Have had Maidtopia in a few times and continue to be impressed by this company.

Very pleased with service. Will continue to use this service on a monthly basis. Everyone was very thorough, detailed, and professional. Great job!

They did a deep cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen. This was after having my floors refinished and some painting done. They got rid of all the fine dust etc from the floor work, all the tiny handprints were removed from the kitchen and the bathroom sparkled.

The cleaner did an excellent job and we would certainly do business with Maidtopia again. She arrived about a half hour later than promised, but stayed more than three hours to finish the job at no additional charge.

My cleaner arrived on time and worked the entire time. She was very thorough and intent on doing her job correctly.

I signed up for the Angie's List special and loved the service. Thereafter I requested one of the ladies in particular, because she was a cleaning machine. Although she no longer works there, her replacement is even better! They don't pry into personal business, they don't dawdle, they are professional and they clean every surface they see. They arrive ON TIME, every time. I really am quite amazed that I'm impressed---I tend to be demanding.

This is actually my second time using Maidtopia. They came out and did their first cleaning as part of an Angie's special. I had visitors coming for a two month visit from overseas and am still renovating/moving into my home. Needless to say, house is a bit chaotic and I really needed a good cleaning from all the remodeling. They were fit me in quickly and were prompt and professional. I was out of town, but my professional organizer was available to let them in. She is rather meticulous and it is high praise when she is satisfied. She recommended that I continue to use Maidtopia. I called them and they were here the next day. Eli pulled up my information and setting me up for their weekly service was quick and painless. Janet will be my weekly cleaner, she was thorough, polite and concentrated on the areas I asked. She moved things out of the way and got under things without any problems. That is huge since I still have a few boxes, etc still around. She even went back and mopped a room she had just finished when my organizer went in and removed a piece of furniture. The cleaning products they use smell good and aren't overwhelming. I am very pleased with Maidtopia and plan on using them from now on.

we just moved into a new home in a new neighborhood and i was looking for a new cleaning service. i felt that the previous company we were using was too expensive, as we live on a fixed income. i saw two Angie's List Big Deals being offered. the first company (not Maidtopia) came out to assess my home and give me an ongoing price for after the Big Deal was over. because my home is tiled except in the bedrooms, she said she would have to charge extra for twice the work (first vacuuming, then mopping). although the Angie's List Big Deal was a good value, the ongoing once a month price would be too much. then, i saw Maidtopia's Big Deal for three hours of cleaning for $75. i called to set up an appointment. they did not need to come assess the home first, and they told me that if i continued with them after the initial Big Deal it would be $100 for three hours of cleaning on a once a month basis. i thought this was a great value! Maidtopia was very flexible with my schedule. i needed to reschedule a couple of times and they were always gracious and accommodating with me. when the cleaner finally arrived on our specified day, she went straight to work. she spoke a small amount of english, but we were able to communicate well enough. she did a great job and was very thorough! i was very pleased, and will definitely be hiring Maidtopia for the once a month service. they are overly busy around the holidays and were trying to set me up with the same cleaner. unfortunately i was not available at the times they had open (i prefer to be there when they are cleaning). so, we set up our second appointment time for the first week in january. this should work out fine.

I emailed Maidtopia that I wanted to use my Angie's List deal. They responded within 24 hours and it all went like clockwork from there. I am very happy with the job, the professionalism and communication.

One person arrived on time and she was very pleasant. She reviewed what I wanted done, since this was for 3 hours only, and we made a list of the priorities in case there wasn't enough time for everything. The work was excellent and thorough. We have pets and I'm physically limited which means some things don't get done as often as would be helpful. We put the pets in a separate room out of the way, but she also had to work around me working at home. Everything went smoothly. She just let me know when she was ready to clean my office and I took a break. I already set up another appointment for cleaning before Christmas.

Since we had a limited amount of time (3 hours) the maid followed my prioritizations closely. She began in the master bath cleaning shower, toilet, sink. Then moved to clean flloor. After that, she vacuumed master bedroom and changed the sheets. ( that was all that was requested for that room). Following that, she cleaned downstairs guest bath. Then she cleaned kitchen sinks, counters. Then the tiled floor. Her last amount of time was spent cleaning blinds, dusting main living area and then mopping wood floor. She did not have products for that or mop but I provided.

Given that this was a Big Deal purchase I was impressed by the amount of work they did for me. The person that was sent (Theresa?) was very nice, responsive to my requests and did a thorough job. I don't use a regular cleaning service, but I would call them again if I needed someone to come out.

The maids were professional and efficient. They took care of details and surprised us with washing a few dishes we'd left in the sink and folding some towels!

It was very easy to make arrangements for the service and I was provided with several options for cleaning services. They were able to schedule the housecleaning within the timeframe that I needed. Two ladies arrived on time and worked for a little over 3 hours cleaning all of my home, in accordance with the written agreement that the company emailed to me prior to the service date. They were very pleasant and professional.

Buy a coupon first, they have them quite frequently. Everybody throughout the whole process was great, very polite and professional and on time.

This was an Angie's Special Deal that included deep cleaning of the bathroom kitchen, and the living room. I have two bathrooms, and I was surprised to find they they cleaned both of them. The two women who arrived were professional, though they did not speak much English. The quality of the work they did was outstanding. I think my stove was cleaner than it's ever been since I bought my home -- there was great attention to detail. The BEST housecleaning services I've ever used, so I will surely be calling them again to clean my home, as necessary. I am adding this note to my earlier review: This business not only does quality work, it has an outstanding outreach and promotion program. She is savvy to send out special deals to prior customers and even sends periodic greeting cards. What great customer service!!!!

the two workers I contracted for the three hours arrived as scheduled and on time. They got right to work and did all the cleaning described above. I needed them for an extra hour and was charged 1/3 the price of the original three hours for each. Thus they extended the coupon price for the extra hour. They did an excellent job and I am very satisfied with them. I will definitely use them again as needed.

Because I wanted a specific date and time at someone else's home, it was a little tricky to get it all set up - but in the end, the manager of Maidtopia kindly sent over THREE maids at a later hour than when they would usually start, so that my friend, the owner would be home and the cleaning would be finished in time for the employees to get home in time as usual. I thought that was very thoughtful! As I said, this was a present to a friend of mine, so I did not actually observe the cleaning processes, but my friend was delighted.

Maria & Solia arrived on time and accomplished exactly what I asked them to do. It was not a usual job but a preparation of the house for sale. My wooden cabinets and white trim in the master bathroom and kitchen look really nice and ready for a buyer's inspection. They did more than I asked them to do, to my surprise. I would highly recommend MAIDTOPIA to anyone who needs excellent cleaning work. It was a very professional job and I would use them again.

Teresa arrived at 8:30 am on the appointed morning per our agreement, was pleasant, efficient, and ready to get to work immediately. Other than showing her what I wanted done and then hearing water run or the vacuum on occasion I was hardly aware of her presence as she worked her way through the house quietly and efficiently. The bathrooms were both thoroughly cleaned and the floors washed. Not a speck of dust was to be found anywhere in the living areas with wood surfaces gleaming, floors washed or vacuumed thoroughly. The kitchen work alone would have taken me and/or my daughter the entire 3 hours to achieve less than half of what was accomplished. When I walked through the house I kept looking for signs of shortcuts or places where something had been missed, but found nothing. This had been a trial run for us that was passed to our satisfaction. We have all become so busy that the housework was falling dismally behind and it was obvious we needed to hire someone. I responded to an Angie's List Big Deal offer and mentioned to Eli in the office that we were looking for regular help. We got an immediate response with estimates and several flexible options to choose from if we decided to utilize their services. They have been very good about following up with me regarding customer satisfaction without being obtrusive which is appreciated. Based on this trial I have retained Maidtopia's services for a regular 3-hour servicing every 3 weeks.

Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the nice lady who performed the work. She was very courteous, punctual and thorough. I am very happy with the job she did, the bathrooms are sparkling!! Thank you, Maidtopia!

To my surprise, Ann just called me with a cancellation and worked me into the schedule! Not only did she remember that I'd asked, she made a point to contact me & showed that she values her repeat customers. Way to run a business!

Our maid was punctual and efficient. I was in the home most of this time she was working and can attest to this, though the results would speak for themselves. We have nearly 4,000 sq. feet incld. 3 full bathrooms & large kitchen so it's a lot to keep up with even when our family of six all pitches in. The specified areas were well-cleaned (including a "boys' bathroom" and another shared by two teen girls) with sparkling glass showers and hotel-style folded towels. Beyond this, the maid exceeded my expectations. She cleaned our great room which opens to the kitchen instead of doing the small formal parlor which I had expected to be deemed the "living room" included in the deal I purchased. She also cleaned all the breakfast nook area between the great room & kitchen, including dusting the blinds for 8 windows. Instead of mopping only the path to our front door (as a hallway was included) she did the entire path branching toward the master suite area and the opposite direction toward kitchen/great room.
