They were on time, polite, and uniformed. FAST and CLEAN. I've worked with lots of movers and Northstar is just impressive and plus there's a coupon. They were just fabulous.

It was fairly good. I didn't spend anything extra. They did loading and unloading. They didn't ask me what I needed so thy ended up bringing a vehicle that was larger than I needed and that would be my only complaint. The staff was good.

In general it went very well. All communication was via email and telephone prior to the actual move. The only negative, and why they only got a "C" on punctuality was that they did not arrive until 7:00 PM in the evening and did not finish until almost midnight. They were supposed to arrive between Noon and 5:00PM. But, they were in regular contact regarding the schedule delay. The reason that I still rated them an overall "A" is that they were extremely cooperative on the schedule at the other end. The highrise condo has a specific daily time period when these types of deliveries can be made and they managed to fit the complete delivery during the allowed time. Tal, the driver of the truck that was moving everything cross country, kept me up to date on his progress and possible delivery arrival dates. As to the quality, excellent. Staff on both the pick-up as well as the delivery were very professional and did an excellent job. All of the stuff arrived in good shape and they even reassembled the King Size Bed for us. This was my greatest fear that the goods would be delivered with major damages. The fears were groundless. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Everything went well. They came on time and everything was done in one day. There were few things got scratched during the move.

The move went really well. The movers were considerate and very polite. We were pleased. I couldn't believe how fast they were. In 6.5 hours they moved items that had been in my mother's home for 52 years. It was hard to tell whether or not they utilized the "deal" I purchased on Angie's List. The price was switched a bit half way through. The workers were great. They were local. We paid big bucks for this moving company. I was not pleased with the overall price because they never discounted the price using my Angie's List discount.

The price is too high for a 3 hour move. Over $5,000 is totally ridiculous.

The move went very well, no glitches. All our belongings were handled with care. I was very comfortable having the four young men in my home. They were friendly, profession and polite. Great guys who worked very hard.

Things went fine on both ends. My only suggestion is to forego the in home estimate and "locked-in" price. I couldn't believe that my items weighed as much as their estimate so I opted for an actual weight charge rather than the estimate charge. I was right saving about $500.

Gil was my estimator and I found him to be very professional, fair and responsive. The team who packed up my belongings was very friendly, flexible and took great care with my things. There was one exception and that was my clothing. They were packed in wardrobe boxes, but when they arrived, all the clothes had fallen off the hangers and were at the bottom in a wrinkled mess. I reported this issue to Gil and he made sure that I was compensated. He made things right. The team that delivered my belongings was very nice and accommodating. They took great care in placing my things in the house, made sure my walls weren't damaged and located things where I wanted them. Great attention to detail from beginning to end. I highly recommend North Star.

They were pretty good. I don't really have any complaints other than they were a bit on the expensive side for movers. But I'm pretty happy with them. They're very careful with my stuff, they packed everything really well and nothing broke so it was all good.

They have a 3 - 18 day window. They move by weight at 0.98 per pound. Wow!!!!!!!! Quote way high!!

They arrived on time and worked very efficiently and cheerfully. They knew exactly how to wrap up our furniture to protect it well in storage. We had a three man crew and they were amazing and very professional. In fact all our contacts with Northstar were very professional. When we got to the storage unit our crew again amazed us at how well they could pack everything in. We would highly recommend using them.

John and his two team members showed up at 8:30am. We weren't completely packed and they were great in helping us finish up where needed. John and team was very friendly and professional. Alma, who we booked the move with, was also very helpful and professional. Price overall seemed reasonable, given it was a full day move! We also took advantage of the Angie's List deal which made it even more reasonable. We would definitely recommend NorthStar!

They were very accommodating. They did a good job with the moving. There was a little issue with finding the address but once that was fixed they worked quickly and smoothly and seemed to be trustworthy.

The three man crew arrived promptly at our scheduled time and got right to work. Angel, Jessie, and Luis were a pleasure to work with for our move. They provided all the moving blankets for furniture and wrapped everything fragile for us. The loading time for our apartment took about 4 and a half hours and the unloading took around 2 hours. Angel told us about a coupon that was available on Angie's List that we definitely took advantage of. Thank you guys for getting us into our house!
