Arrived as scheduled and completed the work in one day. Very conscientious about cleaning up after the work was done and not tracking dirt into the house. Tried very hard to not make holes in the walls for the additional outlets I had him install. Offered a good alternative when there was one outlet I wanted couldn't be run as planned. Very nice to talk to. All in all, very pleased!

They are honest and the neat thing is they like to have a working repor with their clients. I trust them. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Mr. Terrance Thompson, the service profession sent out, showed up early, and we discussed the issues and he made some good recommendations, which I agreed with. He completed the task in a timely manner and did an excellent job. Mr. Thompson was very neat, knowledge and pleasent.

From the get-go, this company has been considerate of our needs. Myra at dispatch has always let us know when Terrance will arrive, and she is super friendly. Terrance came out and installed an outdoor ceiling fan, added two outdoor outlets, and installed lighting above the deck. He was polite and friendly, and completely qualified and competent. Now we've added some additional electrical chores to his "to do" list!

We called Mr. Electric of Williamson County to correct a problem with a circuit breaker and repair an non-operational attic vent fan. Tony responded to the call and was extremely conscientious not only in identifying and correcting the problems, but also in protecting our home. He brought his own door mat, wore booties over his shoes when he was in the house, and ensured that he captured and carried off any waste products such as pieces of wire insulation which were generated. He was also very good at explaining what needed to be done and keeping us informed of the progress. Very proficient and extremely professional.

Mr. Electric was sent by Home Depot to my home to provide an estimate. Due to a miscommunication, the electrician arrived ready to do the work on the day the estimate was supposed to be done. We rescheduled to perform the work 2 days later. The electrician never showed up for the appointment and never called. On the day of the estimate, the electrician made inappropriate personal comments that made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I am a single woman living alone and this behavior made me feel unsafe in my own home. When I complained to Mr. Electric, they said that because it was the electrician's bid, he had to complete the work. After wasting 2 mornings, not completing the work, and being subjected to inappropriate unprofessional behavior, I had to start over with a new electrical company. I was very unhappy with the entire experience. There are plenty of single women with money who want to do remodeling work to their houses. It is unacceptable for them to be made to feel uncomfortable or unsafe in their homes by unprofessional workmen.

He was very professional and polite. He came out in a short amount of time and had the job finished within a half hour. I have used their services before and was very pleased with the friendly staff and the great work that was performed. I was also able to get on their schedule in no time. In fact, they were very accommodating and flexible.

They were out on several different occasions recently to do this work and are always prompt in both returning calls and putting us at the top of the list to have the service done. They are fair and honest people who do excellent work. The installation of the Kiln outlet takes specialty work and all went well. They are very reasonable and always honest.

I dealt with them on two different occasions and both times they were fantastic. He told me how much he was going to charge and didn?t charge a penny more. The man got done in ten minutes and he literally stood in my living room and said I am done what else to you want me to do as you paid me for the hour. So the man fixed everything else that I needed done with no extra charge.

We needed to get the outlets in our home updated and Mr. Electric did a nice job. It gives a person peace of mind when the electrical things in your house are up to code. They were very professional, helpful and were on time.

He did a lovely job, not destroying my walls and handling the current wiring. I was very impressed!

I think they should have a F for failure to communicate. He didnt bring the right part for the outlet and we didnt like the light fixture that he installed and since he was going to come out again we wanted him to install a different one. He told us that he wasnt going to charge us for a second service call since he didnt bring the right part but when he came back the second time his boss made him charge us $200.

Technician arrived promptly, was courteous and thorough. Analyzed problem, corrected loose wiring, and explained everything.

I thought it would take longer. Tony checked everything carefully before he left and as an added bonus, he labeled the breaker box for the circuits he worked on in the house.
