Lady I spoke with was nice.
Description of Work: The customer service rep seemed very friendly when I called to ask about setting up service, however neither Angie's List nor the Just Lawns website had any indication that they did not provide their services to the greater Austin area (78702, less than a mile E of the highway). Why would they even show up in my search results? Maybe this is more an Angie's List issue vs service provider issue, but it sure would be nice to know if a provider doesn't service my neighborhood before I picked up the phone...?

Description of Work: Mowed Yard. Went well except they were not careful with high spots in yard and skinned down to the ground. Also, you are not able to alter the schedule so you end up with them mowing twice a month in the winter when the yard does not grow.

I call this company whenever I am to busy to get my lawn work done. They always do a quality job. It looks better than when I do it myself. The workers really take the time to do the trimming nicely. I am always happy with the work done. They are a very good company with a good reputation. I would recommend them to friends.

THIS MEMBER BECAME A CUSTOMER OF OURS THROUGH A BUSINESS CONNECTION. INITIALLY WE PROVIDED BASIC LAWN SERVICE AT A LOW RATE BUT AS TIME WENT ON THE MEMBER BEGAN REQUESTING ADDITIONAL THINGS HERE AND THERE EXPECTING THESE TO BE INCLUDED IN OUR BASIC SERVICE. WE SHOULD HAVE MADE IT CLEAR TO THE MEMBER AT THAT POINT THAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE THE EXTENT OF SERVICE THAT THEY WERE REQUESTING, BUT INSTEAD WE KEPT TRYING TO PLEASE THEM BECAUSE OF THE BUSINESS CONNECTION. WE WEREN'T THE TYPE OF SERVICE THEY WERE LOOKING FOR, THEREFORE IT WASN'T A GOOD FIT FOR EITHER OF US.
