Tony was awesome to work with and did a fantastic job today. He arrived promptly and was thorough to understand our needs during the walk-through (estimate). He did a wonderful job with some difficult-to-hang antique lights we had and was able to locate better mounting hardware to improve the look of one of them. His estimate was right on the money and work was awesome. Thanks Tony!

They are really good. They have a high rating on Angie?s List and they deserve it. I had absolutely the best experience with them. They aren?t the cheapest but they are a great value. I'll never call another electrician.

The security lighting on our warehouses was outdated and not in good working condition, We had a vadalism incident, and the tenants wanted the security lighting in good working condition and rightly so. We chose to go with Mr. Electric. Even though their pricing wasn't the cheapest, it was fair, and the fact that they were bonded and insured was important to us. Also, they were able to get to the job immediately. The customer service was excellent. Jose Vargas, the service technician, was polite and courteous, and did an excellent job in providing up-to-date lighting for our tenants.

They were a little pricey, but the experience went good.

Tony from Mr. Electric was extremely professional in every way, from his ability to quote chapter and versus of the relevant codes to the care he took in the work he did. He was extremely courteous and took the time to explain everything he was doing. I will use Mr. Electric (and ask for Tony specifically) for all my future electrical work.

The scheduling experience was prompt and efficient. The electrician showed up exactly when promised, and called ahead just as requested. Tony from Mr. Electric was very friendly, respectful, informative and efficient. He investigated and quickly found the source of the problem. He gave me an estimate for the repair on the spot. He had a replacement dimmer on his truck, and replaced the switch in short order. I also requested estimates for two other projects. Tony was thorough and helpful, and again provided detailed written estimates on the spot for the additional work. While I didn't elect to do either of the projects that day, I now have a clear picture for what it will cost and can budget for the work.

Tony Keller of Mr. Electric came to our house on 11/20/09. It was raining the day he came over, and before he even walked in the house, he put down a mat to step on, and he wore shoe protectors so our floor would not get wet. Tony inspected the light switch (it was fine) and he thoroughly inspected the wiring for the fixture. The actual problem with the fixture was not readily apparent, but when he was done, it worked! My husband and Tony decided that it was probably a "fixture gremlin" that had to be scared away by a professional. Tony was extremely nice and helpful. This was a great service experience!

They did a good job and were very nice. They got to their work and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with them and the work was fine. It took them a few days to get out here, but they came the day they said they would and they came within the time allotted.

I had a very good experience with them and they were great. They gave us a quote on the spot and were very quick in responding. They had an answering service to call the electrician and they came out on the same day. They were very courteous, prompt and very professional. They came with the uniform and brought a mat for the front door so that nothing gets dirty. They went through a check list of things that we could keep in mind for the future use. They gave us a phone number where they could be reached at 24 hours service.

He arrived on time, explained the cost, finished quickly, asked if there was anything else he could do and thanked me for calling a licensed electrician.

Myra scheduled me and she was wonderful and so good natured. She called to confirm and then let me know when Tony was on his way out. Tony was just fantastic. He explained to me, in detail, what he proposed and gave me the exact price before the work began. After I accepted the price and signed, he started the work. He stayed late and finished the job for us before the weekend. We really appreciated the professionalism of Mr. Electric. The entire experience was first class from beginning to end. I highly recommend Mr. Electric. Myra and Tony were absolutely outstanding.

They did a very good job and we were pleased with them. We thought that their price was good compared to others. They were very professional and we would use them again in future.

They were very professional and did a good job, on time for the bid and when they did the work both. The person who did the work was named Terence and he was a hard worker and did a good job.

They came out and did just the work that I asked them to do. He installed the light and a dimmer switch. I think that their prices are a little bit higher than some other companies in the area. I have been pleased with their service.

Tony was great from start to finish. Gave quote 1st. did a great job. installed outlet for new flat screen, even made a suggestion on how to hide cable in wall. Hauled off old ceiling fan. Myra set up the appointment over the phone. She was very nice. Called to remind me of appointment. Will call them again for next lighting project install for tall ceiling.

I got an automated call from them after they completed the service to check on how the service went. They were very good, courteous, and competent. He did an excellent job.

Overall, the service call went OK but we could have installed the 3 longer screws ourselves just at the suggestion of it. We just feel $170.00 was a little over the line for the short amount of time he was here and for what was actually done.

I did not except their bid. I called Bowen Electric and got the job don for $95.00 and we were both satisfied with that.

Everything when as smoothly as possible. He did take two breaks, each one about 45 minutes in length. One was to cool down and eat lunch. The second was to cool down, shower, and get into a dry uniform to complete the indoor tasks (ceiling fan installs).

I needed two outlets installed in order to accommodate my home theater system. One outlet was moving an existing wall outlet a few feet and the other was installing a new recessed outlet through the attic over my mantle to handle my flat screen tv. My original electrician cancelled on me at the last minute and I was in a bind to complete this project since my home theater was to be installed in two days. Mr. Electric was very responsive to my situation and sent someone out the next day. I was impressed with Derrick's professionalism and workmanship. However, I was surprised with the price of the job. If I need future electrical work, I will go out to bid before I use Mr. Electric again. Mr. Electric may be fairly priced, but I will do more research for my next project.

They experience was very good. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were professional and responsive. Their prices were good.

The person who took my call for the appointment was very professional. The service tech who came to the house was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did and I felt comfortable with him doing the job. Excellent job overall.

They are really great guys. They are very professional. They show up when they say that they are going too and they finished when they say they will. They make sure to clean up after themselves. They do a very good job, but they are very expensive.
