Description of Work: Company never showed up to give my family a cleaning estimate. We had a 10:30 appointment on a Saturday - they never called, did not show up - no communication at all. Very disappointing....

Description of Work: Contacted Lucy Mancha on Friday, May 4th. I explained what I needed and she provided a preliminary quote of $120. She showed up on time on May 7th along with two other cleaners. They did a fantastic job but I feel that $120 was extremely expensive since they arrived at 12:45 and were gone slightly before 2:30p. That's about 1:45 minutes of work for $120!!! Plus I pointed out that her ad on Angies list would allow a 5% discount. that wasn't applied. My home is a single story 3/2 and in order when they arrived. In other words they didn't have to pick up stuff off the floor, and the house is normally well kept. Lucy and her crew were very professional. They arrived and got right down to business. She promised I'd get two members everytime they come to clean. I'm trying them again next month. I'm going to see if after a few visits I still get two members. They did a darn good job on the house. The one thing I did not like (aside from the $120 cost with no discount for less than 2 hours work) was the fact that they did not clean the refrigerator, and did not empty the dishwasher which had clean dishes.

Description of Work: The first appointment was deep cleaning, initial service for $125 or so. She then came every three weeks after that and charged $75 for our 1890 sq ft house with two kids and no pets. We used them off an on for about two years. They did all the interior cleaning, unlike many of the companies that give you a list of stuff they clean and don't clean. If it needed to be cleaned they cleaned it. Lucy and her workers do a great job of cleaning the whole house. They are on time, considerate, and work quickly. They seem to know a handful of tricks to get things cleaned better than I could have myself, and in half the time too. They only reason I gave them a B instead of an A for quality is because on a few occasions only one person showed up to clean and it just wasn't as deep a clean as the times two or three came.

Description of Work: we used Lucy for a first time clean, and the girls that came out did a wonderful job. I wanted to set up a service for every 3 or 4 weeks. she quoted us a decent rate, but when I called to schedule another appt, my calls were not returned. I have yet to hear back from her.

Description of Work: I love Lucy! they're fast, thourogh, have great rates and just did an amazing job on our 4500 sqft house time and again. I can't recommend them often enough!
