Description of Work: I have used Molly Maids off and on for the past five years but, since retiring, only use them every few months. For this last service, I was assured that at least one of the ladies on our former team would be present but, that did not happen. Two, brand new ladies, neither of whom spoke English at all, showed up. They were nice people but it was very difficult to communicate special cleaning instructions due to the language barrier and, I was not at all happy with the results of the cleaning. There were clumps of dust left throughout the house and, I was very concerned to see that they had soaked our wood floors with the cleaning solution I gave them. All prior teams knew to be careful not to get the wood floors too wet but this team just soaked them. I'm done with Molly Maids. Time to try someone new. Although the Molly Maids office staff contend that we can just call them if there is a need to communicate something to the ladies, I have found this to be a cumbersome, unsatisfactory solution. I requested long ago that there always be at least one English speaking person on the teams that come to our house but I guess that is no longer an option.

One of the maids offered her services individually, and I thought that was a little tacky. I really like that the company was so professional overall, but I haven't wanted to call them back since that incident.

First the good: They would inform me immediately if anything was damaged or broken during their stay even if it was something of obviously little value (this only happened twice and it was because I put fragile items in bad spots). The women are always on time and at least one of the two girls always spoke English. Now the bad: I canceled my contract with them recently because their cleanings had simply gotten very poor. They were skipping a lot of areas (under bed, under cushions on couch. etc). After 4 poor cleanings I've decided to try someone else. In fairness to the company they offered to try and correct the situation but I decided to cancel instead.
Description of Work: I used Molly Maid for once a month cleaning for about 16 months.

After knocking down a picture in the bedroom, breaking a fixture in the kitchen, and leaving several areas in the bathroom unclean, I asked them to leave. Their cleaning was less than adequate and they moved in slow motion. They charge by the hour which may be the reason they took so much time in each room. Their time spent was certainly not due to being efficient.
Description of Work: Cleaned 2 bathrooms, vacuumed bedroom, cleaned half of the kitchen.

It was a very bad experience with them and I will never use them again. When I went over their work I told them the tub was not clean and it looked as if it only been wiped out not scrubbed. They did not clean it again. They didn't do any corners. After they left, I had to go back over and clean everything myself, so I felt as if I wasted a lot of money for nothing. It was just terrible work and it was just a wipe down job.
Description of Work: Molly Maid cleaned my 1400 square foot condo. There were three workers and they vacuumed, dusted, mopped, and cleaned the 2.5 bathrooms.

We've used Molly Maid for over a year. A team of two women come on our regularly scheduled day. The same team is usually sent. We have hardwood floors throughout most of the house, and they make them sparkle. They do a beautiful job throughout the house. Sometimes they leave a personal touch, like arranging the pillows in cute or creative ways. My only "complaint" is that the women are not very tall and sometimes they forget to dust the top of a very tall chest of drawers. We have indoor cats, and they are very careful to ensure that the cats do not go out. We LOVE it when we come home on Molly Maids days!
Description of Work: Bi-weekly cleaning of floors, bathrooms, kitchen counters and appliances and dusting. Home is approximately 1550 square feet.

They were just wonderful and pleasant to have around. They did every thing I asked them to. They were very trustworthy, and I never had anything come up missing. They did great work and took good care of my house.

We are real pleased with their service. They do a very good job with the cleaning. They are very trustworthy and careful with our belongings. They will do just about anything you ask them to do and their prices are very reasonable.

The cleaning was not completed to my liking. I still found dirty areas in the home that should have been cleaned. I think they may have broken a small statue in one of the bedrooms.
