I have used J Conn Roofing over a decade; however, I found another roofing company that offered the exact type of services with an excellent rating at a lower cost. J Conn gave me the same cost as its competitor.

Did a good, did it quickly. Neighbors took note! They re-roofed our home before and I think they were a little neater then.

Great results! From the start, the J-Conn folks were wonderful to work with. Appointments were kept, the front office was very responsive, and the roofing crew was very professional. On the day the roof replacement was scheduled, they arrived on time. Workers immediately set about removing the old shingles while the new shingles were being delivered and hoisted on to the roof. As soon as the new shingles were unloaded, the trash dumpster was backed in so that the old material could be loaded into it. Tarps were placed around the perimeter of the house to catch any errant debris. We had recently replaced the gutters on the house and the crew was very careful not to damage them. We were aware of a few 'bad' sections on the roof which were going to require the replacement of some wood decking. The J-Conn team were thorough in repairing the decking. The additional cost for these needed repairs was very fair (basically the cost of materials). The workers did a terrific job of cleaning up afterwards. They did two to three passes with the magnetic broom, in addition to sweeping up the driveway and porch areas with conventional brooms. The J-Conn folks followed up afterwards to make sure we were satisfied and to check if we had any questions. J-Conn did not provide us with the lowest quote, so we asked them to explain to us the difference in cost. They welcomed our questions and went through their quote in detail, pointing out what they did that perhaps others were not including in the other work proposals we received. The additional information justified their cost so we accepted their bid. We continue to be very pleased that we did.

I could not afford because of a financial situation and myself and a friend did a repair. I would and will use them when I get the funds for replacing the entire roof. The man that came out to look at the roof even worked on his day off (FREE) because of a storm that had caused an unusual amount of resources and the gentleman was going to get someone out within a day for the repair.

It went great! They always do great work, and they're always the first people I call. I would recommend them to anyone.

J-Conn replaced our roof and did not need final payment until we approved of their finished work.

They guy took some shortcuts. I was up there on the roof with him taking pictures. He wasn’t cutting the panels all the way down. He made little one by one cuts and it didn’t quite fit so he had to do some hacking to make it stay in and that was kind of weird. I couldn’t communicate with him because he spoke Spanish.

Jay Conn was professional, kind, punctual and sent a double crew out to finish the job ahead of schedule. At time of review, I do not have the final invoice on the deck repairs, but I am happy with the job as completed. The clean up was impeccable as well.

What a company. From my initial contact and subsequent phone conversations, to the post-installation follow-up/quality-control visit, everything was handled in a professional manner. Coupled with the fact that I was treated with friendliness and complete respect throughout the entire process, I can say without reservation, ?No buyer?s remorse here!? The roof looks great, and the crew left the premises virtually spotless. It?s clear that the owner, Mr. Conner, has both a system and a team in place that leads to predictably positive results for everyone involved. Other company?s estimates were comparable in price, but from where I stand, it?s doubtful that any could compete with the overall experience provided by J-Conn.

I will start by saying that, like many people, I did not realize I had a roof leak issue until we had some heavy rains and I noticed water inside the house. We had some pretty frequent rain and I know they had other customers ahead of me. It took about 5-6 weeks for them to make it out. However, that was only about 3 dry weeks. I'm not really complaining. When they called and said they were coming, they came exactly when they said they were going to. Except for the fact that the roof was repaired, you would not know that they had been here. There was not a single bit of debris or refuge of any kind left on my property. I took 2 other bids, and J-Conn was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. I had 1 good verbal report from a neighbor, good reviews here and good reviews at the local Better Business Bureau. No one wants to be gouged price wise, but I will definitely pay a little extra to get this quality of service. They also are a local company and I like that as well. I was not here when the repairs were done, but my guess is they worked on my house in a very professional manner. I am very pleased with the work they did. Now I look forward again to the next rain (live in Central Texas and really need it!). thank you J-Conn Roofing.

I feel very motivated and pleased to offer a review on a truly incredible contracting experience and project with J-Conn Roofing and Repair Service. The entire J-Conn team were experienced, timely, accurate in their assessments, and very professional in their scoping and bidding on the job. The most important part of any contracting job, in my opinion, is EXECUTION of the stated goals and objectives. The J-Conn team went above and beyond in every area and performed the project with excellent precision. Even when we added an a few changes to the project midstream, J-Conn's team responded in a timely manner, made the requested changes, and still "over-performed" for my project. Their experience in "Flat Roof/Modified Bitumen" design is "state of the art" & they are probably the most experienced company in Central Texas using this design after doing my research. In a time when "Say what you are going to do" & "Do what you say" are more important than ever, J-Conn (and their project partners, whether it be wood replacement, painting, etc.) performed for me in an exemplary way and I can not recommend J-Conn and their team highly enough... I thought they were extremely good. I've had them back, and they've always been very good. They are not what I'd call the cheapest, but I've never had a problem with any of the work they've ever done. They're prompt, efficient, and they clean up after themselves. The other thing they have, which is helpful, everyone in their crew will speak enough English, so it's always nice to be able to communicate. I would definitely recommend them, and I would have them back if I needed them.

We gathered bids from several roofing companies and J-Conn was prompt to provide a thorough bid. They followed up with more information and even mailed a packet of roofing information even though we had not made our choice yet. We have used the information they send including photos of our roof - the only company to do that. I would feel comfortable using them and would recommend them.

Excellent. A service tech was sent to the house and sorely after received a very detailed written estimate with pictures of the problem areas. Also included in the package was a list of references and insurance information. A date was set-up and the repairs were performed as scheduled. The whole experience was excellent. Very professional from start to finish. Thought the price was a little high, but not aware of cost of doing this type of repair, so may well be in line. I would recommend this company and use them again if needed.

They were a little higher than another company; I have not got the work done yet but they were almost double the price.

Everything was fine except they said they would do something in the attic and they didn't do it. They were supposed to redirect an air conditioning duct for me. Their price was reasonable. I will continue to use their services in the future.

JConn office staff and crew were professional and performed a quality repair for a fair price. They did not produce the cheapest bid but I selected them for their quality of work and I will likely continue to use them and recommend them to others.

We used J-Conn Roofing & Repair Service couple of weeks ago for roofing.

We were happy with their work. They did a great job. We had hail damage from a few years back, and they did a good job of fixing those issues. They also contacted us and made sure of the color of the shingles and everything like that. They were very professional.

The appraiser was very good, he even caught things that other appraisers didn't catch. Workwise, they were a little slow, it took them all days to do my roof (9AM-9PM). There were only 3-4 guys working. I would have liked to have them in and out a little more quickly. I found a couple of things after cleanup but nothing major. The ridgevent does make the attic a little cooler.
