Description of Work: Only one person came but she worked efficiently. Did not clean completely and did not do floors; I had arranged with company to pay for an extra hour if needed but she had to leave at specific time so that wasn't an option. I would rate this experience B+ or A- but not because of the cleaning itself

Description of Work: The cleaner arrived on time and worked hard throughout her time here. She missed a few minor areas for dusting and broke a cheap vase, no issues. Would have preferred she returned items to their proper location and straightened window blinds, but all in all a good cleaning.

Description of Work: This was the third time I used this service. In June, they performed a deep cleaning of my home, and, overall, the work was satisfactory. In August, they performed a "standard" cleaning, which was OK. I paid for deep cleaning for my last experience. The two women who showed up stayed only slightly longer than the two who did the standard cleaning, and their work was subpar, e.g., they didn't bother to vacuum the rug under the dining room table. When they announced that they had finished, I checked the kitchen and bathrooms on the first floor, but our house is a large one, and I didn't have time to run a white-gloved finger over every surface. I understand that I could have filed a complaint with the company, but I plan never to use them again and simply gave them a poor review when they requested one online.

For some reason I was expecting a team but only one lady arrived at 8:30AM to do the work. It took her about two and a half hours to complete the cleaning. On the plus side she got some tough grime off the downstairs living room tile and generally did a good job making the place look and smell clean. On the down side I think she could have cleaned the bathtubs a bit better but perhaps I have unrealistic expectations of how clean they can get. She also seemed to have a bit of trouble understanding me... there may have been a language barrier. Overall I was satisfied with the work she did.
