Anything that could be cleaned in our house was cleaned. They were the highest rated ones on the list. They did a wonderful job, but they didn't communicate very well. I'm not complaining, though. We will be using them again.

Lucy was very prompt. She and her employees performed the work that was discussed on the first consultation. In fact, they cleaned even more than we expected.

Fine. But AL needs to have a more streamlined evaluation process. Or at least the option of one. I want to recommend Lucy but I don't want to sit down and write a dissertation about the service.

Lucy's team did a deep cleaning on my 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home. They spend 10 man hours on the work. I noticed a few things that they missed , I called them and they responded by returning the next day to touch up the missed items. They changed sheets, cleaned inside windows, ceiling fans and light fixtures to great detail. I am very please with their work and will use them bi monthly as they respond well to details and back their work. I am also getting a bid from them for my outside windows.

Her crew is very trustworthy. I've had problems with items being stolen by other companies, but I feel very comfortable with her crew being in our home. Her service is excellent, and she is extremely nice. They are always punctual and accessible. Also, the price is very reasonable compared to other companies.

Emailed this provider and never received a response. Guess they have enough business.

Absolutely PERFECT! I was delighted with the service. The charge for this service was very reasonable. I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of Lucy and her crew. I left my home to do other errands and let them do their magic...and they did! I came home to a freshly cleaned home from top to bottom...even to include - getting some dirty windows cleaned. I intend to have this service every other week and would not hesitate in highly recommending this service.

I emailed Lucy to see if she could do a move out cleaning on my son's apartment. She responded to my email within a couple of hours, we talked on the phone the next day to confirm a meeting time, and she and her husband came to the apartment on Sunday (Mother's Day!) and did a fantastic job. They were very thorough and conscientious and as a result, my son was refunded his entire security deposit.

I would not recommend Lucy Mancha nor Maria Frausto for housekeeping servies. This was a disappointing experience. Lucy and Maria's service and professionalism started out with a bang then, quickly fizzled. Lucy, Maria and I had agreed upon a deep, spring cleanings for both homes. I received good cleanings in a few areas (MB shower and ovens), general wipe downs in some areas (refrigerator and kitchen countertops) and completely nothing in other areas (pantry and laundry room). PROS: * Lucy returned my initial phone call immediately. * Lucy and Maria arrived on time to the initial estimate appointment. * Lucy arrived on time to my friend's home on the day of service. * Lucy and Maria's schedules were flexible for regular weekly and bi-weekly cleaning. CONS: * Maria was half an hour late on the day of service appointment with no courtesy phone call. * Lack of attention to detail. Only portions of my house were cleaned as promised: - Not all baseboards were cleaned - The cooktop vent hood was never touched - The refrigerator was only wiped down and not taken apart and washed properly - The freezer was never touched - The pantry was never touched - Doorknobs and area around doorknobs on doors weren't cleaned - The front doors weren't touched - Not all ceiling fans were cleaned despite my having the proper equiptment to reach them * My friend's home received the same "good enough" cleaning treatment. Example: You could see the t.v. had been wiped down, but Lucy and her team didn't get all of the dust and left behind quite a bit on the sides. Both Lucy and Maria were nice enough people, but clearly we have very different definitions of clean.

I called Lucy to ask about cleaning but only got to voice mail and it took a few days for her to call back because she was out of town, but then was able to schedule me in at a good time. They showed up a little bit late for the job but then it went pretty well. They cleaned all that I asked about. When I pointed out that they missed something they took care of it no problem. Afterwards, I found that the job was not ideal but I am somewhat particular. We did not like the smell of the cleaning chemicals they used in the house.

I can't say enough about the good experience of hiring them. This was a week before Thanksgiving and we had twenty family and friends coming for a Thanksgiving reunion. Lucy and her ladies were very pleasant, thorough, and did a fantastic job of helping us get ready. We plan to hire them again this month.

The whole process of moving was made much easier by hiring Lucy and her ladies.

We set up a meeting time about a week in advance. She showed up with one other person and spend a few hours cleaning. The house looked great when they were done! I paid $65, which is more than I am accustomed to paying, but they were available on short notice, prompt in reply and actually showed up on time - plus they did a great job!

Lucy arrived promptly with two other workers and they did far more than I had expected. They brought all their own supplies, were very professional, and worked well as a team. Each had a task and completed it thoroughly. The other housecleaning companies I had called charged three times as much as Lucy. I was very satisfied with her and her team's work. I would use her services again, and have recommended her to several friends. A few have used her and were also very satisfied - and amazed at the quality and value of her work. Just a note: they do not shampoo carpets (which I didn't need).
