Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for this service ($69 for 3 hours of cleaning), and I was very pleased with the job the housekeepers did. A team of two women were sent to my house, and immediately upon their arrival, Lorena and Adela hit the ground running. After going over the rooms/items I needed cleaned, they tackled the kitchen first and did an amazing job. I had an embarassingly dirty refrigerator exterior and when they were done cleaning it, it looked like a brand-new fridge! They did an amazing job of cleaning the sink, counters, and cabinets as well as sweeping and mopping the floor. The work they did on the rest of my house was also outstanding. Those two women were dynamos and when they were done, my house looked amazing! The only bit of confusion was that the team left after 1 1/2 hours, and I was confused since the Big Deal I purchased was for 3 hours. I called Kim, the owner and she explained that according to the terms of the the deal, if 2 cleaners came to my house, the amount of time would be half because a team of 2 were cleaning rather than just 1 person. I just failed to read the fine print. No matter, though, Lorena and Adela did an excellent job and my house looked awesome. Without the promotional pricing, though, they are a little pricey, which is the only thing that would keep me from having them clean my house in the future.

Description of Work: I need someone to cleaned my house in preparation for a family event I was hosting. By the time I called for an appointment, they were booked for the week, but they were nice enough to work me in. On the day of the cleaning, they arrived as scheduled as got right to work. They worked quickly and thoroughly. I paid for 3 hours of work and they were finished in just over 2 hours, so I was able to have them do a few extra tasks. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I booked a three hours of cleaning for my residence. The initial booking was pleasant, but then when I tried to call and email (several times) to change the date, I received no response or follow up. The actually cleaning was excellent and the woman, Maria, who did the cleaning was very nice. Maria went above and beyond what I asked for. I would definitely use them again, but just make sure I had the right date up front.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for 3 hours of housecleaning @ $69. Two maids arrived and work continuously for 1 1/2 hours each. All rooms I had prioritized were cleaned. Floors looked good, although there were some items missed in the bathrooms (toilets) and some missed dusting.

Description of Work: I purchased this Big Deal from this company for: $99 for Six Hours of Housecleaning. I had to reschedule with them, but that was on my part. They were very cordial with the schedule change and they had good professionalism in regards to that.

Description of Work: The two workers arrived on time and were pleasant. Their behavior was professional. They arrived without the cleaning list they were supposed to have. That same list was to be emailed to me, but it wasn't. I have allergies and asthma, so asked that no feather dusters, etc. be used. Only Vacuuming and damp wiping. They vacuumed all of the floors (carpet and tile). Wiped kitchen counters, shined outside of appliances, and cleaned the bathrooms. Only the major basics. There is still dust everywhere. They were ready to leave in just over two hours, saying they were finished. Since they did not speak English, I did not try to tell them about the dust still waiting on furniture, decorations, etc.. Just called it a day and let it go at that. I was told that the workers would not be able to communicate in English but their work order would have a Spanish translation for each line of work or task to be done. The house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I will just call it done, but I will not hire this company again.
