting in). Once we started to narrow down what were interested in (and it turned out to not be hardwood), they just stopped replying to our emails and calls. The only thing I can figure out was that the job was too small for them or not one they really wanted due to the type of flooring we were leaning towards. It all worked out, though. We live in Bastrop and we found a local company that is doing all the work...flooring, granite, backsplash, etc.

Job completed in one day, all very professional, just as our prior experience with bedroom carpeting four years ago.

This was the second time we have used Peoples Signature Flooring...the first in 2014 for hardwood flooring and now for cork flooring in the kitchen. Both experiences were exceptional - professional, punctional, and a superior product.

From beginning to end, Robert was simply amazing. He was punctual and very informative which I appreciated. He came over and brought with him a truck full of floor samples. Robert explained the benefits of each floor and was not pushy in the least. We decided on hickory floors based on our needs and Robert's suggestion. The floors came out amazing and we would recommend using Signature to our friends and family. The price from other flooring companies was very competitive but I appreciated the attention to detail and coordination with the installers.

Robert and Julie Peoples of Peoples Signature Flooring were such a pleasure to do business with. From the first of many phone calls and emails to the final visit from the crew we could not have asked for a more responsive and professional team. They are a mobile service company, so Robert emailed us tons of information, pictures, and a list of wholesale suppliers with whom they work prior to his visit to our home. We did our own legwork and brought home several tile samples we liked. On the day of our appointment he spent about 3 hours with us. By the time he left, we had our tile chosen, measurements taken, and bid in hand. And at a much lower price than we had expected! Julie worked with us to get our tile ordered and the job scheduled and kept us informed all along the way. Any time we called or emailed we got an immediate response. From the first phone call to the completion of our job was less than a month, and the actual installation took 4 days. Our tile turned out beautifully and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. After our experience with Peoples, we would never consider using any other flooring company. Robert and Julie are so attentive to detail, meticulous in both their work and customer service, and just nice people. Their work crew really reflected who they work for. They were equally professional, polite, and meticulous, and did absolutely gorgeous work. We couldn't be more pleased with this company or our beautiful new floors!!!

Robert was very quick to provide info on his flooring and pricing. The install crew came out on time and worked the whole day removing the old flooring and "prep" the floor for new hardwood. This was scheduled as a 3 day job but they finished in 2 days. The crew did a great install and clean up - very happy with this service.

Robert and Julie Peoples are extremely professional and immediately responded to our inquiry. Robert came out to inspect what we wanted and he made some calls about the flooring that would best match the existing floor. On that same visit, he measured the rooms, I selected the tumbled stone and he gave us a bid on that very visit. Robert is very meticulous and spent a lot of time explaining options to make the new wood flow seamlessly with the existing floor. We really appreciated how he explained everything to us...there were no surprises during this job. Peoples Signature Flooring use the same installation crew for their jobs...no outside contractors. The same crew has worked for them for a very long time and they take pride in their work. The installation crew was very professional and they did an outstanding job. I know where to go for all our flooring needs in the future. Approximately five days earlier, another company looked at what we wanted and measured the rooms and said they'd get back with us with a bid. When Robert Peoples came, we did not have the bid from the first company nor did he know we had another company bidding on the job. As previously stated, Robert gave us a bid on this initial visit and we felt so confident in his company that we signed the work order for Peoples Signature Flooring without even knowing the bid from the first company. About three days later I received an email from the first company with a bid several hundred dollars higher than Peoples. We made the right decision regardless of the price. Had the first vendor's bid been several hundred lower than Peoples, we still would've gone with Peoples. I do believe they are the finest flooring company in town!

This was a splendid experience in all respects. Robert Peoples brought a ton of large flooring samples to our house, laid them out so that we could compare woods and finishes, and took time to offer advice on what to expect from each. He clearly takes pride in satisfying his customers. The installers did what I can only call a masterful job, grinding the slab foundation where necessary to form a completely flush seam between the wood and the adjoining tile floors. They even shaped the wood flooring to fit flush with an S-shaped curve in an abutting tile floor, which other installers said could not be done. The installers arrived on time, moved the furniture for us, worked fast, and then moved everything back in place when they finished installing. They were courteous and fastidious. They kept everything amazingly clean and dust-free, ever though they had to undercut some brick and grind some spots in the slab. With all of this, the price was better than other bids we received. I would recommend Peoples Signature Flooring to anyone who wants a superior wood flooring installation done at a good price.

Excellent experience with Julie and Robert. They really spent time with us to go through options and answered all our questions. The whole process was smooth and the most important fact is that a beautiful wood and carpet work for our second house.

Robert & Julie People's and their installation crews were amazing to work with. They assisted us every step of the way providing advice, recommendations and answering questions concerning our carpet and hard wood floor installation. We have used Robert and Julie Peoples at Peoples Signature Flooring many, many times over the years. When we called, they already had measurements for our closet from a previous job. We did selection and ordering over the phone. They kept us well informed of the status of the carpet and we very accommodating on the installation date. The installers were very friendly, professional, mindful of cleanliness, and completed the job quickly with no mess left behind. Within minutes of completion, a small bouquet of flowers arrived in a Peoples Signature Flooring coffee mug. A nice extra personal touch. Julie and Robert and their staff have always been a joy to work with and do excellent work.
