It was good! There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. This was the first time I used this company. It was pretty standard and the price was good. Two people came out to do the work. They were right on time.

I thought they made a really good job. One of them left a mop on the front porch but they came back and got it. I would give them an A. I only saw the results 'cause my son did the communication. He said that they called them and they were really nice and they came over. I think everything was good with that too. I think they were on time. It was nice when I came home.

the best cleaning (the only one) was done vacuuming. The rest was mediocre. They still use feather dusters (I thought they went out in the 70's), that was half of her problem, 'cause nothing got cleaned with that duster, she just moved the dust around. I think it's very unclean and unhealthy to use those things. The maid has to sneeze a few time (I wonder why). She didn't do the inside of my stove, dust for cobwebs throughout the house, cleaned my tub, ignored the corners everywhere, move small furniture to clean under (like it stated they would in their list) or even went by the list (I pondered about that thing for almost 1 hour!). The maid herself was very friendly, although she only spoke a few words of English. I think that is a not so smart thing to do, since one can't explain what, where and how. I don't think I would hire them again.

It went really well, the house looks great. The girls bathroom, the guest room and the common areas look fantastic. She dusted, swept and mopped. The stairs are clean and the tile downstairs looks wonderful. We have a guest arriving tonight so this was perfect for us. We are going to see about having them come out every week or so. I think they do a great job for a very reasonable price.

Maidtopia has been providing basic household cleaning services for my place for the past few months. I did find them through Angies and the rating didn't disappoint. As a person always on the go, they send email communication to let you know when they are going to arrive. They are flexible with managed access properties and I look forward to the days when they come to service my place. The prices are fair for the market and with the added personal communication touch I receive, the prices are more than fair.

Arrived on time. Thoroughly cleaned all rooms including dusting and vacuum. Worked without supervision. Used our tools and supplies as requested due to medical issues. My limited Spanish and providers limited English a slight handicap. Overall, excellent service and value.

They did a great job! My wooden floors looked great. My bathroom looked spotless.

In the hour and half they were here (two people), they primarily cleaned two bathrooms and did some light vacuuming and dusting of a bedroom and living room. The bathrooms, though not that dirty (other than soap build up in shower) were thoroughly cleaned - it was an impressive job.

Ladies were great. Arrived on time. Did an above average job of cleaning. Were careful around important art and furnishings.

The areas cleaned "looked" clean afterwards but certainly were not sanitized as observation of the cleaning method found use of bare hands (and feet!) to do the scrubbing in some areas. Two areas that were paid to have cleaned were not touched at all. They were 45 minutes later than the agreed upon start time. Communication with staff was sub-par.

I was extremely pleased with the service itself as well as the professional way in which it was arranged. I set up the appointment by phone and paid by credit card, then received an email confirmation. The housecleaner arrived on time, with her own equipment. After a brief conversation about my priorities, she got immediately to work. Her work was both efficient and excellent.

They do a fantastic job. They communicate with me about everything. They've made some mistakes but they let me know when something is wrong. They are just very friendly and professional.

We have been using Madtopia since January '13. They are a incredible, honest, hard working company. Our housekeeper is namesake Elisabeth... She ROCKS! She comes in, on time almost to the second every time, and hustles the entire time she's there. She leaves no stone unturned. I love the way our home smells when she leave... Nothing like pinesol and comet! The best part is, every time, she leaves little toilet paper roses on the toilet paper roll. It's little things like that keep us coming back ;0

Arranging a time/date was easy- very responsive. Used strong-smelling chemicals, but did a good job getting it clean.

The lady who came out did an excellent job! There wasn't a place untouched in my bathroom or my kitchen! I thought she stayed longer than what she was getting paid for. I have never seen anyone clean a kitchen so quickly. I even tipped her because she did just an excellent job! I plan on using her again. I thought there would have been an additional cost when she was done because she did so much extra work, but surprisingly there wasn't.

Since the purchase was through Angies list deals, the vendor was a little hard to reach but in the phone they provided clear instructions on how to contact via email. Once contacted via email, the responses from the vendor was immediate. The deal also clearly stated that the appointments should be taken 2 weeks in advance. The vendor was busy for 3 weeks when we contacted the vendor. The vendor mentioned that the person will arrive in an one hour window (8 am to 9 am) in our case. The person arrived at 8:45 and started cleaning within one minute. She was very thorough in cleaning the 2 and 1/2 restrooms and the kitchen. She also used her own products for cleaning. She also helped vacuum most of the house within the 3 hour window. We had to provide a check for $6 for the taxes(not sure why this wasn't collected earlier but was mentioned to us in prior communication).

Everything went as planned. I provided a list of things to clean in order of priority since there was a time limit of 3 hr. The cleaner followed the list properly, cleaned everything properly as well. Very friendly and professional. I would recommend this cleaner to everyone.

The experience was fair. The quality of the clean was ok but the cleaner talked on her phone most of the time. Although she did a satisfactory work, I was not very fond of this attitude.
