The only thing I would complain about is the punctuality of them coming out. Once they did show they service they did provide was good in mounting the TV and having the wires inside your wall.

The person that came could not repair our problem. We did say we would be interested in looking at other remote options; however, none were identified/available at the time he was at our house. The person identified himself as the son of the owner and said he would have his dad call with information. A year later we haven't received that call and have since resorted to using multiple remotes. I will give kudos to the company for emailing to remind us to use the big deal that we had purchased. I wish it had worked out differently as somehow our sound settings have been changed and now we are in need of sound adjustment.

I had to make multiple calls to schedule the appointment. When they came out they could not fix the main problem I had. They told me to call Direct TV. I called Direct TV and they said it was an unrelated issue. I wanted them to set up a remote control but they did not set it up 100% correctly. I can work around it but I am not completely pleased.

I purchased the TV installation as a "big deal" on Angie's list. The guys are Premier Audio and Video were very prompt and courteous. They quickly understood where and how I wanted my TV mounted, and completed the job in just a few hours. I was pleased that price I paid included the complete mounting and wiring of the TV. The mounting of my speakers on the wall was additional work I asked them to perform, and they handled it beautifully, and for a reasonable price. My new home theater looks great, and I would definitely call Premier Audio and Video again for future work.

He has come back several times just to tweak things. He was a great guy. I was really pleased with the service. He explained things to me, he was very patient, very professional, a hard worker. He told me what he was going to do, did exactly what he said. It was just an excellent experience.

TV mounted perfectly with all cords hidden in drywall. Simple, and well done!

The two gentlemen who came out for the install were fast and efficient. They did a great job and I will call them again in the future.

When I talked to them prior to starting the job I explained to the man what equipment I wanted to buy. They came out and installed the wiring for the equipment, but we began experiencing issue after they finished the job when the stereo was activated and wasn't working properly. He told me that I needed a amplifier, which he threw in at no charge. I appreciated him providing that, however I still ended up purchasing the wrong expensive receiver for my system. Afterward I began experiencing other issues with the operation of my system. It worked for a few months and now is no longer working, and is malfunctioning. I called them back because it wasn't working properly and they told me that they would come back to repair it but that they will be charging me a service fee. I was angry because I don't feel that I should be charged a repair/service call fee because I had already paid them so much money to make it work the first time. I feel I should not be charged a service call fee because I presume that is included in his warranty for the original installation work. I would strongly recommend me that Austionians use this stereo company. I have tried for over a month to resolve this with the company with our complaint department and they said they would stand behind their service. First they said they would stand behind the work but for some reason they did not. Then they refused to do so. I have spoken with Onyko tech department that they informed me that it was not properly installed and would have to get another tech to fix the problem. I am not happy with the resolution. I feel like I have totally wasted money hiring the company to install my stereo system. I think they have manipulated our complaint resolution process. Also when I told them that I was going to rate them on Angie's List they did not really care about it at all. They said it was threatening. I tried to be fair and reasonable with them. ***UPDATE*** Sir I never threatened you or was ever vulgar to you or your staff. You did a lousy installation job, refused to acknowledge it and you were looking for an excuse not to stand behind your service. Over a 3 week period after the installation I was told that they would stand behind the work and correct the installation problems. When I complained the provider got updet that I reported this and retaliated against me and then refused to honor his warranty work. I then hired one of his reputable competitors who promptly came out and redid various settings. I gladly paid the new provider $500 to remedy Premier's sloppy install and to not have to deal with them again. There are providers who stand behind their work and Premier is not one of them. Insulting your customers and lying to Angie's List is not a good practice for Angie's List merchants. ***This dispute is between Ira Leichtman and Premier Video not Marcia Nieder***

The team from premier audio and video came out and did a very professional job. They was on time and finish on time. Conceals all the wires as promised, didn't make a mess, but still cleaned up as though they did. They even took the time to tidy up loose cables that I had from all my other components.

I got a great deal, with an Angie?s List promotion for mounting my TV. Joseph, the owner, was very professional and courteous over the phone and in person. He did a great job!

The installation of Google TV was delayed for several weeks...both by other business they had and because Premier had not done an internet TV installation. When they finally came, they did the installation successfully. We were happy with that work. They came back another time to adjust the TV mount, that required two hands to perform. That work was done well. My problem was when I asked them to do the last piece of work...correct the installation of a pair of ceiling speakers. I had many promises to come....followed by many promises to call me when they could do the work. This went on for months until Joseph said that we was at a shop where he could get the proper mount. He said he did that and would call to set up an installation. Then we waited again for weeks, having to call at least 3 more times to get them to respond. When they finally came on AUGUST 9, 2012, the mount they had brought was the wrong one. They advised that they had no more options available. At that point they charged me for two service calls.....one proper one for the TV mount correction, and one for the trip with the wrong part. I think their technical capability is offset by really bad responsiveness on promised for service and returning calls. Charging for a service call where they did not bring the right part and did not complete the work is unacceptable.

Their service was okay and they have professional staff.

I found them on Angies List and I had a coupon which I used. But their pricing was adequate.

Joseph indicated he could help me with my A/V setup at my rental home. We talked twice on the phone about the services needed (running a conduit in the wall and running some component cables through) and we scheduled time to have the work done. Having a rental, I am sensitive to scheduling visits to try and accommodate my renters and so I picked a time that worked well for them which was 3pm. At 2:15pm, Joseph called and said he wasn't going to make it but if we could reschedule for the same time the next day, he would absolutely be able to make the time work. I called my renter and rescheduled for the next day and confirmed again with Joseph. At 3:30pm the next day, my renter called to say that Joseph did not show at the agreed upon time and that he needed to leave to run some errands. My phone call to Joseph was not returned. Not only did the work not get done, but my time and my renters time was wasted trying to coordinate the service call. From my experience, this leaves a poor taste in the renters mouth, not for the service provider but for me, the landlord.

Came to my home and gave me an estimate, I agreed to the price and he showed up early the next morning to do the job. He and his helper mounted my 65 Inch TV above the fireplace and ran wires for my surround sound system to the speakers he mounted. He ran all wires from the TV to my DVR and from my DVR to my DVD player and Roku. He also ran a cable to the back of my room for the sub-wolfer. He ran a cable from another wall to the fireplace so I would be able to use the Direct TV connection. When he was done he made sure everything was working correctly and showed me how to use all the remote controls. He made it so my Denon DVR remote worked almost everything. When he was finished he cleaned up everything and then charged me less than the quote because he had finished the job quicker than he thought. I am very happy with his work and his honesty. He could have charged me the full amount of the quote but he was honest enough not to take advantage of me. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is the kind of person you can trust in your home.

Joseph and his partner were great. They knew exactly what to do and how. They were polite and patient with all of my questions and my note taking. I have already recommended them to other family members.

Joseph is great. He had everything set up quickly and even helped set up an additional TV that I was prepared to just not have local channels. But he said he could get it to work and he did! Joseph is very knowledgeable! Joseph is the best!

Joseph came to our house and performed an assessment. He laid out a plan that met our exact needs. The price was better than other Angie's List providers and Joseph's professionalism made him appear to have the most experience. The installation was very smooth and we are very happy with the end result. We highly recommend Premier AV!

It went fine. They provided, via email, a complete estimate. Arrived on-time, got busy and completed the work within about 2 hours.

He put my other television in my living room. I got a $149 deal from Angie's List. He charged me another $25 for the work. I had spoken to him over the phone and he gave me a price of $125. He later raised it to $150, but I had a pretty good experience overall. He did a pretty good job and he knew what he was doing.

Everything went very smoothly, they showed up on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. I'm very happy with the job they did and since I got a good deal on the mounting I wasn't too upset about the in-wall wiring, I just wish the deal had mentioned that it would be needed ahead of time. If you are considering this deal I would recommend asking ahead of time about your options for running electrical so you are aware of all the costs. I would definitely recommend Premier Audio & Video and will use them again for any future audio/visual wiring.

I called to set up the appointment and got an immediate response. The original date for the service had to be cancelled that morning because an employee didn't come in but I was able to make another appointment later in the week. The workers were on time and efficient. My only suggestion to the company is to be clearer on what the job will and will not include and the approximate extra costs involved.

I purchased a Smart TV and wanted it mounted on my living room wall VS sitting on a TV table. I purchased the Angie's List TV Premier Audio and Video "Big Deal" for a TV installation for $149.00. I contacted Joseph with Premier Audio and Video to set the appointment up. Joseph and Andrew arrived as scheduled and mounted the TV. I purchased an an electrical wiring harness that I needed for the TV installation from Joseph for $60.00 which did not require an electrician to install. I did not have the appropriate cables that I needed for the TV to cable and TV to blu ray player connections. Fortunately Joseph had the appropriate cables in his truck inventory and provided those for $30.00 a piece. Joseph and Andrew were both very professional and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They took the time to neatly wrap all of the wires and clean up their work area when the job was completed. When the installation was complete they took the time to help me program the TV and explain all of the various settings. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to family and friends. I am not a technical person and I really appreciate the time they took to explain what they were doing and the TV functionality to me in terms I understood and without making me feel inadequate.
