Peoples Signature Flooring

This is my second experience with Peoples Signature Flooring. I first had them install wood flooring in some areas in tile in others a few years ago. I was so pleased that they were my first call for new carpet (though I did have a couple of others offer bids for comparison). As before, Robert and Julie were very responsive. After carefully listening to my goals, Robert brought an abundance of carpet and padding samples; different grades, styles, and prices. Robert was very patient while walking me through the advantages of different choices and selecting the pattern and quality that best met my needs. I chose a high-quality carpet at a very competitive price; made my 50% deposit, and awaited material arrival. I postponed the first appointment, and the rescheduled date offered perfect installation conditions. The three-man crew was outstanding. They carefully moved the furniture (after I'd stored breakables the night before) and did a great job matching the pattern where the new carpet needed to be seamed. Furniture was replaced exactly where I directed and the crew was done in one day. The new carpet looks great and feels terrific underfoot. I highly recommend Peoples Signature Flooring for their outstanding customer service along with top-quality products at a very competitive price.

Peoples Flooring is a top-notch company. Loved doing business with them. Robert & Julie Peoples take excellent care of you from the very beginning through the completion of your project. The initial consultation with Robert was awesome. He comes to your home with numerous samples and spends QUALITY time with you. Robert actually LISTENS to your comments about the samples and because of this he is able to provide you with a final choice easily and painlessly. We had met with Robert months before the actual project as we wanted to ensure it could be done in coordination with our time off from work. Julie consistently kept in touch over this time and as the install got closer, we were always informed of timing. The installation crews were some of the best we have encountered. Just before the flooring install we had our concrete floors resurfaced. We let the crews know this and they quickly took the old carpet and cut strips, placing them from the front door to the project rooms to ensure nothing scratched our new floors. They were quick and efficient. And their cleanup was perfect. After they left, you could not tell contractors had been in the home. Special thanks to both crews! Julie contacted us after the project was completed to ensure all went well, which it did. Shortly after the install, our dog vomited on the new carpet. We contacted Robert and he was quick to respond, providing us with instructions from the carpet manufacturer. No stain! I am confident I could call them today about our floors, if needed, and they would not hesitate to help. When I need new floors, I will not look any further than Peoples Flooring!! Thanks y’all!

Robert and Julie Peoples are great to work with. They made the selection of materials, scheduling and installation easy. We probably could have saved some money going with a larger flooring company or box store, but it was great getting to see the materials in our home and knowing that everything they carry is good quality. We had a tricky project because we were trying to match/coordinate existing carpet with new carpet. The end result isn't perfect, but looks much better than before. Robert was very up front with the fact that matching old carpet is next to impossible. The price quoted was the price paid even though they had to do extra prep work to level out the floor to install some tile in a bathroom. The installers were very professional and prompt and the Peoples were good about checking in on the work. I was a little surprised that Robert didn't come by to see the finished project, but we were happy and would use them again.

I could not have been more pleased from start to finish. Robert came to the house with samples, and was helpful in making selections. He took his time in measuring and calculating amount of carpet needed, showing me that if the detached master closet carpet is laid "this way" instead of "that way", it will cause less waste. He even climbed up into our attic to find spare hardwood to ensure that what he ordered matched. Even before I committed to the sale, he gave me floor and carpet cleaner, told me how to care for hardwoods and carpet, and offered to help me give the house a walk-through to help me prepare for my last punch list with builder. The crews that did the installations were professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. I can't recommend Peoples strongly enough. I wish they provided all of the services I've needed with this house.

Dealing with Peoples Signature Flooring was such a pleasant happy experience. From the second I spoke with Robert on the phone I knew I was dealing with a company that treated clients like people and not just another pay cheque. Robert took his time to email me information about differnt types of floors and also understood what I wanted. He showed up with a truck load of samples and needless to say that blew me away. The job took three days and the team that came were some of the most well mannered workers I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His wife and office assistant was also very very informative aand friendly when I called and my entire experience with this company was A+.....YES I will recommend them to others and have them do more work for me. This family-owned company has displayed the best customer service I've experienced in many years; they're amiable and professional, and they listen to every word you say. After several phone and email communications about what we wanted, Robert Peoples came to the house and spent quite a bit of time consulting with us and showing us samples. We settled on dark-stained hickory planks. Also, since we had oak slats left over from flooring my office, we arranged for a small hallway to be floored with that. Julie Peoples bent over backward to accommodate our scheduling preference, which I very much appreciated. The three-man crew arrived right on time and were polite, hard-working, and easy to talk to. The job took just a few hours, and they were able to abut the hickory against our ceramic-tiled main hallway without using molding, which was a plus. I'm delighted with our new dining room floor, and very impressed with Peoples (and posthumously grateful to Nimbus).

We have worked with People's Signature flooring on 3 home projects over the past few years, and I would be thrilled to do it again! Robert and Julie make the who process so simple, from selecting materials to scheduling installation. Their team of installers (wood, tile, carpet, you name it!) are excellent, and they left our home cleaner than they found it. I would recommend People's over and over!

This is a family-run business who have been in business over 20 years. Before the visit, we were sent emails with links to past jobs done which was very helpful to visualize the possibilities. Robert came to our house and spent 3 hours showing us samples. The job was scheduled in a timely fashion. The crew finished tearout of existing carpet and tile flooring, and installation of the new flooring in two days. The crew was very professional and thorough and the results surpassed our expectations. Would highly recommend People's Signature Flooring.

The master adjoined the existing hardwood and they were able to perfectly match and continue the hardwood floor from the existing Great Room into the Master. Also, they talked me into trying their method of cutting exactly to the tile of the Master Bath that was in between our bedroom and our closet. This way no "transition" or "T moulding" is used. Nothing to trip on. It turned out FANTASTIC !! The owners, Julie and Robert Peoples, were fantastic to deal with the entire time. The crew that they contracted for the job were the most professional I have every worked with. All in matching attire. They took great care to not make a mess and cleaned up everything as if they were never there. I really, really can tell you to stop your search when you get to Peoples Signature Flooring if you want flooring done right, at a fair price and with a great attention to customer service.
