Description of Work: Of nine roofing companies I contacted to repair a leak, J-Conn was the only one to respond with a reasonable (to me) plan. I discussed the plan with John Conner (the owner) and agreed to the proposal. His crew came out, did the repair as described by John, cleaned up their debris, all for the agreed-upon price. Now I'll have to wait for a good rain to make sure the leak was actually fixed.

Description of Work: J-Conn put on our new roof. Incredibly professional crew that did a fast, and very competent job. My husband is a bit obsessive about these things so the bids we requested were highly detailed. J-Conn was the only company that appeared to actually read through the details with an understanding of why he was asking for what he was asking for and even made additional suggestions. It was a complete tear-off so it was quite a mess, but we both think the crew left our yard looking better than how they found it. We found a minor mistake on our bill, and not only were they quick to correct it when we brought it to their attention, they took more off for making the perfectly innocent mistake in the first place! Can't recommend J-Conn more!

Description of Work: Since I had used J Conn 12 years ago, and I was very satisfied with their work I contacted them again, they were very prompt in calling me back, they |showed up in time and completed the work in a day, they cleaned up everything that had been thrown in the yard.

Description of Work: Replace the roof.

Description of Work: We found several leeks in the tile roof including rotted roof decking. They replaced the rotted decking and replaced the composite material on the flat portions of the roof, and reset the roof tiles that adjoin the flat sections. I had asked them for two proposals; 1 replacing the composite material and 2 using the existing composite. They would not give me a bid on 2 above and given we were in a very rainy period I had little choice to accept their proposal. Nine months later leeks in one section of the roof returned and the roofing company I retained reported the leek had been repaired (by Jconn) with nothing more than chalk. The second repair cost $1,400.

Description of Work: They tore off our shingle roof and installed new shingles. I wasn t sure of the size of my house, but I had an average size 2-bedrooms home.
