Excellent customer service, met in the house to review and select carpeting, installers were very good and professional. Robert and Julie, people were wonderful.

I live in the country about 40 miles from Austin. The owner measured and gave an estimate. His workers were on time and did an excellent job. The wood floors have held up for the past 18years . The kitchen floor tile has been perfect. and the carpet has also held up completely. The companies workers even pulled up old carpet and put it down when we changed the direction of the stairs. I could not have been more satisfied then and still am.

The installation was performed on time. The workman was very organized, friendly and courteous. My home was left clean and beautiful when the job was completed.

We had preselected our floors at a local outlet They picked up the flooring and trim 3 days prior to install and opened all but 2 of the packages to let them acclimate. They cam back and 4 men moved the furniture very carefully, removed the rug and padding. The floor was level, so we didn't need to use a leveling compound. They glued the floor down, using blue tape to insure the boards didn't move. Totally cleaned up everything and left. They returned the next day to remove the tape, gently clean the floors and move the furniture back. They were meticulous and cleaned up as they went so there was never any mess inside my house. We have 2 extra packages if necessary for repairs. We have some heavy furniture and if the floors are dented we can easily replace them if we sell our home.

Robert came to the house and spend time discussing carpet options/colors to match an existing color. He was right on with his suggestions, the newly carpeted rooms look perfect. I spoke with Julie to handle payment and she is a complete doll. These people know how to run a business and I cannot wait to call Peoples for my next project!

Peoples Signature Flooring took the time to talk to us and explain all the process before we even started. Since it involved most of our house, they accommendated our schedule so that we could move and prepare each area prior to the work being done. In many cases, their technicians helped moved heavy furniture and other items. They were very professional, and the floors look superb! Highly recommend them.

We called Peoples Signature Flooring to give us a bid on installing hardwood floors in our office building. Robert came and showed us samples and we settled on an upgraded floor that he suggested over the floor we were leaning towards. We had a date that we needed the flooring installed by and Robert moved jobs around for us and got our job done weeks earlier that promised. They completed everything over a weekend. We didn't need to call them back, like we did with another company we used on a floor install earlier in the year. Peoples Signature flooring far exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to call them if we ever need flooring installed in the future.

People's did a great job! Thank you Angie's List...this contractor was amazing. These guys did great! We were in a new city and just purchased a new (20 years old) home. We had no local resources to help us select which contractors were good or to be avoided. We had the usual list of things the home inspector found before we purchased, plus we wanted to make this home our own with upgrades. Thanks to Angie's List we chose these guys, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. Pros from beginning to completion. These guys are awesome! Better than anyone I could have selected on my own if I had lived here all my life. We looked at several different contractors, and these guys were great and at reasonable prices. Superb experience on every level. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

The project could not have gone more perfectly. Prompt scheduling, Robert (owner) spent 4 hours at our home showing us samples and helping with situation. The work was done in a very short time frame, but was meticulous. Excellent job! They even repaired some things around the house, (flooring related) and stretched 2 of our older carpets.

I contacted Peoples Signature Flooring based on a friends recommendation. Robert, the owner, spent several hours at my place. He brought all the samples to me which is a plus and we spent hours going through everything. He was very patient and gave me his design input which help tremendously. Initially I was going to replace all the carpet and upgrade the lineleum with tile. However, I ended up going with hardwood through out the house, carpet in the bedrooms and tile in the bathrooms, kitchen, and washer/dryer area. I thought hardwood would be way above my budget but it wasn't. I also had Tavertine put on the wall of my fireplace. Looks like a completely new home! I will use Peoples Signature Flooring again.

PSF was awesome! Robert explained the procedure of removing 1,000 square foot of tile and installing the wood floor. The crew was professional and left my home clean and beautiful! PSF has a wonderful product selection. We love our floor!!!

Robert and Julie Peoples are as good as the reviews say. We chose them based on the reviews on Angie's List and couldn't be more satisfied. We scheduled time with Julie to have Robert come to our house with his mobile showroom. Prior to Robert's visit, we traded pictures and emails so he could get a good idea of the spaces we wanted to re-floor. We gave him our preferences of wood and type of carpets. He asked great questions and gave us a number of estimates using various flooring options. Robert showed up at our house right on time and spent nearly 4 hours with us. He brought large samples so we could really get an idea of what our new floor would look like. He helped guide us and made the decision very easy. We made our decision and scheduled the work. The crew showed up right on time. I can't explain how hard the two crew guys worked. They were perfectionists and went way above and beyond the call of duty. We had issues with our subfloor and the crew worked incredible hours over the weekend to create the prep underneath that would level the floor. They even ripped up the prep after hours and hours of work because it wasn't just right. We appreciated it so much. Robert and Julie both kept us in the loop the whole time the crew was working. Robert even stopped by to check on things on Sunday afternoon. The floors were completed over the weekend and they are gorgeous. We love our floors. It was the best experience we've ever had with any type of work like this. We will use Robert and Julie for all our flooring needs! In fact, we are already planning our next project with tile. Use Robert and Julie; they are the best at what they do! You will not be sorry!

Robert was very helpful and patient with me making both hardwood and carpet choices. He actually met with me twice and both visits spent several hours assisting me with the final decision. Immediately Julie called and we scheduled the hardwoods to go in first then the next week the carpeting was done. I can't say enough about how professional each and everyone with Peoples Signature Flooring was to me. Robert knows the floor business and gives you many options to choose from. He takes his time with you and you do not feel pressured into anything. Julie gave me immediate attention to scheduling both flooring installations and also followed up with a phone call making sure everything went smoothly. We had two different installation crews for the hardwoods and carpeting. Both were very courteous, polite and worked at extremely timely manner. They were more than helpful with moving furniture and making sure that all furniture had the felt pads on all furniture legs so the new hardwood floors would not get scratched. They moved alot of heavy antique furniture and never complained. They were also both great with clean up and did not leave a mess behind. We are very pleased and highly recommend their services! After 8 years of carpeting in our place of business, we decided it was time to start the remodeling process and replacing carpeting with hardwood floors was one of the first decisions we made. The first person we thought of was Robert with Peoples Signature Flooring. He replaced some carpeting at our home and we were very happy with the entire process, so we knew we could count on Robert for the new floors for our business. A very professional operation, takes more than enough time with assisting you with your choice and makes sure you know exactly what you want. Once the choice was made, our new floor was installed within a week's time. The installation crew were extremely hard workers, very courteous and knew what they were doing. We are so happy with our beautiful floors. It's been 9 months since they were installed and we are still getting compliments from our customers.

Robert and Julie provided the highest level of customer service during our flooring project. Robert spent hours with us before we paid them a dime going over our flooring choices, and is just the most knowledgeable, friendly guy. He helped us find the floor that was best for us and gave us a totally different experience from any of the other flooring companies that bid the job. Julie came into the picture after we selected the floor, and she was equally a pleasure to work with. Having our ground floor jackhammered up and having to essentially move out of our downstairs was bearable under the Peoples' guidance. They could not have been more helpful or responsive. The actual team that did the flooring took obvious pride in their work, and worked amazingly efficiently. The crew also did a fantastic job on the back end with cleanup.

Robert came to our house with several samples of hardwood. He stayed for nearly 3 hours and showed us lots of options and talked us through possibilities. He wasn't afraid to say when things wouldn't work, unlike other companies we got estimates from. Normally he would give an estimate the same day. But our house was peculiar because of additions and different flooring bases throughout the house. We got an estimate about a week and a half later, which is why we gave a B for responsiveness.. However as soon as we got the estimate, the install team was able to start the next day pretty much so it worked out great. Installers were very professional, came early, worked late, and the finished product looks better than we could have imagined. We love the new floors. We went with Roberts suggestion on the product and he was right on. We will definitly be using them in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a flooring company. The price may be slightly more than others, but the detail and quality that you get with Peoples is exceptional & very much worth it!!!

The flooring project on this remodel of our home, turned into a nightmare, pretty much due to the lack of concern and cooperation on the part of the crew that performed the installation for Peoples Signature Flooring. We were living in the house and had other contractors working throughout the house. Everyone cooperated with each other, except this flooring crew from Peoples. First, they removed appliances and furniture, stacking them in the way of the other contractors (blocking access to the attic, garage, etc.). Several pieces of furniture were severely damaged (a sectional in particular) due to their rough treatment when moved and stacked by this crew. When placing the baseboard material in our garage, which they were instructed NOT to do, they scratch the finish off of two doors of a very expensive master bathroom vanity (a repair that still needs to be made). They decided to install the hardwood floor first, ahead of the tile, so once the hardwood was down, it took quite a beating from all of the thin set that was dropped on it as the tile floor was installed in the rest of the house. I have to say that the hardwood floor actually turned out nice, but again, took a major beating during the tile installation (it was like buying a new car and then letting the salesman drive the heck out of it for the first 1,000 miles). Many scratches where ?touched up? with felt tipped pens and the mastics had to be removed with paint thinner (and we are not supposed to even get the floor wet?) A major problem was that the best installer in the crew had to focus on the hardwood, while less experience workers handled the large tile installation and baseboards. As a result, the tiles are uneven and many grout joints were missed altogether. We had to bring in another tile installer to fix many of the grout joints and to finish the project. In the process of installing the new baseboards, they were ?forced? in a way that ?sprung? several of our interior door jams. Our painting company had to remove the new baseboards and repair the door jams, at additional expense. Additionally, they stripped the ice maker valve when removing the refrigerator and it had to be replaced by the plumber. They were not respectful of nor careful with our furniture, nor with our home! The day after they ?finished? we had to get them back out to wipe down the tile, again, as so much ?haze? was left on the tile. Very unprofessional with very little attention to detail and no clean-up. Once the main part of the flooring was completed, we paid off Peoples Signature Flooring and brought in others to correct the problems with their work. The money was not an issue; we just DID NOT WANT THIS CREW BACK in our house again! They were inconsiderate, destructive, did not clean up after themselves and caused problems for the other contractors on the site. For example, we had to pay to replace a hundred square feet of sod on our neighbor?s front yard where this crew cleaned out the adhesive from their buckets and killed the neighbor?s grass. We would never use Peoples Signature Flooring again.

Of the several dozen contractors I've hired to do work at various properties, the experience with Peoples Signature Flooring was the best. They were knowledgeable, communicated effectively, showed up and finished on time, did what they said they were going to do, and at the agreed-upon price. We're very picky with contractors, but I wouldn't hesitate to use Peoples again in the future.

I searched through Angie's list for companies to restretch my carpet. People's received Honors, so I chose them for the work I needed to be done. My carpet was previously installed by another company and also restretched once. My carpet was showing signs that it needed to be restretched again. Instead of calling the same company to fix the problem they created, I contacted People's Signature Flooring via Angie's List. If I could summarize my experience in a few words - PROFESSIONAL and QUALITY! Julie Peoples was very prompt in contacting me (same day) and was very quick to provide me an estimate. Their team came out and restretched my whole house in a few hours. It was a lot of work for them and they pointed out areas where the previous installers "cut corners" on the installation. To the best of their ability they tried to fix the problems with the previous installation and restretch. I am quite pleased with the quality of the results and the level of professionalism that the Peoples' team exude. I felt that I was taken care of with respect and provided their best work (even though they were not the original installers). They've EARNED my trust and I would definitely use them again for future projects (or repairs).
