Description of Work: They ran 2 CAT5E drops from my office to the garage. One terminated in the garage for my sprinkler and one we left in the attic for the front door camera. 2 guys arrived and were very polite and on the ball. I would use them again. No issues with the work they did. The devices connected are working fine.

Description of Work: Basically the guys came in and said the TV is too small (32 inches) it had to be at least 40 inches. They said they would have to come back with a different mount. I asked how the wires would be hidden, they said they would be unable to hide the wires because it was a fire hazard. Hiding the wires was the purpose of the deal so they did not do the work.

Description of Work: We purchased this coupon thinking we would use it when we moved into our new home. We contacted the service provider who was very friendly and even told us he would honor the coupon once it had expired, since we had fallen behind on the home renovation. It turns out in the end, we no longer require these services, so we are requesting a refund. Thank you.

Description of Work: Purchased coupon to clear up wiring issues we created when building our home. Mr. Trevino Sr came and did an excellent job. Noted we had a need for additional equipment and stated they could order and would be glad to purchase and then set it up. We agreed and several weeks and emails later we asked them to purchase equipment and let us know cost. This was back in May. Have tried to set up times and contacted numerous times. Finally got a time set up first part of July, and he had a personal issue (understandable) and did a no show, but no further attempt to connect with us, we had to contact him. Most attempts at communication have been from our end. If he doesn't want to do business, thats fine, but at least an email letting us know it is not worth his time or money would be sufficient.

Joseph Trevino (the owner) and Juan installed our 55" Sonia Bravia flatscreen and sound bar we bought at Costco, and did an amazing job of getting it above the fireplace and safely hiding the cables behind the wall. Their prices are very reasonable, and even though the second part of the job was far more labor-intensive than they estimated, Joseph did it for the previously agreed-upon price without any hassle. They arrived right on time, and made sure we were happy-- and gave us a personal cell number in case we had any problems over the weekend. (a very important detail for the man of the house who bought the TV in time for March Madness.) The new HDTV looks and works beautifully. They are very knowledgable, answered all of our questions regarding how to use our new system, and left their work area spotless. We HIGHLY recommend Premier for home theater installation work.
Description of Work: Installed the large new HDTV flatscreen and soundbar above the fireplace on day 1 ($185); returned on a second day to perform additional work to hide the TV cables behind the wall. ($125).
