When I contacted Maidtopia today, they said I could only use one and that they could not schedule until two weeks out. Neither of these two conditions are in the deal. Therefore I would like to cancel my Maidtopia purchase (made yesterday).

Maidtopia was great to work with and we will definitely be using them in the future. We used them on a weekly basis while our home was on the market. The service was very consistent and the feedback from potential buyers and realtors were that the house was spotless and immaculate. I rated the quality a B because the quality varies depending on who was sent to clean. Once I found the person that I worked best with I just requested her each week. Maidtopia worked with me on every aspect from scheduling to pricing to quality and if anything ever wasn't just right they were always willing to make it right as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend this company!

Everything went fine. I was at work. My wife and son were at home. Prior to arriving the provider had sent me a list of what they do and my wife ranked what she wanted done. According to my wife, the person cleaning worked hard. Everything looked good when I arrived home.

They came on time. Everything went good. They charged an additional $5.00 for bags, so I thought that was strange.

Maidtopia showed up on time and went right to work. Cleaning job was good. She did need to use our vacuum cleaner which has not happened with other cleaning services we have used. The lady was pleasant, but didn't speak much and we were not sure she understood everything we said. We would probably not use them again, just because we have gotten use to dealing with another service that sends two people.

Kim was quick to respond and answer all questions. She quickly scheduled a cleaning and even called to provide someone a little bit earlier than scheduled. Very organized. Maria came by to clean my home in a three hour house cleaning deal. She did an awesome job- AWESOME- definitely worth every penny! Thanks for the quick and courteous service. Will use again!

It went well but not great. I had asked for the 2 bathrooms to be cleaned (one only partially), ceiling fans to be dusted, and for the floors to be swept and mopped. When I inspected the bathrooms, I found that the cleaning was not complete. The ridge around the top of the bathtubs had not been cleaned. The one bathroom that was to be cleaned in it's entirety, the chair rail and baseboards had not been cleaned. The front of the vanity had not been wiped. I have a small, floor shelving unit which I had completely cleared. The shelves were wiped off but the top and side "ledges" had not been. I had noticed her cleaning the ceiling fan in the bedroom with a dry duster. This was a very dirty cleaning fan and when I inspected my bed, I found it covered with dust/dirt. The ceiling fan was not directly under the bed and there was plenty of room for a stool or step ladder to be used to prevent that from happening. The representative did not speak English but I attempted to tell/show her the issues in the bathrooms. While she was recleaning, I called the main office and left a message. Someone from the office did call me back while the representative was still there. I explained the situation and she said that she would contact her. She did finish the bathrooms and took care of the dirt on my bed, however, I believe she brushed it onto the floor because she did not use a vacuum or anything. I was very disappointed that I would have to bring these items to her attention to begin with. Very basic or standard items in my opinion. If I had not been there or checked right away, I would have had to have them come back to fix which is not efficient or convenient. I will not use their services again.

employees were very professional and courteous. performed their duties in professional manner, left the rooms sparkling clean. i will definitely use their services again in the future.

I used Maidtopia for several months. I felt that their cleaning abilities were average. My house was clean, but I would always find areas that they missed cleaning (sweeping under the bed with hard wood floors, streaks on the mirrors, etc.). I also put in my contract that they were to sweep and dust our screened in porch. Most of the time they didn't do it. The last straw was when they didn't do the porch or one complete room of our house. I also had billing issues with them as well several times. I would not recommend.

Everything turned out well. The cleaner arrived on time, was courteous and friendly, and did a thorough cleaning. The only thing that struck me as odd was that she asked for a check to cover the sales tax of the deal, but she never cashed it.

It was good and I am going to be a regular customer of them. They have a checklist for the areas you want them to clean each time they come out. They usually send one person out to do the job and they are very flexible. I like that I can talk to the person in charge anytime as it is a local office and I don’t have to call some 800 number if I have any questions.

half the time the cleaners arrived late, or needed to come another day. when they actually arrived the cleaning wasn't all that good. they didn't dust under the beds (leaving dead bugs), they put the linens back on. once they even made the bed without the top sheet. when i wasn't being charged for the actual service i was getting charged "lock-out" fees once when the cleaner showed up not scheduled (she had been to the home the previous day), and another time when the cleaner didn't use the code provided. my husband let her in anyway and i was then charged for both the cleaning as well as a lockout. they have refused to refund me the lock out charges.

I have to say they are the most organized cleaners in Austin. Before cleaning there is a print out of all the areas that we can cleaned. Also price was not bad.

Klara did a wonderful job cleaning. I am looking forward to her cleaning my house every other week now. I have been through several cleaners, and I am glad to have a good person cleaning my house.

I started with Maidtopia Cleaning Services in January of 2014, and I had selected them based on the reviews on Angie's List. I have been more than pleased with the service ever since I started. The price of $97.37 is for the service to come in every third week. I'm single so that is all I need. My home is a 3 BR 2 bath single level house. The usual person that comes is Elizabeth. I work from home, so I'm here while she is cleaning. She comes in and gets right to work thoroughly cleaning the whole house. The house looks so good after she finishes. She vacuums all the carpets and cleans the laminate floors in the living area. She also cleans the bathrooms and kitchen. Even the messed up stove top looks spotless when she is finished. I highly recommend Maidtopia Cleaning Services.

I've had many other people/ companies clean my place but this was the best ever. Called the company to even thank them for the great work !

It looked so good, the move-out inspector asked if I had lived there, he thought I used it as a second home and never lived there.

Not worth the price at all for the quality of the service. Lots of missed areas in a 4,000 sf home that is well maintained to begin with. I believe in having the house picked up before the cleaners arrive so that they can focus on detailed cleaning. Examples of consistently missed areas: under beds, under light small furniture that was easy to move (crumbs and dust bunnies found afterwards), desk area, window sills (found bugs on sills after they left), didn't lift roll up or move rugs out of way to clean hardwood floors. Did not feel that it was worth their fees at all.

They were punctual and professional. They did a great job and my home shines!

I Contracted Maidtopia for a "Make Ready" cleaning. We had moved out and the house was quite clean to start with. They were to clean everything including the inside off all cabinet and appliances. I am VERY disappointed in their work. There were still crumbs in the cabinets. There was visible crumbs and food on the floor and along the cabinet edges ( the floors were NOT cleaned) The baseboards had not been cleaned. There was dust on the window sils. They came out again still not great!

It was okay. I tried to call them again cause I wanted to know if they did any jobs in tile, but they never returned my call. I really think she was fine, but whoever was in charge of her was the one, cause I left them a message to see if they cleaned an apartment cause my daughter was I didn't know if they did regular house cleaning or if they could clean an empty apartment, and they never returned my school. So then I ended up just meeting that girl. And I asked her about it but she didn't know so I don't think she is the one that does the scheduling and all of that cause she didn't know if they cleaned apartments but she went ahead and cleaned that apartment but she was not the one in charge. But she was okay, the one that did the work.

They did a marvelous job for the three hours of cleaning. They were professional and efficient. I used their services for a couple of years. Their pricing is good. I didn't appreciate that I was unable to speak about the details of what I wanted done because they do not speak fluent English. All in all everything went well with them over the past few years.
