Robert was on time for our original appointment. He bought a van full of samples for us to choose from. We quickly got into the price range. We could afford and he was very helpful in getting us into the best carpet we could afford. Bruno the installer was on time and did a great job of installing – cleaning up. Great company to do business with.

Easy consultation, scheduled installation quickly install was easy. Installers were timely and very professional. Final product was exceptional. We were very happy w/ the service peoples is great.

Superb service. Robert spent time with us in selecting the product that best fit our needs and price range, the installation crew was absolutely professional in every way and the logistics/communications were expertly handled by Julie. We were very pleased with the service we received and continue to be thrilled with the results. The floors are just beautiful. You can probably get a job like this done cheaper, but the prices are competitive. We feel like we got more than our money's worth and will definitely work with People's Flooring on any future projects. This project went EXACTLY like we hoped it would go. Couldn't be happier.

The owners and crew were fabulous from start to finish. The craftsmanship and work ethic of everyone is just amazing. I had my floors done in my precious house by then and would highly recommend then to anyone. They may cost a little more than others, but all well worth it. You get what you pay for.

Robert and Julie Peoples were absolutely wonderful! We basically called and asked them to replace the old carpet with identical new carpet, but they asked a number of really great questions and got us thinking about a better solution for the long term. They considered our specific circumstances and design preferences, educated us on the different types of carpet, and then came out and showed us examples of carpets that would fit our lifestyle. Next, they were very clear about how we should prepare for installation day, and then their team came out and did the job quickly and expertly. The end result--we got a carpet that is very different from our original, it is perfectly installed, and we LOVE it. So glad we didn't go to Home Depot! We agreed on an installation date. Robert?s crewed arrived on time on the scheduled date. From the beginning Peoples Signature Flooring installation crew were professional, thoughtful and their attention to detail was incredible. Originally I was told it would take 4 days to complete but the installation crew was tireless working extra hours each day, wrapping up the job at 10:30 on Friday night of the 3rd day. Before they left they clean the floor, walk me through the final inspection and reviewed all the details with me. Robert Peoples came by to see the floor a week later; Julia Peoples call me and personally thank me for selecting them for my floor project. If you are considering new flooring I would highly recommend Peoples Signature Flooring.

The owner came to our home and showed us an extensive set of flooring samples. After we made our selection, we scheduled an install date and the installation team came out. They were amazing. They were fast, super friendly, and master craftsmen. The follow up was great as well. We'd recommend this company to any of our friends.

Joe and his crew showed up to demo & remove the tile. They were professional and very nice. They put in hard wood and another crew put in the tile. They did an excellent job!

Peoples Flooring were professional from the quote process to the final installation. Robert went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and that the job was done right.

Robert and Julie were great to work with. They helped us pick a very cool tile, and Robert did a great job of figuring out how to get the tile laid. Both of them are very professional and very helpful. Their installers were talented, neat and professional. Tiling is a messy business, but they left the worksite very neat and orderly every day. The tile we chose was 24" x 48", which is a very large tile. The condition of the concrete slab required that the floor be leveled before laying the tile. They must have done a great job, because the tile floor is perfectly flat! Overall we are very impressed with Peoples Signature Flooring, and would not hesitate to recommend them for any hard flooring.

Great - floors look fantastic. Robert takes a lot of time to discuss your needs and make suggestions. We matched the hardwoods to the cabinetry in the office and the carpet to the existing one in the master bedroom. The thing about this company that I think sets it apart from others is the customer service. It simply cannot be matched. Any home improvement is stressful - but they make it smooth and effortless. They are just great people to do business with as they understand how to treat their customers so that they keep coming back. This is the second time I have used them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Before arriving for appointment, Robert sent information on the various types of hardwood floors and sample pictures of each type of flooring so that I could research and help narrow our selection. Robert showed up on time for appointment and brought many samples to to the house working with me and my husband to select the style, color and type of flooring best for our house and personal taste. The installers showed up on time and installed the hardwood flooring. We had one issue, and the installers retuned the next day and corrected the problem. The flooring looks lovely and the installers knew what they were doing. True craftsmanship.

Julie and Robert are very knowledgeable in the flooring and tiles. They are very nice, professionals, easy to talk to, and always listen to our concern and "complaints". They are easy to be reached whenever we have questions. They have an outstanding customer orientation and service. Ivan, Anuart, Tony, Johnny, and Pablo were our main installer. This crew is an outstanding crew and deserves some of the credits as well. They are very nice, professional, and easy to work with. They worked fast without sacrificing the quality. In the any industry or company, it is very hard to find such crews that bonds together and have a nice working chemistry. The only issue that we had is with our kitchen back-splash installation. The crew did not go above and beyond the quality of the service to ensure the kitchen back-splash to be level up. Some of our kitchen back-splash are cracked and not level up. I will use Peoples Signature Flooring with the same crews again in the future. I am very satisfied with their service. They really deserve the best review in the Angie's List. Last but not least, in my opinion, their price is slightly higher than other vendors, but you got what you paid for.

Peoples Signature Flooring is one of the best companies I've ever hired. They are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately on the day of work, the team was a bit late due to the previous day's job taking some extra clean-up time. Peoples communicated all of this too me so I didn't have to wonder where the team was. Even though they arrived about noon rather than early morning, they were able to pull in a couple of other installers who had finished their job early to help. With the extra help, the team really committed to the work, stayed late and finished the entire project by 7p that day. We had expected a two day project so we were very pleased. I think the installers may be subcontracted which worried me a bit, but I was extremely pleased with the team. They were very clean, friendly, and did excellent work. For any future flooring needs, I'll be calling Peoples first!

My experience with Peoples Signature Flooring could not have been better. Robert Peoples spent several hours going over both carpet and wood flooring options with me, helping me find what I really wanted and, in the process, bringing up many important points that I would not have even considered on my own. Their installers worked almost literally around-the-clock to finish a job in the promised number of days. The end result is great and perfect the first time, not even a single problem to address afterwards. Robert also worked with my insurance adjuster to make sure I got the full amount I was owed, which ended up saving me thousands.

Excellent work. Workers were courteous, efficient and tried to minimize dust and grime. I would recommend this company to everyone.

This company lived up to the lofty reviews on this site. Robert, the owner, brought a large van full of various samples for our review. I thought this was a much better process than having a show room because you can put the samples in different rooms with different lighting and against different furniture or cabinets. We went through many different samples and Robert was always patient and helpful in the selection process. We settled on one, but Robert came back again with additional samples a few days later. We're glad he did because we wound up changing our minds. We were very pleased with our selection. The installation went smoothly. The crew were friendly and hardworking. The knocked out this large project in just 4 days and were very tolerant that we were there the whole time. It's a very good installation with absolutely no issues. This is a good company to use for your flooring needs. They have a great selection of materials, good prices, and are good people with whom to work. We will use again should we need additional flooring in the future.

This is the second time I have used Peoples Signature Flooring and I have never encountered a better run business. They are communicative at every step, friendly, professional, efficient, and incredibly reasonable. They will call and email to follow up with updates, questions, comments, and concerns and always try to deliver as much value as possible. I have three rental properties and a primary home, so I have used a lot of contractors, and Peoples Signature Flooring is a model of how everyone else needs to run their business. I had a rental home where the carpets in all three bedrooms were destroyed by the previous tenant's dog and my new tenant needed the carpeting replaced immediately. Peoples was incredibly prompt in their response and came up with a winning game plan for me in a hurried timeframe. I also used them two years ago, and they had great suggestions on making the floors look great in a cost effective manner - those floors still look fantastic! Robert and Julie are incredibly friendly and helpful, with a real commitment to serving their customers. Even the front desk person is super courteous and professional. I just can't help but gush about how frictionless and easy it was to work with them and how responsive they are. Loved working with them and will do it again. Best Angie's List find I ever made!

They did a superior job. They encouraged us to look at carpet samples at various stores and explained carefully the differences in quality among the carpets we were considering. They arrived as scheduled and did a superior job of installing the carpet and pad we had selected. The installers were courteous and skilled. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

This was the second time we've used People's Flooring. This time was just for carpet and they were fabulous as always. Robert also gave me great advice on some flooring issues I was dealing with through my builder. The previous time we used People's Signature flooring, was in 2012. That time they replaced all the flooring on our first level. We had them take out all of our tile and replace it with engineered wood. Again Robert did a fantastic job of educating us on our options and helped us find the flooring that was perfect for our needs and tastes. More importantly, his wood flooring installation crew was totally amazing. We'd put off that project because of the mess we feared it would make and the time it would take to do it. However Robert's crew was fast but extremely meticulous. They were constantly cleaning up and took amazing care with the installation. And they did it in just 2 days! I am a hugely picky person and I could not find anything I would change about the experience. I have recommended Robert/Julie and their crew to many other friends and co-workers. Several people have used him and had the same fantastic experience.

Amazing service! Showed up on time w/ a great sample selection,they did such a fantastic job installing the new flooring, the look of the vinyl floors are beyond what we were expecting, it's truly difficult to tell if they are wood or not..love them!
