Description of Work: The sales process was fantastic. We chose to go with them because of Ron Cohen. The packing process was terrible. There were 2 professionals and the rest were disasters. Many items were broken during packing and many, many more arrived broken. Boxes mislabeled or not labeled at all, items from various rooms combined in one box, things just thrown into a box, etc. TERRIBLE! Then, on the day they were to come and deliver our things, we got a call from the driver asking where the nearest Home Depot was so that he could go and pick up 2 day workers!! That's what we got for $16,000. We were expecting professional packers and movers. Not too much to expect.

Description of Work: They were punctual, efficient and courteous. I didn't like that they put big scratches in my upstairs wood floors that I didn't see until later, and they forgot equity, like my keyboard tray for my computer desk, and legs for the leather couch and chairs.
