Description of Work: Remove/install ceiling fan on a slope 23ft high ceiling and remove/install light fixture in entrance way (Ceiling height 20ft).

Description of Work: Mr. Electric came out to investigate a loss of power with my washer November 2013 or so. The technician had the washer run a long cycle until it tripped the breaker and then he troubleshooted the outlet, and also the breaker box. While he was waiting on the washer to fail, the technician was kind enough at an additional fixed fee ($150 I believe) to install a ceiling fan for me. |Now, the technician really troubleshooted the washer to point he made several phone calls to other techs as he could not point-point what was wrong exactly. |Turns out after being called out again because the first fix did not work the same tech ended up finding out that the washer was sharing a switch with another appliance (i.e the garage opener), and the breaker switch could not support both loads especially when the washer hits the spin cycle it would trip the fuse. Finding this out the tech put the washer on its on high voltage/load switch solving the problem and saving me a bundle without having to put a main line in. |Each time the tech came he put shoe covers on, wore a uniform and was very courtesy and up front on costs, and also potential costs. Even when I first called Mr. Electric I was made aware of costs, and they tried to fit into my schedule instead of the other way around which is great.

Description of Work: My fuse box failed on a very hot summers day. Mr. Electric came out on the late Saturday afternoon/early evening within about 40 minutes of the call. The man who came was very professional, and was able to patch the system, so that I had that important electricty for the air conditioner and refridge (preventing a major melt down - priceless)for over the weekend. Then came back on Monday, and was able to finish the job without difficulty. The entire fuse box had to be replaced. Needless to I was very impressed with the quick and professional service and a job well done.

Description of Work: I'm writing to sing praises of Chris Johnson of Mr. Electric, for his superb, ceiling fan installation. This was his first experience with a Hunter Original fan-light, which is much more demanding than simpler ceiling fans. Did not faze him at all. Although it required work in my hot attic, he was friendly and professional, charging only their standard extra for the attic work, but nothing extra for non-standard fan assembly . For future electric work, I will consider Mr. Electric and request Chris, if possible. Installation June 12.2013 was on time, within estimated cost

Description of Work: I bought the so called Big Deal because I knew I was going to have a couple of exterior lights replaced as well as some addition electrical work. The contractor came out and was very nice, but the quote was totally out of line. I ended up better off financially not using the Big Deal and hiring another electrician.

Description of Work: They installed three timers for my outdoor lighting The work was responisble and quality of work seemed fine. I have a three yeear warranty---that should be perfect. They were on time, courteous and very professional.
