They were very thorough, very quick, very professional and no problems at all. Next time that we need the house cleaned I think we will call them again. They cleaned our bathrooms longer but those are quite the hardest areas that must be cleaned. Everything we asked them to do was within the guidelines of the deal we had bought. I think they even cleaned our half bathroom in addition because we have 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room and actually they had cleaned half of that. Overall, I was pretty happy with their work and I didn't even notice them in the house. They did the job and they left, it just feels nice when someone comes to clean your house.

I purchased a Big Deal on Angie's list for 3 hours of housecleaning. The rep arrived during the time specified and worked the full 3 hours to nearly complete all the items I had specified. Although there were a few areas missed (like a powder room), I was very happy with the quality and quantity of work completed during the service.

I called Maidtopia based on the excellent reviews that the company received on Angie's List. They sent Lisette, who did an excellent job. She was extremely thorough, cleaned every corner of the house, and we were very pleased with the service. She arrived on time, worked systematically throughout the house and was very pleasant. I would definitely call Maidtopia again and I would also ask for Lisette.

I purchased a home from some people who were filthy! Additionally, the worst part is that the house smelled like DOG. They had three indoor/outdoor pets and the house smelled awful. Elli at Maidtopia got me scheduled fast which was important as I was closing on the house and needed to get it cleaned before I could move in. The full move-in cleaning consisted of cleaning the entire house, inside the refrigerator, inside the oven, microwave, inside/outside cabinets, baseboards, bathrooms, hardwood floors, blinds, ceiling fans, etc. They used all of their own supplies and I only provided some bleach. I also paid a little extra to have the insides of my windows cleaned. They did an AMAZING JOB! When I walked into my house the dog smell was completely gone! I became even more excited about my house because it felt CLEAN. I would highly recommend Maidtopia to anyone and will probably use them again for maintenance cleaning.

I have used Maidtopia many times. Their workers are honest and thorough and good. I tell them not to dust special keepsakes, and to use my cleaners, as I'm allergic to some of the stuff they've used in the past. This is not a problem! My bathrooms were sparkling, the towels were folded as if I lived in a hotel, and the house was nice and clean when they left.

ttThe young lady was more than thorough. Everything was immaculate including drawers, inside and outside of cabinets, oven, stove, window sills and blinds, baseboards, floors, carpets, moldings, sinks, tub, and shower. She worked for a solid 3 hours and accomplished more than I would have in 3 days. Very pleased all around.

It was the first time we'd hired a cleaning service, so she had her work cut out for her. It was well worth it. We'd hire Maidtopia again.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and they were fantastic. Was house was empty and they just completely shined it up with some deep cleaning; it was great.

They did a great job - the bathroom and kitchen were spotless and the floors were very clean and shiny. The staff was very friendly and open to my feedback - she did a great job. She ran out of time to complete the entire house and was very apologetic - even offering to stay longer - but really, she did all the major stuff I had listed and I was very happy with the service. Scheduling was very easy, and she showed up right on time. Overall, I was very happy with this service - originally purchased as a Big Deal off Angie's List for 3 hours of cleaning for $69 - but I would use them again and recommend them to others for sure.

It went very well. Theresa was the lady that showed up and she did a wonderful job. The house looks and smells great! Theresa worked very hard and the results were spectacular.

On time and they did a great job! I even bought a Angie's deal for my Mother's house.

The housecleaner arrived on time. She did a good job , especially on the kitchen.

Purchased a "Kitchen and Bath Plus" special -- did a fantastic job on the baths, and got the ceramic cooktop REALLY clean.

It turned out really well and they did a great job. It was all very straightforward. It was completely as advertised and very professional. I was pleased with their services, so I hired them to start cleaning my house on a regular basis.

Overall, I was pleased with the service provided. Scheduling was a bit cumbersome as it was all on the phone and I had to play phone-tag a few times to get the appointment scheduled. The service itself was very good and I felt the maid who cleaned my home did an excellent job. She was on time and was very professional.

The two ladies who arrived to clean the house were punctual and efficient. The older of the two ladies did most of the deep cleaning while the younger, possibly a younger relative, did the dusting and vacuuming. Both were very thorough and did a good job.

Typical Cleasning. Not as good as the company has done in the past

My son made an appointment for September, 9 via phone. I was sitting beside him in our car and we were sure to remember the appointment as that is his sister's birthday. The maids were at our door on September, 2 (Labor Day). They worked well. Everything was cleaned. The price was good as it was a big deal.

She showed up on time, methodically cleaned every room and did not skip details as the work dragged on. She was very pleasant as well. I will use Maidtopia again.

We liked her. She did an awesome job. I will refer them to anyone. They are honest and good.

Made bid, 2-3 days as requested. No one called, finally email company and he reply they did not service our town, very poor communication.
