Description of Work: I ordered a special order garden window for a bathroom remodel from them (store on Steck). They said it would be approx. 15 working days to arrive. After this amt. of time plus a few days, I called to see where it was. After many frustrating calls and talking to employees who didn't give a hoot I finally got one who actually checked for me. I was told "the fax with the order never went through." To make a long story short it took about 7 weeks to finally arrive. My words of caution: Don't do biz with a big box store if possible. A local company that actually has an employee who may care is a lot better.
