Description of Work: I recently hired Longhorn Lawns for continuing lawn services. At first, I met with the company's owner, Heath, for a walkthrough. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the all aspects of vegetation in my yard and came up with some great ideas on the fly for how we could improve the overall look and condition. What I really like about Longhorn Lawns is that they set up an annual schedule with different touch-points for service, clean-up, and consultation. I'm about two months in at this point and the weekly service has been fantastic so far. I look forward to working with them for years to come!

Description of Work: We needed to clean up, level and add grass to our back yard. Also we added a bed of heat hardy plants with river rock in the front. During the process we added a rock pathway from the back of the house to the front. The Longhorn people were great to work with. They really know their business. Their work crews arrived each morning and put in a hard day's work. The work was completed as scheduled.

Description of Work: I have a large flower bed in my backyard (approx 50' x 8') that had become overgrown and needed a lot of attention. I decided to find someone to help with that project, but then I expanded the scope by making the bed much bigger so that it covers probably 20% of the yard. The crew came in and did a great job getting the bed cleaned out, weed cloth put down, border installed, flowers planted, and river rock put out as ground cover. The office staff was also helpful and responsive. The only things I would report in terms of shortcomings are 1) I would have preferred to see a more realistic rendering of the planned landscaping; all I got to see was a hand drawn plotting of where each plant would end up 2) ask someone to confirm the start time for the second day's work if your project lasts more than one day; I locked the dogs in the house earlier than I needed which resulted in one of them having an accident :-/.

Description of Work: I had them did my backyard and area of the front yard. We had some rain delays , but that can't be avoided. The crew was efficient and worked hard. Happy with the end product.
