This was my first move with Northstar and it far exceeded expectations. Gill came out and provided a not to exceed Quote, and the boys came in under with an A+ all day long. I can't say enough about Randy, CJ and Jose. Randy was a Tetris and jedi master, I couldn't have imagined a more thoughtful crew. Thanks guys!

Moving day is always stressful. This year I decided to bare the expense and hire movers. I chose NorthStar Movers and got a crew of Daniel; Ruben & Abraham. Those 3 guys were AMAZING!!! 2-bedroom apartment in DTLA which we packed but wow I had a lot of stuff after spending 3 years in that place. But those guys came in; were professional; moved my items with care and were very personable. Once we got to my new place also in DTLA they unpacked and help me set up my bed and arranged some furniture. These guys are awesome. Work done was excellent, very efficient packing into small storage unit. Was a bit of a mix up on their part with initial arrival time but appreciate that it was worked out in a satisfactory manner.

Vatche and Jonathan were amazing! They moved furniture from many apartments to help a refugee family new to the country. They were courteous and cautious. Would recommend to anyone!

All of the guys were terrific! They were quick and professional and careful and extremely pleasant. My parent's neighbor had formerly worked for a moving company and he chatted with them downstairs in the courtyard, as they put shrink wrap on everything on the way to the truck: he thought they were topknotch ! There was one little pricing mistake on the lading bill at the beginning that got ironed out easily and beyond that there was no problem at all. The guys who offloaded at the other end were also efficient and very pleasant - and quick! Even moved a piece of furniture twice for us to get it in the right room, when it didn't really work in the first spot. Also, despite the wide delivery window, the furniture arrived in about 3 days! I was very pleased with the company and they are environmentally conscious on top of all this! They do a great job!

The move couldn't have gone any better!! The team from North Star (JR, Rodrigo, Kevin M., William C., Elmer, and George L.) was amazing and great to work with. I was so nervous for the move because there was a lot of packing to be done, I didn't know what furniture was being picked up from the second location, and the delivery address has a tricky driveway. They came right on time and helped pack the remaining items, they were super quick when it came to loading all the furniture, and they did a super job unloading when we realized the trucks weren't able to get into the driveway. They made what seemed like a daunting move a very pleasant experience.

Amazingly well! Trying to coordinate a move 7 months pregnant was overwhelming to say the least. The crew, led by Vatche, were incredible. Once they saw how much stuff there was, they called in some reinforcements to make sure we got the move taken care of in an efficient manner. They even hauled away an enormous amount to a donation center without any problem. A huge thank you to Vatche, Abraham, Horace, Anthony, Paul, and Jimmy for making this move happen in such a painless way. I would definitely recommend them.

Good. Nothing broken. A ladder got misplaced. Delivery was on time. Guys on both ends were very fast, very professional.

Vatche, Abraham and David were the three guys on the job. Everything was top notch and super professional. They took great care to wrap and move everything carefully and put everything back together at the new house when they got there.

It could not have gone better from my first phone call to NorthStar to the prompt estimate appointment with a Ilan, to the most efficient two days of packing and moving completed by the dream team of Junior, Kevin, Wendel, and Emmanuel. They treated me with respect and professionalism, were prompt, efficient, hardworkes, willing to lend a hand when I needed it, and just did a 5 star job, without complaint, and with some laughs in between! I had used Northstar about 4 years ago for a move and I loved them so much that I wanted to use them again. They were even better this time than before. Junior and his crew could not have been more helpful, more professional or more friendly. We loved them so much that we have requested them for another move in the beginning of June. I can't say enough about the entire crew. They were all simply incredible, helping to break down and rebuild furniture, happy to make any changes when we changed our minds about where furniture should go, etc. It was by far the best moving experience I've ever had.
