Robert and Julie were professional from the initial contact to the final payment. We had a rather small job; 3 bedrooms in a modest house in Southwest Austin. We were up front right away about wanting the carpet to be functional and of quality, but not to stand out. We wanted the carpet to be sturdy, but soft enough for grandchildren to play on or anyone to sit on. We chose a commercial carpet for our residence. Robert agreed with our choice. He did not try to sell us on a more expensive carpet. There were no add ons or hidden charges. Though the job was not a complete oerhaul or a high-end project, we were treated with the same respect as if we were redecorating a million dollar home. Both Robert and Julie were responsive and cordial. I will hire them again if and when i ever decide to put in more flooring.

Excellent service. Very thorough and helpful in showing wood floor options in our house and explaining options. The installation crew was punctual and very efficient. They finished the job early and with high quality. Robert and Julie were very prompt in responding to email and calls and were very easy to work with.

Excellent!! Robert and Julie are the best. Robert took the time to walk us through all the different types/qualities of carpets. He was really thorough, I would say we spent about 5-6 hours on the initial consultation, looking at samples discussing pros/cons until we were absolutely satisfied with the carpet we had chosen. Julie had to work miracles with the scheduling since we had several restrictions with the time we had available to complete the job. Multiple vendors on site, limited time to move in, specific dates we needed the job done. Overall, I would definitely use People's again. They are truly committed to customer service and satisfaction.

We scheduled an appointment with Peoples Signature Flooring on the recommendation of our neighbors who had recently used their services. Robert came out to the house and spent about 2 1/2 to 3 hours going over carpet and wood flooring samples. Robert was very knowledgeable & professional. He answered all our questions in detail. He too asked many questions of us to get a good idea of what we were looking for. Installation came a few weeks after that. The installation went fairly smoothly. Wood laminate on day 1 & carpet on day 2. We had a few questions that came up during the installation. Julie at Peoples Signature Flooring is outstanding! She answered all our questions with such ease. Both installation crews were professional and did a great job. We would definitely use Peoples Signature Flooring again in the future and would highly recommend their services.

Provider says that he does tile work and installation, however when I approached this business with a straight forward tile job, They simply stated were not capable of getting this job on the schedule??. Good Luck Austin has way to much demand right now

Robert and Julie Peoples are quite a duo providing professionalism, knowledge and designing abilities to a "T" ...not to mention they are both so sincere and compassionate. They installed tile in my kitchen and breakfast room last year. The next step was hardwood flooring in the foyer, dining room and living room which Robert measured and kept on file until we were ready. This was accomplished this year. There was no question I wanted them to install my floors. They both have my trust in ensuring everything is done the right way and painlessly. I love working with Julie and Robert. They are full of ideas and work so well with people. They understand your house can be in a turmoil while work is being done and they always respond quickly to ensure the whole process is smooth. It doesn't stop there.....their installers are outstanding. They were the same group who installed my tile last year and they know what they are doing and are always on schedule. They did a beautiful job with the hardwood and especially around the fireplace. I want them to add same wood flooring in my den. I can't say enough about Peoples Signature Flooring and they come highly recommended.

The owner came out and brought samples and spent about 2 hours with us putting down wood samples and consulting us on what to pick. He was able to come out when he said and we made the appointment. His people came out and did it in a time that they said. I had nothing negative to say about them. His people who came out were very polite. My wife actually liked them so much she bought them lunch. It was a really nice job. When we redo our upstairs with carpet, we'll probably use them.

Robert came out 2 times with carpet samples and made sure we were happy with our selection!! Our difficult movie room (stage and risers with steps) was no problem for the professional installers. This is the 2nd time we have used Peoples Signature Flooring and will do it again!!

Robert Peoples called me and discussed my job and, even though they don't do that kind of work, provided me with expert guidance. He was incredibly helpful in providing me with technical information and offering leads to suppliers and others that would potentially do the job. When it comes time for another flooring job, Peoples Signature Flooring will be on the top of my list.

Robert showed me a variety of choices of carpet and quickly caught on to what I did and did not want. We decided on a plush carpet with high quality pad. They scheduled the work around my calendar, arrived on time and did the job. The installers were courteous, worked quickly and cleaned up upon completion of the job. This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Robert consulted with me via phone first and provided helpful information up front so that I could narrow down what I wanted to do. He brought numerous samples and spent several hours showing me options and offering helpful advice when needed. The installation crew is awesome. They literally never stopped working from the minute they showed up at the door to when they left. They were very coordinated and it was like watching a well oiled machine. I expected all the work would take 3 days...maybe going into 4. They were finished in 2 days! Robert and Julie were super responsive and proactive to make sure everything was going well. This whole team knows exactly what they are doing, offer quality service and products at a reasonable price and execute quickly. I highly recommend them for any flooring needs and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Both Robert and Julie Peoples are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Robert came to see us twice with samples just to make sure we felt good about our decision, and thought of all kinds of details we'd never have even thought to ask (like the preferred direction of the planks). Their pricing was upfront and there were no surprises. The guys that actually did the install did an amazing job, I wanted to hug them when I saw it! It's beautiful, and flawlessly installed! Even the caulk lines for the new baseboards were impressive - so precise! Whenever we decide to replace the remaining tile, we definitely won't work with anyone else! I couldn't recommend them more highly!

THE CONTACT WITH THIS PROVIDER WAS EXCELLENT AND HE PROVIDED A CONTACT FOR TREATING OUR TILE FLOORING BUT THERE WAS NO FOLLOWUP FROM EITHER OUR SIDE OR HIS. HE MAY HAVE BELIEVED WE NO LONGER NEEDED HIS SERVICES BECAUSE WE HAD THE TILE TREATED. HOWEVER, WE WILL STILL NEED TO DO SOMETHING WITH THE BALANCE OF THE FLOORING. I BELIEVE HE WAS TOO BUSY WITH REAL WORK TO FIELD OUR WHAT IF INQUIRY.

Peoples Signature Flooring is the most professional, polite, and accommodating carpet service I have experienced. I recently moved to Austin from Chicago, where I lived for 39 years. I have had several homes, over those 39 years, that required carpet and carpet replacement. Peoples Signature Flooring is the finest I have experienced. The installers arrived on time and were friendly and accommodating. They did an outstanding job taking time to do the installation correctly and with detailed attention. They moved the furniture and placed everything back after they were finished. Several times, they asked me if everything looked as I had anticipated.. The owner, Robert Peoples, stopped by as the installers were working to see if everything was to my approval. After the completion of the job, the installers asked if everything was to my satisfaction! They vacuumed the carpet and checked all around the edges and doorways to see if all was properly fitted. A complete bonus, totally unexpected, was a beautiful delivery of flowers inside a cup with Peoples Signature Flooring on the cup with their logo and a kind note of appreciation. I was more than pleased with this company and the owners, Robert and Julie Peoples. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering carpeting, flooring, and quality work!

Robert & Julie are awesome! Robert shows up in his van with hundreds of sample selections. He helped me choose the right carpet and Julie scheduled the workers when it was convenient for me. They checked in often to make sure things were going well. They sent ME flowers after installation. Will definitely use them again and refer to friends!
