Maidtopia Cleaning Services

Three women arrived right on time and did an excellent job of deep cleaning, and completed the job in two hours. I would definitely like to have this same team again in the future. The language barrier was the only problem, but we managed to communicate enough to get by.

It was ok. I expected two people, as I have never had a mid service ever send just one. She did use the list they provided and I filled out to decide what work to do. It also seemed a bit odd that she used Windex on everything - floors, tub, etc. for the price, I guess I got a reasonable amount of cleaning, but I wouldn't ask them back.

The maid they sent was very good, fast and thorough. She went through my complete list and finished in less than the 3 hours that was scheduled.

When I purchased this package for $99 on Angies List, I figured that was the price of it (6 Hrs one person house cleaning). When Maidtopia called me, they said I would need to put a check for $8.17 in a sealed envelope for the 2 ladies (3 Hrs house cleaning) that come to clean. I also told the person that called that the major thing I wanted done is mopping my hardwood laminate floors and a good cleaning around all the baseboards in all rooms. I asked for an English-speaking person as I don't speak Spanish and was told they don't have any (first problem with this company). She assured me the ladies knew how to clean homes and they would do a good job. I was sent a checklist and I was to number the items on the checklist I wanted performed. I chose everything, including cleaning baseboards and kitchen appliances (outside). When they were done - the floors up to the baseboards were not clean and I had to have them redo the master bath. Had to call the office to translate but had to leave message at 11:40am. It's 2 days later and still no callback. Once ladies left, found they hadn't cleaned up to any of the rooms' baseboards, nor did they clean the top of the refrigerator or the microwave. I guess they don't understand what a good cleaning means. I only get a maid service about once a year. I have problems getting down on my knees to do floors and that's why. I've lived here 4.5 years and have tried 4 different maid services - I guess none of them map floors with soap nor do they know how to clean all the way up to the baseboards. I will not be using this company again either. No follow-through on what was promised.

They were the best company to work with. One lady came out to do the work. She was very quiet and kept to herself. She even picked up my sons toys which I was not expected but thought it was a nice touch. She left some hotel touches like in the bathroom as well. It seemed like she was here longer than 3 hours since she was very thorough in her cleaning.

It went very well. This is the second time that Maidtopia has been to my house to clean and both times were excellent. Having checked out the pricing at several companies, I feel Maidtopia is very reasonable and they have been doing an excellent job. Since I am single with no kids or pets, I signed up for them to come in every third week. I am looking forward to continuing with the service.

Bear in mind that unless you speak Spanish, you will not be able to communicate with the staff helping you. As I learned the hard way, you fill out a list and they can only go directly off of that list because, at least the two nice ladies that came to my home, don't speak a word of English. It makes it impossible to provide any details like, "I'm currently finishing the wash and need help with the folding". In short, you have to prepare everything in advance and they follow the list like robots. Sending people over who do not speak English (and unfortunately, I do not speak Spanish) is unfair and frustrating to me - AND them! Otherwise, the maids were very good at following the list - they were efficient and very sweet.

They came on time and cleaned the whole house. It looked good on the surface but I discovered that one of the baths was barely touched. Toilet left dirty, rugs not shaken out, counter tops not washed. I can overlook some things but the bathrooms and kitchen have to be cleaned.

I've used Maidtopia a few times & am never disappointed. Their staff get to work cleaning fast, and really hustle to do as much as possible within the time frame. This is a professional, courteous company & I definitely recommend using them.

The woman who showed up to clean (I can't remember her name, but she was fantastic!) was a little early, which worked out for us. I didn't have my form completely filled out detailing the order of things I wanted cleaned, so she didn't get to the refrigerator, but the house was immaculate. Very happy with the service.

The only thing they missed was the tops of the door frames, but we didn't notice until the next day. I'm sure they would have gotten those just as quickly if we'd pointed them out. We'll definitely use them again.

She did an excellent job on the kitchen. She got to one bathroom and vacuumed everything. Everything looked like teenagers didn’t live here. We plan on calling them again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. They were thorough and cleaned what we wanted them to. They were pretty typically priced and their punctuality has always been pretty good.

They were prompt and cleaned everything just wonderfully...i was very pleased!!

Everything went as expected according to my wife.

They did a nice job. There were no additional costs. I believe we only had to pay the taxes. There was nothing notable. I will use them again in the future.

The service was okay. I did not like them so much. So in fact, I did go ahead and get somebody else on Angie’s List. There were no additional charges to the big deal. It was just not what I expected it to be. They really did just under the bed, and there were a lot of places that were left out.

We had Claudia as our cleaner. She was outstanding and I am glad to hear she has been assigned to us on a regular basis. The house was sparkling clean from top to bottom. She worked over 3 hours and never took a break. I work from home so she was very respectful of my privacy. She even cleaned our screened-in porch including scrubbing the floor. I will continue their service and would recommend them to anyone!

2 cleaners came, neither spoke English & cursorily cleaned, leaving streaks of my tile & generally a sloppy job

It worked out well. The one for my daughter worked out very well, they sent 2 maids for the whole time and they did a great job here. However at my house, they only sent 1 maid for the same amount of time instead of 2. I had a list of things to do so everything that she did do was done extremely well. Everything was better than great and it was done professionally. There was only 1 person so there are things like the kitchen I needed done but there wasn't any time. When we bought the package for $69, we thought that was tax included so it was a big surprise to have to pay almost $6 for which would be an 8% increase in the cost. And then you always want to give a little tip to whoever is working if you like their work. The package was $69 plus tax which was not advertised. They are scheduled to come back again.

If it hadn't been for ME misunderstanding all would have gone well. As it was, we had a little confusion on what was to be done. However, Maidtopia made EVERY effort to make it right. I would certainly be happy to recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Cleaner was polite, thorough, and did a good job. My only recommendation would be that she improve how she makes the bed to include folding the crners, knowing which dide of he top sheet goes up and how to place the duvet cover with buttons away from the face. Otherwise, I was very happy with the results.

They did an excellent job of cleaning the house and leaving it in move-in condition for the next tenants. I'd definitely recommend them.
