Their price was way too expensive than it should have been, if you ask me. I thought they were too expensive and I will not use them again. Their service was okay but it only took them and hour to do the work. The guy who came out was asking me a lot of questions and I feel like it is his job to know that stuff, not mine.

They were on time, did the work quickly and efficiently and provided a couple of parts that I needed. A good experience all around.

He was absolutely fantastic. He was very professional, he had a lot of patience and did it the way I wanted. He worked with me to fix it exactly how I wanted it. He was like rent a husband. I just loved him.

A total waste of my time. I intend to demand a refund, we shall see.

UPDATE: After Joe left, I found out he didn't complete the job he was supposed to do. He left the attic a mess, didn't close up any of the junction boxes, and left outlets loose all over the kitchen. I had to call him back in order to fix what he started, he did for free, which was nice but furthermore, working on my kitchen recently, I discovered he left a LIVE 3-WAY WIRE EXPOSED behind the drywall. For a "master" electrician, his license should be revoked based on OUT OF CODE work. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE MR. ELECTRIC The experience went well. Joe from Mr. Electric came in and asked what exactly I wanted done then took the time to explain to me roughly how he was going to accomplish everything. He explained their rate book and how it differs from typical task orders which is meant to be competitive with other electric companies; he even offered their advantage plan which gives a discount on their service. In terms of representing Mr. Electric, he did it very well. Joe also took extreme pride in his work as well. He maintained a positive attitude even though he had to work in the attic on a 105° day. He was very punctual, personable, polite, professional, and most importantly; finished on time and as quoted. I was pleased with the experience and will use Joe at Mr. Electric again.

They are always prompt and reasonably priced. They always show up when they are supposed to. I am getting ready to have them install some ceiling fans. They are very good. They are really good about showing up the same day that I call.

We called on Monday and the service was scheduled for Wednesday. Tech arrived about 15 minutes EARLY -- 10:45 for an 11:00 to 2:00 arrival window. Provided estimate for work before beginning. Suggested we purchase different switches instead of the remote controls that came with the fans. We purchased about $70 in supplies for him to install. He was knowledgeable, cared about the quality of his work and although the job took 2 1/2 hours, he worked continuously. I think the price for installation was fair and I'd much rather pay someone else to do electrical work than try to do it myself. We found Mr. Electric through Angie's List, would use them again and would recommend them to others.

Overall it went better than I expected. I am used to doing so much of my own repairs, etc. that it was nice to have someone else do the work, especially electrical work.

I have used him before to come out for an estimate and they were really good. They came out on time and did the work that they said they would do. I would use them again.

Very prompt. They call to let you know they are on their way. Very professional. They make sure you are happy with how far down you want the light to hang. This is the second time i have used their service. The first time they installed a ceiling fan and electrical outlet. Very happy with the work done both times. Will call them again for any electrical needs. I used a 10% off coupon for the work that was done.

They did a good job. They were flexible about scheduling and they gave us an estimate before they did the work. They seemed to go pretty smooth.

We're leasing a home in Avery Ranch that's about 5 years old. Friday night, the dishwasher stopped working, mid-cycle. I assumed someone had accidentally hit a shutoff switch or tripped a circuit. But after looking all over the kitchen for the switch, it was clear that this dishwasher didn't have one. I was able to test the circuit at the circuit breaker to see that it was working. And then to test the power entering the dishwasher to see that it wasn't getting there. So I knew something was breaking the power between the box and the dishwasher, but didn't know what (maybe some kind of animal chewed on a wire??). I called Mr. Electric on Saturday morning. Their office had Mr. Joe Keller call me back. Joe called at 9:30, told me he had another job, and would be there in a "couple of hours". After 4 hours, I called to check in and Joe told me he'd be there in another hour. Joe did show up in about another hour. He was very professional. I showed him what I had done and where I was stumped. In ~30 minutes, he had pulled out the dishwasher, figured out that the outlet behind the dishwasher was faulty (and causing the intermittent connection), replaced the outlet, and reinstalled the dishwasher. He talked me through the process to and showed me the faulty outlet so I could recognize that type of problem later. I was 100% satisfied with the service. And Joe was great to work with. I would definitely call him again. I was surprised that the invoice was over $200 for 30 minutes. But again, I was happy to have the dishwasher working again and wasn't shopping around for price. But I would echo other comments on this review. Great service. But you definitely pay for it. So overall, great experience. Less than top scores on price and punctuality. But I'd still use them again. Thanks!

The service technician was prompt and friendly. He knew what he was doing. The job was done on schedule. He was good, but was a little expensive. I had a very positive experience.

If I had unlimited funds, I would have chosen Tony & Mr. Electric to do the work he quoted us. I think the quality would have been outstanding. But, unfortunately, we don't have alot of extra money and price was definitely a deciding factor in not hiring this company. I cannot say enough good things about Tony's professionalism, knowledge, kindness and willing to explain things I didn't understand. In addition, when I called to schedule an appt, he was able to meet me at my house within an hour, as (I believe) he had a recent cancelation. Myra, the lady who answered the phone, was very nice as well. When she called several days later to see if I wanted to schedule an appt to have the work completed, she was polite and didn't make me feel bad when I told her we decided to go with another company.

They showed up on time, found our problem and fixed it. They were very professional. They weren't cheap, though! But I guess you pay fir quality.

I used them this past February to change out a light over our stairs. Tony put a hanging light together and replaced the old one. He even placed it at a level where we could change the bulbs without using a ladder. He did such a great job that I hired him when we had issues with our light this past week. Tony came again and after I told him we'd just changed out some light switches he knew the problem right away. He rewired the switch and showed me what was wrong. He even checked the other switch that was replaced to make sure it was okay. I've used them twice and will again.

Received a call in the morning that the technician was on the way, the technician Tony arrived promptly after. Gave me an estimate, performed the work in a timely manner to my satisfaction. Very thorough, friendly, and professional. Will definitely be calling Mr. Electric again if I need any work done.

Terrance from Mr. Electric was great. He was quick in diagnosing my problem and gave me some good advice to prevent future electrical problems. I would definitely hire them again.

In updating my parents' house to sell, we needed to replace kitchen cabinets and appliances. We did the demolition of the kitchen before we realized that we needed a permit since it opened the walls and exposed the electrical. Mr. Keller came in to clean up after us. He took care of the permits, did the rewiring, advised us on the smoke detectors. Mr. Keller responded to us promptly. He is a calm man (good to be calm if you work with electricty) who is efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for any electrical work you may need done.

I like the service; it's prompt. He is reliable. They are very professional. You can get them to come out in 24 hours. The prices are pretty reasonable.

THEIR QUOTE WAS HIGH!! My quoted was for $1495 and I had the job completed for $666.

I had a light fixture on a ceiling fan that was flickering. The electrician who came out was on time and seemed knowledgable, but was unable to fix the problem. The issue was probably inside the fan and he recommended replacing the fan rather than trying to isolate the problem (on account of the former being less expensive). I ended up following his advice, though I was disappointed to get rid of an otherwise properly functioning fan. When he realized that he would be unable to fix the issue, he considered the appointment a courtesy call and did not charge for his services. I appreciated this and will probably call them back if I need electrical expertise again.
