Description of Work: Cheap and adequate, but not the most professional operation. Office did not tell me the name of the maid, and when she showed up she spoke NO English! They changed maids without telling me anything. New maid wasn't told how to get in. Etc.

Description of Work: I called the service in a response to an ad regarding Easter specials. I needed some customized service which they were willing to provide. I was glad they could accommodate me on short notice, I called on Friday and needed work done the following day Saturday. I chose to use the three-hour service which I could customize to my liking so basically I was paying for the time not what was specifically being done. The sales manager emailed me a list of duties that I could check off and present to the worker when she showed up. The sales manager informed me that this woman would be bringing her teenage daughter in order to help her with the cleaning. I told her that I did not have a problem with that as long as they knew they were going to be staying for three hours the agreed-upon time for which I was paying. Not only did this woman show up 30 minutes late with her teenage daughter, the teenager did not know the first thing about cleaning and required more instruction on my part. After two hours the two of them walked off the job believing they were done after I informed them they were supposed to stay for three. I called several times to complain about this unprofessional service and sent an email but never heard back from Maidtopia. The cleaning that the two managed to accomplish was subpar I had to redo the kitchen and the bathroom and the floors

Description of Work: She stayed the 3 hours promised. The work was probably worth 69.00 that I paid, but would not use again for any more money. She was prompt and professional but didn't work very fast. But, as I said, It was $69.00 worth.

Description of Work: Provided 3 hours of house cleaning (Angies List Deal). Very easy to work with. They provided a list of tasks and rooms ahead of time that we used to indicate priorities during the cleaning which was extremely helpful since some things we really cared about and some we didn't. The woman who came was courteous, efficient, and did a fantastic job. Working with scheduling was also easy to schedule a time and have the whole process explained to us!

Description of Work: The gals did a wonderful job. As this deal covered a limited amount of time, I gave them a brief list of areas to clean. They accomplished all of the tasks and added other nice touches, such as polishing the stainless steel appliances and decoratively folding the hand towels. I will certainly use them in the future.

Description of Work: We were moving so they came in to give everything a final once over, especially things like the baseboards, blinds, etc. I've used Maidtopia in the past and they've always done a fantastic time, however, when I arrived at the house after the cleaning I was disappointed in the quality. It was a Saturday afternoon, but I was relinquishing the keys to the new owner that night so I needed the house to be done well and fast! I called and emailed the owner. She immediately called me back, apologized for the situation (it was a new employee), and sent someone out right away free of charge to remedy the situation. She even called back later to make sure we were satisfied with the second cleaning. You just don't get service like that from most places. I know all companies make mistakes but what makes the difference us how they handle the situation afterwards. A++ to Maidtopia for offering a wonderful service, at a fair price and for standing behind their work. I recommend them to everyone!!
