Description of Work: No service performed as Mr. Electic did not return my phone call for assistance until Monday. Nov. 23 was the day after Thanksgiving so a holiday for many companies. When they did call me back I was told there was a error in routing their phone calls.

Description of Work: I paid for the Big Deal with Mr Electric in October. The money was deducted from my credit card. Right after that I fell in my bathtub and was disabled for a while. This week I emailed them, explained the circumstances, and asked them to contact me so we could set up an appointment. I have not heard from them. I still have not heard from them. No response at all, no work done. They received my money and provided no services.

Description of Work: Searched out 3 plugs that were not receiving electricity, then fixed the 3. I am not sure what the initial $99 was for because the rest was a great deal of extra money. They estimated a replacement of exhaust fan in bathroom at $350.00. I bought the fan and replaced it myself (a woman) for less than $40.00. I will not use them or call them again.

Description of Work: This was a bid on future work, which is priced way too high, I felt. But I paid $99 toward $200 worth of electrical work so I will probably use them for something. The "catch" is the $273 Trip Charge, which negates any savings at all.
