Crews are very good and quick. If you don't like the work, contact the company and they will return for a second goround at no cost.

I signed up for twice a month mowing last spring. The service was done as promised per agreed upon schedule. I thought I would be charged extra the first time because the grass was so high. But the workers didn't think it was, so no extra charge. Their office staff is very pleasant and professional in their communication. Workers left a gate open one day. They remembered after they left and came back to make sure it was latched. Since they had seen my dogs on previous visits, they called the office who in turn called me to make sure the dogs were home and ok. I appreciated that they took responsibility and cared enough to check on the dogs. I recommend this service because they are affordable and do a good job.

Very happy with these guys. Price is very fair. They show up as scheduled. The yard looks good when they are done.

I have used this company off and on. The issue I have with them is that the crews work so fast, the crew members don't pay attention to detail. Lately, the edging and weeding has been hit and miss, mostly miss. I have tried to get someone to come and look at what the crews leave behind, but without much luck in that regard. When I complain, I am told that the crews will be instructed to pay more attention to their work. I do appreciate that the crews are usually on time, and I appreciate the fact that the fee comes off my card so that I don't have to be at home when they come by

When I called and spoke to the service rep, she informed me of how the billing works, how often, as well as the day of the week the crew is in my area. She could not give me a specific time of the crew's arrival, which is understandable since they are a lawn servicing company and I'm not the only client. The crew arrived on the day specified and at about 8AM. When I spoke to the rep, I told her my gate has a lock on it, but it's not actually locked. The crew not only had this information, but, they even remembered to not lock the gate when they left, especially since I lost the key! My services are performed every other Wednesday and the rep tells you exactly which date throughout the year your services will be performed. The services are billed the day following your lawncare and sure enough, that's how it goes. The is especially nice for people like me, so I can budget in the expense for lawn care. Living paycheck to paycheck with physical disabilities, knowing the billing information is essential for me and my family.

They're okay. They almost always miss spots in the yard and sometimes they'll come the following day that they're scheduled.

They were very quick but they were not very thorough.

Since my first bad experience, Just Right Lawns has made the effort to ensure the problems don't happen again. Can't ask for better than that.

I don't know the address. They do it all by Internet and credit card. They are real punctual. Every other Tuesday morning they are here. They are real fast. They don't fool around. We have been real happy with the service. The lawn looks good all the time.

They do a great job for the most part, but evidently not running over my solar landscaping lights which are INSIDE my washer pits that are framed with 4x4 posts is too much of a challenge. I literally had mower tracks through my pits and over one of the lights the mow before last. They kept killing my lights until I called and complained.

They charged a lot of money. They also destroyed every bush and hedge they touched. They cut them so badly, half of the hedges are now dying. They also cleaned my gardens. I thought this included weeding. However, they used a blower and completely blew away the mulch. They exposed the mosquito piping for our mosquito system. The piping is now all exposed that was underneath our mulch originally . My holly bushes are very uneven and now have sticks growing out of them. I have two other bushes that were shaped like christmas trees in my backyard. After they trimmed those bushes one is now slating to the right. When I initially found the problems I requested a supervisor to come and inspect the work. They said they had no one available but a person who trimmed the hedges would return in two weeks to take pictures. They said "I have 100% faith in this guy " We then called to dispute the $100 charge with our credit card company. Soon after, the manager called because she was contacted by the credit card company. I told her not one person has apologized. The girl who contacted me stated, "I am sorry for the situation." I thought it was rude and not a true apology especially with her tone of voice. She then told me, "I am going to cancel your service in case you are worried about the next appointment." I told her I wasn't worried because I was not planning on using their services again. I noticed most of the hedges dying due to the severe cutting back that we did not ask for (we just wanted them trimmed). I told them they needed to come and look at the condition of my bushes. They scalped them too much. They stated it was due to a drought but I know that is not possible. They still would not send anyone to inspect the work. The owner finally came out and inspected the work. He then stated box hedges only last for 12 years. This is very odd because they knew the age of my current hedges prior to his inspection. I have spoken to many people who have had hedges for 15 years or longer. He then stated many people in the area have dying hedges. I did observe and found that was incorrect as well.

BEST lawn service we have ever used. Lawn looks so nice after they mow. Also, very easy to work with (super nice folks). I highly recommend them.

I was looking for someone to mow my lawn every two weeks and was having trouble finding anyone who would do a half-acre lot and not charge and arm and a leg, that is if they would do it at all! I finally called Just Right Lawns and scheduled a first-time visit. They came out 5 days after I called - I didn't have a specific time, just the day. I happened to be home when the came, and was floored at how fast they did the entire yard. It was two men, and they edged, mowed front and back, and blew the leaves and clippings off the patio and drive into the grass (no raking or bagging). I think it took them 20 minutes to do everything! I was pleased with the work - the entire lawn was mowed evenly and everything was spotless. We actually had a ton of leaves on our porch that they blew off for us too, without asking - that was unexpected and appreciated. I am on a schedule for them to come out every two weeks to do the same thing - at just $43 each visit! My husband immediately asked why we never did this before! They even have an online system where I can see what has been charged, paid, and schedule which is nice. They offer additional services, so come fall we may see about using them for leaf raking as we get hit pretty bad with more than 20 trees on our lot!

They are consistent. I have used them since I moved here. Incase I have any problem or I have to reschedule, they are very accommodating. I would use them in the future.

I hired this company at the last minute to have our yard mowed, edged and cleaned up. The woman who answered the phone was great and was able to get a crew to my house that day. When I returned home that afternoon, it didn't look like my yard was even mowed. There were 2 small, and I mean tiny, piles of leaves that they mowed around. Thety should have at least mowed over them. Also, we have a miniature trampoline that they mowed AROUND, because they couldn't be bothered to move it. For $45, the yard should have loked great! I would not hire this company again.

We spent $32 every time they came and cut the grass. They did what they were supposed to do. They were very responsive.

They did the work starting in August. They charged per mow. We liked them just fine. They showed up on time and mowed the yard. Then they cleaned up. They were in and out within 30 minutes.

Just Right Lawns does an amazing job. The people in the office are very courteous, friendly and helpful. My husband had an occasion to call them and then remarked to me "Whoever owns that business sure knows what they are doing." Rarely does he say something like that. He was impressed. Just Right Lawns does a beautiful job on our yard. They come the same day of the week every time and are always punctual. Love them!!!

We own a small, rental house and needed a reliable company to come in monthly to take care of lawn mowing and leaf removal. Just Right Lawns has been taking care of the lawn for the past year, and we are very happy with their service.

They are punctual, done in an hour or less, and our yard looks great. We love this company!

They are professional and are very thorough.

They do a good and flawless job. I don?t ever have to be there when they do the work since they are dependable. My yard looks great when I come home from work on Thursdays. I would use their services in the future too since I have a contract with them.

Just Right Lawns comes out to mow my lawn twice a month. Every time cost $35.72 (that includes tax) because I have a medium sized yard. They do a good job, and I've never had them skip a mowing period. The customer service reps have been friendly when I spoke to them. Sometimes they come the day after they are scheduled. The only thing I would complain about is they don't always move things (even small things) off the grass when they mow, just mow around it. Make sure the yard is clear if you want that part mowed.

I have been really impressed with this company for lawn care! I tried several unreliable lawn services before I found Just Right Lawns. Just Right Lawns is completely reliable! They are at my house every Monday (almost the exact same time every Monday), so I know they do a great job with scheduling. The service is great and they are quick. I have a lot of curved beds and they do a really good job with the edging. My lawn looks great every time! Their office staff and billing are also wonderful. They mail a calendar each season with my extact mow dates. This company is the only one that I found in Austin who would service a home without a sprinkler system, so they come each week (and you are charged) even if your grass didn't grow. I actually appreciate this, because I know it's how they are able to stick to their schedule so perfectly. When I priced lawn services, they seemed to be right in line with everyone else for weekly service.

Just Right Lawns offers a bed and lawn clean out service if you are a regular customer. I had signed up for regular lawn mowing services because I hurt my back in March, trying to do it all myself. The lawn mowing is reliable, neatly done and fast. The bed/leaf crew came while I was gone, and I did not have a chance to tell them specifically what I needed, so I was pleasantly suprised at the excellent and thorough work.
