JUST RIGHT LAWNS

It is a 6 mow minimum and I pay per mow and it is $38. They have mowed the lawn only once so far. I signed online and the office people call me the day after, very quickly and gave me a schedule and the people came out. They had a crew of 3 and were gone in 30 minutes. The yard has been neglected, so they have a challenge I think so I am not going to weigh one way or the other until they finished and I get used to it. They edged along the fence and trimmed up against areas that had overgrown and took out the weeds, and the yard looks better. They seemed to know what they were doing.

When I called they said it would be two weeks before they could send a crew, but then they called in the afternoon and said a crew finished early and could come. Three men, two leafblowers, one rake and about six bags of leaves! Done within the hour.

They always do a great job and I never have to do anything after they are here. I will absolutely continue using them.

They are very fast, and they have never missed a day. I think their price is the cheapest I found. The record number changed, and they were real nice. They sent me an email about it. However, they still came out that week inviting insurance to call them back the following day.

I started using JRL about 2 months ago and have been pleased so far. They were friendly and informative when I called to ask questions about the service prior to subscribing, and they have showed up on the scheduled day and done a nice job since.

I'm a new recurring customer and am so glad I found Just Right on Angie's List. Great service at an ever greater price. Very attentive to detail. Their motto should be "Always give people more than what they expect to get," because that's exactly what they do!

I originally sent an e-mail request, which was promptly responded to. They were responsive. I had one other company who wouldn't even do the work unless I had an annual contract. They billed by the hour with a $70 minimum. They require a credit card up front, but don't bill you until after the work is done. They call to make sure that the work is complete to your satisfaction, and that you agree with how long the work took. Only after that do they bill your card.

I have used Just Right Lawns for 2 years now. They accept credit cards. They have a set day they come to my house(my day is Monday). If I am on vacation or anywhere else, they still come as expected. I like them very very much.

They have done a good job for us, even though we are not there to check up on them. Whenever problems have arisen (fence locked, etc) they have promptly made contact, and resolved any issues. I would recommend them for anyone needing lawn mowing service.

Great-it is easy to communicate with them and cancel. (With no rain this summer, it happened often this year!) They do a good job on the lawn and their credit card billing is very easy.

I have been using their services for about three years. They are reliable and I can use my charge card with them and that removes a lot of hassle. They come over every Monday when the grass is growing fast and maybe every other week when it is not growing as fast.

I emailed for an estimate and corresponded several times with Madeline. She quoted me $28 plus tax for bi weekly mowing. That is actually their rate for weekly mowing but she stuck to the price quote which is impressive and was a large factor in my choosing their service. Madeline also sent me a calendar with my mowing dates noted which is helpful as I have to unlock my gate for them to access the backyard. They came last week for the first time and I was pleased with their service. My previous service always did the yard and grass between the sidewalk and the street over to my neighbor's driveway so it did look a bit neater and cleaner that way, but I do understand that this is not my property and they are not obligated to do it.

When I called, the person who answered explained their program in detail, giving me a choice of two possible days of the week for mowing, offering weekly or every other week, explaining that they only mow by request from mid-November to mid-March since grass doesn't grow much. She was very helpful and their workers have done a good job each week. I'm extremely happy with the quality of the work and the price.

I contracted with this company long distance when I had to leave a house vacant for a couple months. I have been very happy with their response.

We have been using Just Right Lawn for some time now. They always do what I ask and I appreciate that a lot. The owner came by to visit after I was a customer for a few weeks which I thought was professional. I would definitely refer them to others.

They were predictable, on time and fast.

I hired them based on good feedback from Angie's List to mow our yard weekly. Previously, my husband had been doing it and I wanted to surprise him with a gift of lawn mowing for Fathers' Day. They sent me a schedule with our day (Monday) highlighted so that I'd have something to put inside the Fathers' Day card. He has never enjoyed a gift so much and we both appreciate coming home to a perfectly mowed lawn every week. (And at only $26.00 per week, it's a bargain.)

They've made three visits thus far. The first time out they were very contentious, telephoning after the job to let us know about a bag of charcoal we had left outside in the rain. Since then they've just shown up to work on our day and then fled. The cut itself is good but not excellent. I've spied an occasional tall blade of grass in the yard and have found a grass runner in a flower bed a day after a visit, but I'm quite happy with the overall effect since it means that I'm not outside doing it myself.

Just Right Lawns did a great job of edging the lawn and cleaning up the grass clippings and other lawn debris. This was a new lawn and they even edged the flower beds and around the trees.

Jeremy, Madelyn and their crews are awesome, professional and efficient. We can always depend on them to get the job done. When we needed special items, they listen to the instructions and diligently accomplish the job requested. We strongly recommend them to everyone.

I am very satisfied with their work and they always do a good job. They come every other week and I have been using them for about one year. They broke my sprinkler once and had it repaired very quickly.

They are very consistent with the grass trimming. I have been using this company for about eight months now, and they exceed my expectations every time. They are always on time for each appointment. If I were to recommend this company to my friends and family, I would tell them that they do a great job every time. This is an excellent company because of the performance and the affordable price.

I would say that Just Right does a very fine job with my lawn. I have been using them for many years and have never experienced any problems at all. They are always on schedule, they always clean up and they always seem to cut the grass with pride. I believe they enjoy their work and I enjoy them doing it for me.

They cut our grass and do the edging around everything. The yard looks very neat and well maintained after their visit. They come when the yard needs to be done and they are always available when needed. Their service is very professional and they will do other yard service if wanted.
